12/03/2024: I ordered a chicken salad with a drink. Unfortunately, the drink, although free refill, was very out of gas, which made the experience less pleasant. However, the chicken in the salad was tasty. Overall, a quiet and quick lunch in a shopping mall. The receipt is really too long for a simple menu. 🍗🥤

12/03/2024: Very pleasant to spend a few hours inside the restaurant located on the upper floor of the Maximall shopping center, it also has themed areas. Wide choice of products which in my opinion satisfy all tastes. Advised.

11/03/2024: I frequent this brand but to be honest I was disappointed with both the service and the food. We ask for a fried food to tease because the peanuts were finished, the fruit is brought to us but without napkins, the meat arrives and with a cost of 35 euros for 2 we are brought almost raw meat as we asked for it to be cooked well and chips to almost count to those who had to take them...disappointed

04/03/2024: We went to this place where they make these super good cinnamon rolls. We took a hazelnut roll and a Nutella roll. In the Nutella one you couldn't smell much cinnamon but it was very good, the hazelnut one was fabulous and delicate. We paid around 10 euros but it was worth it. The girl was very kind. I recommend it, I will definitely return.

11/03/2024: They made us sit in a corner where they forgot us, I had to go and ask to order, once I had placed my order a dish was missing... more than 45 minutes had passed... luckily the waiter assured me that within 5 minutes he made it arrive and so it was. I find that the quality and quantity of the food has decreased, I don't know if it was because everything was done in a hurry or if it was always like this. I was disappointed.

09/03/2024: Meat arrived cold not even remotely similar to the photo on the menu and with a 20 minute delay between a sandwich and a dish ordered together......in terrible decline

22/02/2024: Without infamy and without praise... good pizza in a very spartan environment perhaps because it was thought of and projected towards something else. A place to spend a fun evening without big demands. I think it can improve, I'll be back to try more

30/01/2024: Comportamento da parte del personale, pessimo, patatine richieste calde, sono state invece rifilate quelle già pronte da un po’. All’interno di quest’ultime ritrovamento di pezzi di cheddar non richiesti, infine al reclamo dell’accaduto il personale ha ritenuto fosse naturale che capitasse, senza chiedere scusa.

20/12/2023: I really regret the owners of this place, I need to go on a diet and eat healthy, unfortunately because of them I'm forced to order several times during the week because they don't manage to disappoint me, jokes aside, keep it up, unfortunately I live a bit far away every time I order I'm sorry to make the courier travel so far but on the other hand it's one of the few that maintains the quality even with simple foods but it's not obvious to make simple foods, the potatoes look like those from Avezzano I don't know if they're them and the kebab seems very good, if we really want to nitpick I would be more careful with the oil, the croquettes were slightly wet with oil, sometimes the potatoes too, apart from these small inconveniences the general quality is above average for everyone the places in Naples tried so far.

27/03/2024: On March 25th I celebrated my 7 year old daughter's birthday and we received the utmost courtesy from the staff. 20 children looked after by two hostesses but the professionalism of the head hostess Antonella made the difference. We will return soon

18/03/2024: I hadn't been to McDonald's in a long time, I had a great time. I "experimented" with the table service, which was precise and quick. Overall, a very pleasant return.

21/03/2024: ... I ordered a tasty basket.... What a disappointment made only of classic nagges, the spicy ones and 3 tomato parcels.... In other mc's I find Ascolana olives, chicken wings or ciscitte.... More variety .... Which I didn't find here👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

30/03/2024: Tonight was a negative experience with a sandwich not up to par with other previous times. First of all it didn't respect the photo (ok the change of bread, but at least the menu should be updated or warned) and too many "liquid" ingredients which made the sandwich slippery and difficult to eat (the "ranger") As for the environment, the outdoor room is narrow and with very uncomfortable seats. The service however is good and they are very kind

24/03/2024: Ordered on 23 March 2024 at 11pm two mc flurry snickers extra topping, no queue at the checkout, very slow service, after 10 minutes of waiting I asked the manager who was there, but he pretended not to hear. One of the girls called him and without even saying hello he replied: "ah the ice creams? They're making them" after another 5 minutes I was given the bag and only outside I realized that in addition to very small portions, they were both missing the caramel. When I returned inside I pointed it out and the very annoyed manager added the missing ingredient, handed the bag to the girl at the cash register and again without saying goodbye or apologizing he walked away. He has completely forgotten the rules of the company manual: "Our business is based on the customer" Primary objective: to satisfy the customer 100%" First of all good manners: say hello and then listen. The manager in question will have evidently skipped a few pages.
