18/03/2025: Being a regular customer of Shakira Kebab since 2010 has allowed me to experience firsthand the evolution of this place which over time has become a real point of reference for kebab lovers. I can say with certainty that the quality of the food has always been a constant: the kebab is always good, prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that never disappoint. Over the years I have seen the clientele grow significantly, a sign that I am not the only one who appreciates what this place offers. Shakira Kebab has become a meeting place where I spent a lot of time in the company of friends, leaving unforgettable memories. The owner, always smiling and helpful, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff also deserve a special mention: fast, efficient and always attentive to customer needs. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the place maintains a discreet and refined standard which helps to make the experience even more pleasant. In short, Shakira Kebab is not just a place to eat an excellent kebab but a place that has managed to create a special bond with its customers. Thank you for all these years of quality, courtesy and good times! I will continue to return with pleasure as I have done since 2010.

18/05/2025: Mi sono trovato a cenare con amici al Mazzini bristot di Misterbianco di sabato insieme ad altri 3 amici miei. Ci hanno fatto accomodare subito all esterno e ci hanno detto di aspettare qualche minuto per poter prendere le comande. Dopo 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato 2 misti fritti di cui uno semplice e l altro al pistacchio e un panino a testa oltre che le bevande. Dopo altri 5 minuti arrivano le bevande , ma due sono sbagliate e quindi lo facciamo notare , tornano indietro e ci chiedono il numero del tavolo che peraltro non c'era . Alla fine portano le due bevande mancanti , questa volta giuste. Un attesa di oltre un ora solo per gli antipasti , poi arrivano e sono freddi . Dopo nemmeno 5 minuti portano i panini (stavamo ancora mangiando gli antipasti) , siamo 4 e ne portano solo 3 dicendo al mio amico che a breve avrebbero portato anche il suo. Un attesa interminabile per il mio amico , fatta di disattenzioni a livello di servizio , camerieri che giocavano a scarica barile e alla fine dopo che noi tutti avevamo finito portano il benedetto panino mancante (fatto al momento perché se lo erano dimenticato!) ma colpo di scena c'è la cipolla che il mio amico aveva espressamente tolto in fase di ordinazione. Non discuto sulla qualità più di tanto perché rientra nel mangiabile ma do due stelle per un servizio pessimo degno di Cucine da Incubo : vedevi camerieri girare con piatti in mano anche per 10 minuti perché o non trovavano il tavolo o lo sbagliavano proprio! Tutto fanno tutto e alla fine non fanno nulla.. Prezzo coerente con ciò che abbiamo preso ma solo per il servizio Non ci ritornerò più

01/05/2025: We ate sandwiches with some friends on Monday evening and I would like to compliment the older waiter who served us at the table. A truly great person, polite, kind, elegant, polite and very good, just as the boy at the checkout seemed good too. I'm writing this review just so I know that they really appreciated his attitude and the dessert suggestion 👀.

27/04/2025: Leaving aside the countless mistakes that have always been made and which we have politely addressed, this time we ask for two pizzas, one of which is a margherita with cherry tomato, onion and caciocavallo cheese on top. The pizzas arrived cold (but this is now the practice) but above all, in one of the two, the cherry tomato was put raw as was the onion, and the caciocavallo was absent. When the place was called to point it out, the response was, I think we put the ingredients in later. Now mistakes are fine but mockery is not. Then the second question, is everything else okay? But what remains? The fact that one person ate whatever Vio they wanted and another had a cold Snow White with a tomato and onion crudité on top! Not even a hint of an apology, but a sorry, we'll be more careful, we can send another pizza (which would have been rejected anyway), NOTHING. we made big mistakes in the series, you pointed it out, but we don't care about semolina. Frank pizza 2 never again.

03/06/2025: What can I say!!! Everything was delicious!!! I bought 2 boxes with the too good to go app and they were super full and delicious!!! Highly recommended

11/05/2025: I feel like writing an opinion that considers everything: as far as the aesthetics of the cake is concerned, it is nothing like the photo I sent, still pretty, but without beads, the writing practically illegible and the colors used completely different, when one of the main requests was precisely to stick to the color of the photo. As for the taste, the sponge was good, but I think the cream was vegetable, so not the best, especially for me in a red velvet there shouldn't be cream at all, but a butter cream. The structure of the cake was unstable, it tended towards one side, it was very difficult to cut as it all fell apart. For such a high price I expected more.
