23/11/2025: Everything was truly excellent! A pretty big order, and they arrived on time and hot! P.S. We also made a terrible impression by not seeing a portion of bacon fries in the bag, so I called and they told us they'd bring them right away. They then called back to ask if we were sure they'd forgotten them; they were under the tissues, so in addition to the 5 stars, we also apologize for the embarrassment we made.

Meat is the undisputed star here, but the menu goes far beyond that, offering a carefully curated selection designed for those seeking true quality. The service is professional but never cold, with knowledgeable staff who know how to advise and guide the experience without being intrusive. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, with pleasant background music that makes dinner even more enjoyable. The appetizers are top-notch, with a simply extraordinary tartare, tender and flavorful, that literally melts in your mouth. The grilled vegetables, fries, and baked potatoes are also excellent: often overlooked side dishes, but here they are meticulously prepared and truly excellent. On to the Wagyu: the chef demonstrates great mastery, also serving it as a carpaccio and in various cooking methods, ideal for appreciating every nuance and truly understanding the value of this meat. 10/02/2026: At 8:00 PM on February 9, 2026, we ordered three hamburgers with fries and a drink, and paid €57.00... it seems excessive! Service and quality were average, but the place is dated.

01/02/2026: Really good pub I highly recommend going, Bepe the manager is a genuinely nice guy and is passionate and knowledgeable about Beer. I went there twice when I was in the city for work for 4 days, first time I had the burger and a few beers which was excellent, second time many different beers recommended by Bepe! Good music, good atmosphere, good beer (plenty of local craft beers).

30/01/2026: in my opinion best pub in pratello, so much love to beppe, elisa and lollo, such wonderful bartenders: kind, welcoming and really well prepared.

03/03/2026: I stop by KFC a few times because it's in a great location. Today I ordered takeout, and first thing I noticed was that they forgot the sauces I paid for (and it's been happening to me quite often lately, in fact, I check before I go, and it shouldn't have become a habit, but HERE WE ARE). And, to make matters worse, when I got home, I saw that my Kentucky Cheese & Bacon WAS OUT OF BACON. Now, I've worked in the restaurant industry too, and I understand that it can happen sometimes, but it happens really, really often. I shouldn't have to check a sandwich before leaving to make sure it has all the ingredients.

19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

05/01/2026: Extremely slow service, with employers on their phones, letting customers slip by. We had to wait half an hour for half a sandwich. They wouldn't prepare your order unless you showed up with a receipt. The food was good, as always, but the patience was lacking.

23/09/2025: Excellent burgers and amazing beers! The prices are particularly fair, especially considering that fries are included. It's definitely a great place in a very convenient location, given the large parking lot in front of the entrance. Two problems: the first is that they have two sittings. The first is quite short, and having to leave your table rather early is clearly not very pleasant, since it's a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. But they clearly state this, so you know what to expect. The ground floor is very nice, but the basement is rather shabby. It seems like a temporary solution, so I hope they fix it.

08/02/2026: I'm updating my review; there's little to say except extraordinary! The quality seems to be constantly improving. Luckily, it's very close to home. My girlfriend offers the most sincere compliments. There's no comparison within a few kilometers.

07/01/2026: Excellent cuisine for the New Year eve. Quite expensive taking into account wine + dinner but excellent. Each plate was a discovery with delicate flavors and creativity. We liked it. The restaurant's room though is not at the level of the cuisine.
