Place was empty, 10 workers were walking around clueless.
20min for a single cup of coffee.
09/04/2024: Average for McDonald's. The only note was that the bathrooms were really dirty and smelly and with children it's not a big deal.....

26/02/2024: Locale carino, servizio scadente e tempi di attesa lunghissimi per due misere fette di torta già presenti in vetrina. Torta kinder bueno gommosa senza un minimo di decoro, kinder delice secchissima probabilmente vecchia di un paio di giorni. Sconsiglio

04/04/2024: We went on Monday in Albis. Of course there was a bit of a long wait but it was normal on this particular day
the burger was good, excellent meat.
02/04/2024: Very disappointing from all points of view. We are regular customers of the one in Casoria and the difference in taste, quantity, service and cleanliness is abysmal with the one present inside Edenlandia. Nothing was done despite me showing my disappointment at the checkout. I highly recommend the one in Casoria and I will never go back to the one in Edenlandia again.

29/03/2024: Terrible service!!!! Long waits both to pay and to have the food at the table!!! In the end I had to get up because my order had been the first to come out but left there to cool. Never again!!!! They were busy chatting instead of serving, and it was 3pm, there was no queue!!!

30/09/2023: Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita. Il cibo non è male, ma il servizio è lentissimo, il locale è buio e per tutta la serata nessuno ha limitato l'esuberanza dei numerosi ragazzini che popolano il locale, configurandolo di fatto come una ludoteca.

I don't know the circumstances, but shouting and yelling at that cashier while we were waiting to pay, continuing and not caring about the circumstance is a unique lack of professionalism, I also felt discomfort for the girl. embarrassing
