03/02/2026: I was here last week, and since it wasn't a weekend, we went right in. The place isn't very big, so if you go on the weekend, there will be a long wait. As soon as we were seated, they immediately served us drinks, followed by appetizers. The fries were good, but the meatballs were a real plus. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the sweet potatoes; they were too thin. The baked potatoes with porchetta were also appreciated. We also had pulled pork meatballs, which were average. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant surprise with the sandwich. I ordered a smash, and I expected anything but for them to split the sandwich and grill the insides... unfortunately, I was really disappointed because the insides of the sandwich and the ingredients were burned. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place was well-kept, and the bathrooms are very clean. I hope to return soon to improve my review :)

A wonderful cinnamon scent permeates the place, with seating both inside and out, fast service, and competitive prices (from €3.50 to €6). Delicious, hot, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with toppings that make them even better 😍

13/12/2025: Hats off to the quality and deliciousness. But this is the second time I've ordered with Uber, bought the sauces as an add-on and they didn't come with them, but I still paid for them.

14/12/2025: We were there this evening at 10:20 PM, six of us with children. We wanted to be in the nursery. It's inconceivable that they wouldn't let us in, saying they were already cleaning the room. I'm appealing to the owner. I'm waiting, because it'll be hard to continue if the employees make customers leave instead of seating them. Have a good evening.

13/09/2025: I've been there several times and can confirm the excellent quality of the products, and the prices are fair. The menu is very varied, with both savory and sweet options. I especially like the gluten-free options (among many, the "super burger" is exceptional). The wait times are average. You can dine in or take out, or get home delivery via the app. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: We were at the Pomigliano d'Arco location last Sunday and tonight... what can I say? The toast was good in itself, but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the store, but they cook and sell food there (among other things, it also has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should require a cockroach removal and sanitization of the affected area or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion it loses points for the service.

20/12/2025: We were very disappointed. The service was decidedly confusing: both sandwiches we ordered were completely different from what we requested. The menu was also unclear: we didn't know fries were already included with the sandwiches, and the staff didn't alert us when we ordered an extra portion. The result? Everything arrived at the table at once, without any sort of order. A little more attention to orders and the customer wouldn't hurt. The sandwich was good. That's the only positive note.

29/10/2025: We went tonight to celebrate my son's birthday (13 children) and we ordered their €10 menu, which included a sandwich with drinks and chips. We adults chose from the menu, and the prices were reasonable. Then we also ordered a takeaway sandwich. The only photo I managed to take is this one... The place was nice and clean, and the lady was really kind and helpful with the kids... The sandwich was excellent, and I compliment the owner on everything. The kids had a great time, they had fun with the karaoke, and they also ate very well... I recommend the broccoli rabe, which was incredibly delicious... I rarely find them made this well... Congratulations

06/12/2025: Service is too slow because there's little staff at the counter. Despite the small crowd, I waited more than 15 minutes for my order.

10/12/2025: The food is top-notch, and the pasta is spectacular! Generous portions and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere make it perfect for families, thanks in part to the children's play area. The owners are kind and helpful! Congratulations!

05/10/2025: Excellent food at a very reasonable price. We stopped by coincidence and already liked the entrance avenue, as confirmed by the excellent food. We will return when we pass through that area again.

29/08/2025: It's a disgrace, I asked to bring the pizza, or rather to bring 2 more, because an unexpected event had to take more, and they said no! And I paid for it! Never mind, I'm not the one losing out! Never again!

18/01/2026: Oh well! What can I say, everything was perfect, just like almost every other place, but this one I noticed was a little more friendly from the staff. I was with my family for a quick lunch. We ordered, and a chicken sandwich arrived, while we had ordered the same one but with beef. We didn't say anything and started eating. Shortly after, one of the girls came to the table with the sandwich we had ordered. Even though we had already started eating the chicken one, she left us the one we had ordered as well... Congratulations and thanks again...

11/01/2026: I asked for a cappuccino menu, was told it was no longer available, and paid full price, only to discover that the cappuccino menu was still available, but the clerk hadn't applied it. Pay attention to staff training.

30/12/2025: Extremely negative experience. We arrived around 10:55 PM, before the official closing time (11:00 PM), rightfully believing we could order like any other customer. From the start, we were greeted hastily and rudely: we were told to hurry up and go directly to the cashier, "more than once," with an unprofessional and clearly annoyed attitude, as if our presence were a problem rather than part of the service. After placing our order, we moved to the pickup point, where the situation further deteriorated. A cleaner, while tidying up the room, addressed us in a completely inappropriate manner, explicitly telling us that we had to leave and go home because they "had to close," even going so far as to make ironic and sarcastic comments about how we could have eaten something else at home, specifically saying (JATV A MAGNA O PANETTON COL LLAT AL CAS APPOST È VNI CCA). This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially toward customers who entered before closing time. I find it serious that: the stated opening hours are not respected; the staff is harassing customers instead of properly handling last-minute orders; inappropriate and disrespectful remarks are made toward those who simply exercised their right to order within the allotted time. I understand tiredness at the end of the shift, but this does not justify rude behavior, pressure to leave, or inappropriate comments. A company like McDonald's should guarantee minimum standards of hospitality and professionalism, especially during the final minutes of service, which are still part of working hours. A truly disappointing experience. I hope management seriously considers staff training and managing evening closing times, because this completely destroys customer trust.

31/12/2025: The food was good, as per the usual Mec standards. The atmosphere was chaotic and confusing. We went on December 31st at lunchtime. Service needs to be reevaluated. Drink spilled on the table.

27/01/2026: I'm deeply impressed by the attention paid to both the tables and the bathrooms at this establishment. My compliments for the cleanliness. The lady, dressed all in black with short hair and a charming hat, showed truly admirable respect and care for the people who stopped by. Thank you also for serving us at a late hour.
