30/09/2024: I got a pizza which was very tasty! Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English. The woman at the cashier can't count properly and after we ate she wanted us to pay the bill a second time! Please ask for a receipt to avoid confusing situations.

29/09/2024: I ordered a capricciosa pizza. Very poor quality Italian pizza. The dough is good, but the products are too much and tasteless. Not good staff organization. Not favorable to foreign customers!

27/01/2025: I frequent the McDonald's in Acireale quite often (particularly the McDrive) and have been disappointed with the experience in recent months. I have noticed that errors are often made on orders, with missing or incorrect items. Also, the Coca-Cola served has an unusual taste, as if it were mixed with something else. These problems compromise the quality of the restaurant's service and offering.

13/03/2025: I placed a delivery order on March 12th around 8.30pm. Being at home alone with a small child, I asked the rider if he could at least put the package in the elevator. He made me get out with the crying baby.

11/03/2025: Very bad. Clean but very anonymous environment, and I would add uncomfortable with those damned high chairs at the tables. Non-existent service I would say, you take things and take them away. The food was the worst: we had a pulled pork and a spicy burger. The spicy tasted of nothing, only spicy, and had poor bread, while the pulled was only salty, the meat dry and tasteless, and the stewed onions on top were the same thing. Overall a bad experience, I won't go back again. Opt for something else!

09/12/2024: I give 5 stars because my behind is very itchy and I should change the tampon on the inside of my thigh which has been rotting for the past 5 days but on the other hand everything is good also the beans are very good free burps and curses with village wine fast food really the way people like it I remember my grandfather from beyond the grave. After all these years you want to close it but I will find you talking about these haiters "I hope it's written like that" now I say goodbye to you bye bye kisses kisses 🧓😘

21/03/2025: I had ordered two large crispy mcbacon CHIKEN sandwiches but I received BOTH meat sandwiches, which I don't eat. I clicked on help in the Glovo app but I was only refunded €12 or the prices of the sandwiches, which I don't need anyway because I can't order individually so I would have to repay the two menus at €20 by getting the chips and drinks again. I have called the place numerous times without an answer, I find it very disrespectful behavior also because it is not the first time that when ordering from this McDonald's I am not satisfied with the order, considering the last time the sandwiches arrived all broken up.

10/12/2024: Big scam: I ask for a latte macchiato and they make me a cappuccino with 4 inches of foam and an inch of milk for 2.20 euros.... never again!
