31/05/2026: We chose Antica Trattoria Barone to celebrate our son's First Communion, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, in a familiar and authentic atmosphere, where you can experience the true flavor of tradition. The cuisine is this trattoria's strong point: dishes prepared with passion, using local products and quality ingredients that enhance the authentic flavors of the land. The menu offered to us was simply excellent. The rich and tasty appetizers were the perfect start to the meal. The two first courses, orecchiette alla Nerano and gnocchi alla Sorrentina, were prepared to perfection: balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and recipes that respect the best Campania tradition. The meat-based main course was particularly appreciated by all the guests: tender, flavorful, and accompanied by a truly special sauce and excellent baked potatoes. To conclude, fresh fruit and a delicious cake made this special day even sweeter. Special thanks go to the owner, Giusy, always present, helpful, and attentive to every detail, and to the excellent chef, who, with her experience and talent, transformed simple ingredients into dishes that truly excite. 16/05/2026: I've been coming to this place since they opened, and I can tell you I've never had a better sandwich than Gigione's, and I've tried quite a few... Besides the quality of the ingredients, which is a given and beyond discussion!!!!! Add to that the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive to every need. Basically, do you want to eat a real/serious/properly made sandwich? You have to come to Gigione!!!!!

06/06/2026: We went for dinner on a regular Saturday night. The place is very centrally located. The only two major flaws are the run-down, slightly "old" atmosphere, and the service from the staff, who are very friendly but clearly struggling because there are only a few young people working. In this context, the sandwich was good; you could taste the genuine, fresh ingredients; a little more salt would have been perfect. The location and table service could be improved.

24/05/2026: A truly beautiful place. The atmosphere was truly excellent, welcoming and very comfortable. The service was excellent, with very respectful and helpful waiters. The food was delicious, perhaps a bit too elaborate and heavy, but very tasty. I would go back!

10/05/2026: The tagliatelle with asparagus and guanciale weren't a bad location, well-made and flavorful. I can't say the same for the burger, which was overcooked and lacking in juice. The price-quality ratio was average. I hope it goes better next time. Cheers Best regards

The evening was flawless in every way, organized with great professionalism and a truly rare attention to detail. The atmosphere was exactly what I dreamed of: lively, engaging, and full of energy, yet refined and elegant. Every element, from the decor to the management of the guests, was meticulously planned, contributing to a harmonious and perfectly orchestrated atmosphere. The food was excellent, high-quality, and carefully presented, captivating all the guests. The service was also attentive, helpful, and always discreet. It was an extraordinary evening, exceeding every expectation and providing me with memories I will cherish forever. A sincere thank you to all the staff for making my 18th birthday such a special and unforgettable moment.

15/12/2025: I celebrated my graduation party at this venue on Saturday the 13th. The location is stunning, elegant yet understated and refined. The food was top-notch, and all of this, combined with the kindness and professionalism of the waiters and the skill of the vocalist and DJ, made what was already a special day even more memorable. 03/05/2026: I had a great experience here yesterday. The food was delicious, the service was prompt/efficient and they were very patient with me ordering being an English speaker only! My swordfish was prepared exactly as I requested it and the side salad was great. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all of my friends and colleagues!

17/06/2026: Poor organization and total disrespect for a special event I chose this venue to celebrate my 50th birthday, having agreed in advance and down to the smallest detail with the owner about the organization, the procedures, and the menu. Unfortunately, the outcome was disastrous due to a distracted and totally disorganized staff. Nothing agreed upon was respected: insufficient seating, shameful management of the favors (due to lack of space, the favors were piled up in a corner, rather than being displayed on a dedicated table for the farewell moment), and the cake cutting moment was completely ruined. The cake was literally taken from me before I even had the time and opportunity to take a souvenir photo with my friends and family. Furthermore, the menu had called for doughnuts to accompany dessert, but they were never served. Despite having broken their agreement yet again, we were charged the full amount in the final bill, without the slightest hint of a discount. To top off this terrible management, the owner showed up at the party venue during the event, displaying a complete lack of tact and empathy. He didn't bother to check that the staff was following the agreed-upon guidelines, nor did he even bother to wish the birthday girl a happy birthday; his only concern was to collect the money and leave. A milestone as important as turning 50 is something you never repeat. Trusting professionals should guarantee peace of mind, but at this venue I found only superficiality and dishonesty. I am deeply disappointed and bitter about how my day was ruined. I strongly advise against hosting this venue for important events if this level of attention and honesty towards the client is maintained.
