17/09/2025: Rarely do other places serve such a hot, creamy sandwich and hot, crunchy fries. The same can't be said for the ice cream and donuts, which were a bit softer than at other places.
10/09/2025: Since I was a child, I've always eaten sandwiches at McDonald's in Mercogliano. I was there the other night and had a disappointing evening. We found a hair in the sandwich, the wrong bun, and a missing number of fries. Disappointing evening due to the service.

06/04/2025: McDonald's di Eboli, personale spesso scortese, soprattutto il dipendente con gli occhiali e i capelli attaccati, già una volta ci tolse il numero per le ordinazioni al tavolo. Anche questa volta non ci ha consegnato l ordine al tavolo e siamo dovuti andarlo a prendere, quando sul tavolo c'è un QR con scritto ordina qui e te lo portiamo noi. Ripeto già una volta lo stesso dipendente ci tolse il numero di mano.

09/10/2025: I ordered two sandwiches from Just Eat, one regular and one gluten-free (there was a gluten-free Schär bun option). Once the sandwiches arrived, I noticed that the gluten-free one was clearly not a Schär bun (which I know well because it's the one used at McDonald's) and was identical in appearance and texture to the other regular sandwich.
I tried calling the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. The result: a ruined dinner and a waste of money.
09/10/2025: I believe that ordering a gluten-free sandwich (which should be schär, according to the menus on delivery apps) and receiving one that contains it is quite dangerous for the consumer. Furthermore, we tried calling several times to get an explanation, but obviously received no answer. Terrible.

27/07/2025: The pub is on the road, and unfortunately, parking is difficult. One of the two dining rooms has broken air conditioning, which isn't exactly the best these days. The staff is inattentive, the service is incredibly slow, and you have to wait a really long time to eat. Even though the food is of good quality, the sandwich arrives freezing cold because the side dishes are from the refrigerator and don't heat them up. The baked potatoes are freezing cold, the eggplant is freezing cold, the burrata is frozen, and the bread is soggy and not very well-grilled. It's a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the food was good. The meatballs were delicious, even though the menu said 6 meatballs, but the plate only served 5. The fries? Well, those everywhere are good! They need a lot of improvement.

30/09/2025: A big shout-out to employee Pamela, who truly made our evening. After a fantastic day of scootering along the Amalfi Coast, we plopped down here for a quick dinner. We've never encountered such a cheerful employee at a McDonald's anywhere in the world, but Pamela clearly enjoys her work and put a smile on our adult faces. I hope the management is reading this and gives her a nice Christmas bonus, because this is truly amazing ❤️
28/09/2025: Terrible and frustrating experience.
1) Unacceptable Wait: 30 minutes in line just to order;
2) Rude Staff: When I asked for an explanation at the counter, the staff responded rudely without giving any reason;
3) Incorrect Order and Rudeness: Instead of a chocolate milkshake, I received a sundae. When I reported it, the employee abruptly dismissed me with a "keep it," refusing to correct it.
4) Tax Failure: I wasn't even given a receipt.
Unacceptable service, rudeness, and total disregard for the customer.
I kindly ask the appropriate authorities to take action.

Highly not recommended, at least they gave a discount. One of the little girls even went hungry.

16/10/2025: This evening after a day at work, I stopped to get two sandwiches, waited about 25 minutes for my order, got home, and there were no croquettes in the bin. In short, €5.10 wasted!
How come someone at the counter has to open the bag and double-check what the employee made?
13/10/2025: Tonight I celebrated my daughter Eva's birthday at a self-organized party and I have to compliment Veronica and Fortuna on the staff who were SUPER in accompanying me every step of the way from start to finish, always with kindness and sweetness, truly the best!!!!! I highly recommend this Villaricca venue.

09/09/2025: Nice place for a wine or a beer. Enormous menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We pay €12 for a large white wine, a large Leffe beer and a portion of green fresh olives. For free we had chips, snacks and peanut small bags.
Not to bad and happy to return

16/06/2025: I returned to this cocktail bar after some time, driven by good memories, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
I ordered a simple Campari Spritz, accompanied by two single-serving packets of crisps and peanuts, as an aperitif. Nothing special. The place was practically empty, I was alone and I simply sat down to drink.
I was presented with a bill of 10.50 euros: 9 euros for the drink (already above the average for the area) and 1.50 euros for the cover charge, which I honestly find unjustified. No special service, no fresh dishes, only packaged snacks. In other nearby places, with the same amount of money you can get a much richer aperitif and without extra costs.
It seemed like a less than transparent way to take advantage of the situation. And the most absurd thing? I even left a tip
Too bad, because the place has potential, but I won't be returning.

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli)
Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....
16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.
