12/06/2025: Very pleasant Tuesday at Jam Session: musicians and singers taking turns on stage, while the audience enjoys its drink (I arrived after dinner). Super friendly owner and very welcoming staff. There are also outdoor tables to enjoy the Bolognese summers. An evening full of energy to fill up on live performances. Go, it's worth it!

05/06/2025: I ordered one of the burgers on the menu and some onion rings, the meat was excellent, I'd say I was quite full.

02/06/2025: I have been to this chain's restaurants on several occasions and this one was definitely the worst of all the ones I have tried so far. Uninterested and rude staff, the restaurant is not particularly clean, including the bathroom. We order nachos for an aperitif, which arrive with the rest of the dishes we ordered. Grilled food for 2 people (38 euros) which was definitely not for two people, little meat and a mountain of chips, with burnt beef and raw sausage. We order a beer from the menu and they tell us they don't have it. The same goes for the barley coffee. Finally we get to the cashier and find out that they don't accept Pellegrini meal vouchers. I ask if the guidelines have changed because I have always used them in all the other restaurants in the chain and they tell me that the property is different from the other Old Wild West restaurants... but they have accepted the Old Wild West loyalty program.... Unfortunately, it is absolutely not worth the money spent!

21/05/2025: You absolutely have to check when they deliver the order to the mc drive, THE STUFF IS MISSING!! The sauces almost always, the last time a sandwich was missing!! When I noticed it, however, it was too late!! I called and they told me that I could come back with the receipt to complain about this thing and they would give me one right away, too bad that when I came back and tried to tell the girl what had happened, she closed the door without even listening to me and answering me rudely!!

18/05/2025: The hamburger bread always comes out burnt ㅠㅠ Other than that, everything is good👍

24/05/2025: A very dry and stringy chicken cutlet, with two cherry tomatoes and a few rocket leaves. €13 and a 30 minute wait. There's nothing else to add

02/04/2025: I went to eat with a group of friends, I had already heard of Hamerica's because it has an excellent reputation in Bologna. The environment is very nice with attention to detail, the service is perfect with very kind waiters ready for any request, I would try everything on the menu because any dish makes your mouth water. The guy at the register also recommended the beers to have and they were all super spot on compared to the dishes chosen. I would definitely eat there again. P.S. The best cheesecake I've eaten so far.

02/04/2025: Excellent venue! Both from the point of view of the really good food and the welcoming environment. There is a wide and very inviting choice, with XXL menus and even vegetarian choices. The staff are also very friendly and noteworthy for the value for money.

12/06/2025: Warning. Takeaway. Sandwich arrived with mold stain underneath. Luckily I always check before eating.

02/06/2025: Large spacious airy, products as always top, fast and friendly. Very tidy clean and above all with large decent bathrooms!!! A must stop when you arrive in Bologna or before leaving!!

02/05/2025: It's Burger King, my kids think it's better than McDonalds which is fair enough because McDonalds don't do Angry Whoppers. Angry Whoppers are good. It is closed. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.
