31/10/2025: "Disappointing experience at your restaurant. My daughter, who has celiac disease, was reassured by the staff that there would be suitable options for her. However, when it came time to order, there was nothing available. Watching her friends eat while she couldn't was truly depressing. I hope you improve your offerings for customers with special dietary needs. Otherwise, it will be difficult to return."

29/03/2026: Not only was our 8:30 PM reservation moved up two hours, but I also found the confusion in the place completely embarrassing. If you know you can't handle two groups at the same time, or if you know that moving one (as happened, a group passed us and entered before us, pretending to have our table and the 8:30 PM reservation) won't guarantee seating for the second, then it's better than just not making a reservation. Plus, after waiting an hour (before briefly heading home) in the cold, we definitely expected better treatment. 🤷‍♀️

12/03/2026: I'll start by saying I don't usually write reviews because I'd rather never return to that place... but the rudeness and arrogance of the staff really annoyed me. The platter was presented with burnt bread... (see photo) Cured meats fresh from the fridge, frozen caponata, and chicken not even heated in the microwave. The chips... as they call them on the menu, are nothing more than bagged crisps and pureed (at least the fried ones would have saved some face) specify that on the menu IN A BAG. The spritz?? Never mind.... The Aperol wasn't even there. I asked for clarification and was asked if I wanted to change anything... I said no, thank you, and we went to pay without having touched practically anything... I explained the reason for my complaint and was told it was a useless criticism... they didn't even have the "nose" to charge for at least one person and apologize... at least to try not to get a review... Because we're not even thinking of returning, much less recommending it.

09/04/2026: Last night my family and I went to eat at the new (after renovation) McDonald's in Acireale. To my pleasant surprise, I found Mrs. Aurora to be incredibly welcoming and friendly, from the male employee who organized and distributed the trays from last night, to the smile and kindness of the manager, who was also affable and kind, seeing me alone with a child (unfortunately, I don't know his name). What can I say? Thank you for the wonderful experience and to all the staff, who, despite their undoubtedly demanding and demanding work, treated me and my son to a delightful dinner. Thank you 🙏

05/04/2026: A modern McDonald's with a new layout and surprisingly good coffee (Americano). Very friendly and child-friendly staff. Breakfast is freshly prepared and is a good alternative to the usual croissant and espresso combos. Also well-suited for a longer break with children.

23/02/2026: For a vegan, it's always nice and reassuring to find a place where you can eat heartily and enjoy delicious food that can satisfy even non-vegans! Many thanks to the very kind guy who served us this morning 🙏🌱

14/01/2026: I chose 2heart Bakery for my birthday cake and I'm very satisfied. Besides being beautiful, just how I wanted it, it was really good. Everyone complimented me on it. I highly recommend it!

15/03/2026: Review As a frequent customer of Zangaloro, I have to say this was my last. It's a moment to go from being a regular customer to considering never ordering from us again when the experience is this disastrous. A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

15/02/2026: I advise everyone against ordering takeaway, they never arrive. I had to cancel an order placed at 7:30 pm and it still hadn't arrived at 10:00 pm, justifying 2 riders to make deliveries. If you are not able to provide certain services, don't do them, you would make a worse impression.

07/03/2026: Horrible experience. Today, when I paid for two coffees, the vending machine gave me partial change. I asked for clarification and was denied any assistance. Moral of the story: two coffees for €5. I absolutely do not recommend! And be careful with your change; the machine doesn't give it back, and neither does the manager.

16/04/2026: Excellent service. The food is superb. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/04/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, both in terms of toilet cleanliness and for people with celiac disease. I've never seen a gluten-free burger served in a steamy bag after being microwaved, nor such a brown limescale deposit in toilet bowls that looked like they belonged in a pub.
