30/04/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un’esperienza splendida!* Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere una serata in questo locale e ne sono rimasta colpita sotto ogni aspetto. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, curata nei dettagli e perfetta per rilassarsi. Il personale è stato semplicemente impeccabile: cordiale, professionale e sempre con il sorriso. Si percepisce la passione e l’attenzione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Il servizio è stato rapido e attento, senza mai essere invadente. Una di quelle esperienze che ti fanno venire voglia di tornare, e soprattutto, di consigliarlo ad altri. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff!

16/03/2025: Sono stato oggi dopo tempo che non venivo,lasciando stare il cibo che è sempre una certezza, volevo ringraziare il personale per l'ottimo servizio e la gestione con il cliente ,bel lavoro 👏🏻

03/05/2025: Truly shameful attitude. I order at 11am, with "as soon as possible" order confirmed, the earliest times available were between 11.30am and 12pm. Order confirmed and still at 12.30pm it had not arrived. I start calling, sending messages on the site, sending messages on WhatsApp NOBODY, NO ONE ANSWERED, then the WhatsApp number answers (because instead of sending a message I called), she tells me that I have to call via Vittorio Emanuele, and that she can't do anything, 15 minutes of calling via Vittorio Emanuele and no answer, I call the previous number and she tells me that she's trying, taken for a ride because after I hung up I waited five minutes and started calling again previous number and NO ANSWER but it rang so whoever was calling is unknown. And there isn't even the excuse of having multiple lines with the same number because I called from multiple phones, leaving mine available for a possible callback which never and I mean never happened. I continue for an hour, I was getting dressed to go straight to the place to figure out who was scratching their thumbs instead of answering the fucking phone, it's about 1.20pm, a private number calls me asking if I still wanted the order and if they could cancel it because they made a mistake and hadn't received it. Little gem, I had also called all the other zangaloro in Palermo, the station, this one, the assistance number and via Isidoro, for about 40 minutes in rotation, only and only the one in via Isidoro answered me, telling me that I could cancel it from the app but even that was a bit of bullshit since there is no option on the app, but I think he was in good faith in his defense, what can I say, congratulations for the service, we have to go to hide but after all already after two hours of delay, a cancellation and an hour of not answering the phone more hidden than this one dies. I don't have the dignity to say you will get a discount on your next order or at least do it for free and I still haven't received the refund. Well, what can I say, a round of applause to the crew, I was a customer who ordered often and I was also intending to get Zanga Prime, but seeing the service... 23/04/2025: Non scrivo spesso recensioni, ma questo locale se la merita davvero! Vado da Retrogusto ormai spessissimo: dopo la prima volta non riesco più a farne a meno, è diventato una vera dipendenza. Ho trovato il mio hamburger del cuore: il Black Mamba. È una bomba, lo amo! Il posto è super consigliato, il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. E non sono l’unica a pensarla così: anche tutti i miei amici lo adorano. Andate a provare questo hamburger, non ve ne pentirete!

22/03/2025: Dopo aver girato di sabato sera vari luoghi senza truccare parcheggio, passando per caso ci siamo fermati da Retrogusto. Che dire... Una sorpresa molto positiva. Mia moglie ha preso un piatto di busiate con speck, panna e pistacchi con granella, io ho preso un hamburger gigante con patatine comprese. 2 aperitivi, acqua, birra e vino. Cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile e veloce e abbiano pagato una cinquantina di euro. Torneremo sicuramente.

14/04/2024: Pizza molto buona,sia l'impasto che gli ingredienti. Ottimo servizio, era sabato e i tempi di attesa sono stati brevi, gentilissimi.

15/10/2023: This cafe was opposite our accommodation, so was easy to use for breakfast each morning. Appears to be family run and very friendly. Best coffee and cake we had in Catania.

11/10/2023: If you are looking for a bar away from the noisy & bustling main tourist streets of Palermo, then Wanderlust Ethnic Mixology is the place to go. Cool music and decor. Friendly staff. General nice vibe. Food is also available.
