27/05/2026: Let's start with the restaurant itself: dirty, poorly maintained, both inside and out, and the inconvenience of the first floor. The staff is not only untrained and incapable of preparing food, but also rude to customers, to the point of insulting, denigrating, and complaining about their jobs. The food is obscene, the portions are smaller than other restaurants in the chain, and it's poorly prepared. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, SHOULD CLOSE IMMEDIATELY.

14/06/2026: When you walk into this McDonald's, the staff is always pissed off and doesn't care. When they make you breakfast, it seems like they're doing you a favor, because you can see on their faces how annoyed they are. On top of that, the breakfast is disgusting: the croissants are hard as rocks and the cappuccino seems like milk because there's no foam. The staff is incompetent, they can't even make a coffee. Even if you go to the manager to complain, he doesn't care and covers up the situation. The cleaning lady pretends to clean, because both the tables and the floor are dirty and there are also ants walking around. Even the bathrooms are dirty and there's a stench that makes you want to throw up🤢. The cleaning lady is very rude, she doesn't let you go to the bathroom even if it's urgent, in fact my nine-year-old daughter had to go to the bathroom and she didn't let her in. If you don't want breakfast to poison you 🤮, don't go to this McDonald's.

14/06/2026: We went to this McDonald's and went in to order, the staff looked at us but no one came. After a long wait we had to call, we ordered two cappuccino menus, the croissants were hard they seemed to be from two days ago, the cappuccinos were horrible, full of coffee, without foam and also cold. We brought them back saying to remake them and the same person who had made them called another person to remake them but the situation didn't change. We had a horrible breakfast I will never come again. I do not recommend it to everyone

14/01/2026: I chose 2heart Bakery for my birthday cake and I'm very satisfied. Besides being beautiful, just how I wanted it, it was really good. Everyone complimented me on it. I highly recommend it!

15/03/2026: Review As a frequent customer of Zangaloro, I have to say this was my last. It's a moment to go from being a regular customer to considering never ordering from us again when the experience is this disastrous. A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

15/04/2026: I was very satisfied: excellent takeout pizzeria, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizzas are made with a light dough and quality ingredients, and the menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of sandwiches and piadinas. It's definitely a place I'll return to and I recommend it to anyone looking for a pizza or sandwich without spending too much.

09/04/2026: Truly exceptional street food in Marzamemi! Everything is delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. There's also a games room with a bowling alley, perfect for fun with friends, and a dessert area where they make crepes, soft yogurt, and many other delicious treats. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a complete evening of good food and fun!

22/04/2026: Given what happened, I was hoping not to write a negative review, yet whoever in the kitchen didn't take the time to handle the situation as best as possible in their "second attempt." I ordered a Caesar salad (without sauce or parmesan due to food intolerances), so it was supposed to be a simple grilled chicken cutlet on a bed of lettuce. I was served a very thick piece of meat that was almost overcooked, with an unpleasant chicken odor, again, almost overcooked. For food safety, I asked for it to be cooked longer. Unfortunately, despite a few extra minutes of cooking, the chicken had a very unpleasant smell and taste of "day-old meat." Chicken isn't something to mess around with, so I sent it back. To make up for it, they offered to prepare something else. I opted for the Angus strip salad, but since I was running out of time, I asked for it to be taken away. There's a missed opportunity to actually make amends and avoid a negative review. The box was dirty with marks from the meat juices and salad that hadn't even been drained/dried properly, so much so that I found water in the bag that actually punctured it. There are many outlets in the city, but don't forget to take care of your customers. I feel sorry for those in the kitchen. I thank the girl at the register for being kind and handling the situation as best as possible.

21/04/2026: The customer is always right; if they're satisfied, they come back. If they're not satisfied, word of mouth is already spreading, and the number of customers declines. The kindness and courtesy of the managers at this Zangaloro restaurant leaves much to be desired. If it's crowded and a customer wants to sit outside instead of making the sacrifice of staying inside, they must be accommodated. If a table needs to be added, it's added to make room, not to make the angry customer (who will never return) leave. The food needs to be more carefully crafted (it isn't).

13/06/2026: The order was prepared quickly, everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very attentive to detail: we ordered a Happy Meal with carrots and they asked us to confirm that we really wanted it with carrots. They also added salt and pepper to the salad. We were very satisfied.
