09/10/2025: I went to the new Bell restaurant, I took some takeaway sandwiches this evening, my rating is 10, everything is excellent and fresh, congratulations, I took a divine Tony Smash, and a Tony crispy plus the little girl sandwich, really excellent, well done

22/08/2025: The place is truly charming and unique. The sandwiches are delicious, well-seasoned, and the bread is soft and flavorful. But above all, the staff is kind and helpful. We went with my three hurricane-sized children, and despite everything, the owner was incredibly kind to them. The waits complained about in some reviews didn't even occur, and there were other tables besides ours. For us, the service was impeccable.

16/08/2025: A unique place we found by chance during our vacation. We were impressed by the quality and deliciousness of the food: the mozzarella calzone and the authentic bacon sandwiches, not to mention the spiral fries (all better than any other high-end place). The atmosphere is "Happy Days." The wait times mentioned in previous reviews didn't seem that long given the quality of the food. We returned two nights later.

12/10/2025: Wonderful experience not to mention the staff Gianluca) is the best as I have the flaws not to complain and what can I say about the abundant food very good artisanal and quality products fried in quality oil because the product is not greasy if they start making the pizzeria also I think that the only reason for not returning is only because it will always be full in the end the bill for 4 people is not much to return at least twice a week because the environment involves you

05/10/2025: Very good food, helpful staff. Too many tables in one room, too close to each other, with no room to move. The music is very loud, making it difficult to chat.

11/08/2025: Excellent food, a unique and alternative option for a different evening. The staff was friendly and quick. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in August, which was really stressful. We sweated more there than on a hike in the mountains. Overall, the food was good and unique. Would I go back? No, although the food was good and of good quality, it didn't blow me away, just my opinion. The price? Not exactly cheap.

23/10/2025: A terrible experience due to the terrible and offensive service. I stopped by with my mother after the movies, and, well aware of the time (it was 11:40 PM), we asked several times, with all the politeness in the world, if it was too late to order. We were told it wasn't a problem, so we thought we could proceed. Despite this, we couldn't consult any menu other than the scannable one (which only lists the names of the sandwiches, with no photos or ingredients—completely useless, therefore). A girl from the kitchen explained to us verbally which sandwiches were available, and so we chose. Once we ordered, the song Perdere l'amore came on in the dining room, featuring the verse "Adesso andate via," a phrase sung loudly from inside the kitchen. We decided to eat outside so as not to be a nuisance, and while we were eating, the restaurant manager came to close the shutters, looking at us with a sarcastic sneer. A truly terrible experience, especially for the international brand we've known and frequented for years. I'd like to clarify, however, that throughout this display of rudeness, the only person who was respectful and kind was the counterman (the one who served us). I hope this message is brought to the attention of the manager, who clearly handled this situation in the worst possible way. Kindness always comes before quality.

15/10/2025: I went to this place today and was very pleased with the service. The chicken was hot and excellent, and Pia was very kind. I recommend it.

13/09/2025: I've been there several times and can confirm the excellent quality of the products, and the prices are fair. The menu is very varied, with both savory and sweet options. I especially like the gluten-free options (among many, the "super burger" is exceptional). The wait times are average. You can dine in or take out, or get home delivery via the app. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: We were last Sunday and this evening at the Pomigliano d'Arco point... what can I say, the toast was good in itself but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in to get in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the point of sale but they cook and sell food there (among other things it has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should be required to remove cockroaches and sanitize the area concerned or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion makes the service lose points

24/09/2025: I got a medium portion of chips... a measly bag... Exorbitant price of 2.90🤐 Pringles are better 😬 I can't even imagine the small portion.

19/09/2025: I was really disappointed with this KFC experience. The chicken had an unpleasant, stale, fried smell, it was poorly cooked, and the overall flavor was truly unappealing. I expected much more, but it was completely unsatisfying from start to finish. I definitely won't be returning.

19/09/2025: Rude staff. They forgot about our table order. When I approached staff they were unfriendely and offered no apology. Also forgot a spoon for a mcflurry. When I asked for one they threw it at me.

19/09/2025: The McDonald's in Vomero, compared to the others in Naples, is always clean and quiet, making it a very pleasant stop. Lately, the coffee shop staff (one in particular, very complaining) has been inattentive and often over-eager. The croissants are cold, served like bricks. The cappuccino tastes like water. A little more desire would be enough; you're not even surrounded by people... that said, other than that, it's fine.

23/09/2025: the best cinnamon rolls I've ever eaten, I recommend the classic one but if you really like cinnamon, get the apple and space cinnamon one

13/09/2025: We went there because it was the only place in Caserta with several vegan options (several cinnamon roll flavors, but vegan). Unfortunately, they told me they no longer make them and that they might be available again soon. I hope this happens soon because it was really worth it.

The restaurant is spacious, has parking, and is family-friendly, with well-organized interiors. Despite a few reports of minor inconveniences, it generally ensures a pleasant experience, with friendly staff, affordable prices, and the unmistakable flavor of its products.

22/09/2025: Insane quality. Delicious. A bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Clean environment, but there's always room for improvement. I'll definitely be back.
