12/10/2025: McDrive experience on Sunday afternoon was awful. Wait times were incredibly long, the sandwich base was incredibly hard, and the wrong order was made for different fries than the ones I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I arrived. There's a lot of room for improvement.

29/09/2025: Super negative review. I threw a truly pitiful party. The girl who was in charge left, so I had to ask for music for the cake. I don't think this is a party to entertain the kids. I'll give it a star because I have to, but it was below zero.

As if it were still the post-war period and the height of culinary ambition was "to grease well and add flavor." We're not talking about tradition here, but about laziness disguised as culture. This isn't "old-fashioned" cuisine: it's carelessness, it's operational ignorance, it's industrial indifference. Because healthy cooking requires attention, skill, and responsibility. Frying everything, on the other hand, is easy. It's the shortcut of the mediocre. And the truth is simple and uncomfortable: these places don't feed people, they consume customers. They sell instant pleasure and present the bill years later, when no one connects heart attacks to "abundant" food. In 2026, that's not folklore. It's irresponsibility. And even a little criminal.

30/01/2026: Great food for any taste, from bread to pizza, Sicilian cannoli with ricotta, and so on. Whatever the case, it's all delicious.

20/11/2025: Terrible experience, I definitely won't be returning to this place. The service was truly awful; the ladies at the counter seemed almost annoyed by having to serve me, and they even made me bag the deli items myself to take away (after making me wait both at the register and at the counter).

22/01/2026: My experience today: I walk in line to order and the employee turns around and tells me next time I have to do it from the screen, and if for any reason I can't or don't know, I shouldn't come in, thank you so much, but I will carefully avoid going in again (there are ways of saying things). You don't know what dialogue means, increasingly dependent, and dependence leads to ruin.

20/12/2025: Check a few things. Very poor cleaning of tables, chairs, and floors. Unsalted and cold fries, cold sandwich. McDonald's should be the same everywhere!!!

14/12/2025: I had chosen them with great affection for my daughter's cake. After excellent communication, I was left with a cake that had nothing to do with my requests, which had been approved and decided upon together. I was disappointed not only with the result but also with the lack of transparency and the mockery. I strongly advise against it.

09/12/2025: Last night my husband and I chose this place for an after-dinner drink. The place is very spacious and well-kept; the wall decorations are beautiful. We actually loved everything, even our desserts: the red velvet cake and the raspberry cheesecake—everything was delicious! The table service was good, and everyone was friendly, so we'll definitely be back.

14/02/2026: It's absurd and shameful to wait more than 2 hours for a delivery, while also informing the customer service on Whatsapp that the order was for a pregnant woman, the order was placed at 8:50 pm, and at 10:50 pm it still hadn't been delivered. The great thing is that they also pay for Zangaloro Prime. It's truly absurd. Furthermore, to keep the customer quiet, they put the order for delivery when it actually isn't for delivery. You're doubly shameful.

07/02/2026: Terrible service, 12.50 spent in the air, inedible food; nuggets with black pieces inside that looked like insects, frozen chips and mostly the sandwich was partly raw with no sauce, as for the dessert (cookies) it was hard as a rock and tasteless

28/01/2026: The best sandwiches with select meats. I prefer them to anything else. Fabulous Angus Steak...a delight for the palate.

25/01/2026: It starts from the unheated room and ends with me ordering chips with bacon and cedar, both invisible... the kitchen responded with the quantities... basically a tub of chips with no seasoning, sorry, but this isn't the place it used to be...

15/02/2026: I advise everyone against ordering takeaway, they never arrive. I had to cancel an order placed at 7:30 pm and it still hadn't arrived at 10:00 pm, justifying 2 riders to make deliveries. If you are not able to provide certain services, don't do them, you would make a worse impression.

08/01/2026: Usually, it's not very pleasant to spend long in places like train stations. The atmosphere isn't the same. But here, we were saying goodbye to the island and stayed a little longer. I'd like to point out that not all customers clear their tables after themselves. The staff is very careful about this and immediately comes to clean the tables and surrounding areas. They strive to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Also, the staff literally chased away a beggar from me. It was a nice gesture. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service.
