Unfortunately, if the bread is old, it's not enough to heat it up, a real shame because the rest was good and for a trifle you didn't get a new customer. Greetings

22/07/2024: Questa sera sono stata nel vostro store di Villaricca per il compleanno di mia figlia Ginevra….che dire complimenti a Fortuna e Francesca per la disponibilità e la pazienza avuta mi hanno supportata e aiutata dall’inizio alla fine della festa. Veramente due ragazze eccezionali che sanno svolgere il proprio lavoro con armonia e dedizione. L’azienda per cui lavorano mi auguro che tenga conto di persone così valide. 15/08/2024: Nightmarish cuisine and service. We went recommended by friends and after reading the reviews and seeing the photos of the dishes. Nothing more inconsistent. Prices too high for a starred restaurant, shame about the paper tablecloths and a service that is truly too naive. We had gorgonzola and peach risotto. It turned out to be too far behind in cooking and really bland. Although we pointed out that the rice was undercooked, the dish was not replaced. After about ten minutes we were asked if we wanted to have it done again. IT HAD TO BE DONE DIRECTLY AND IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT EMBARRASSING THE CUSTOMER IN THE DECISION. The dish was considered gourmet but I think they should inform themselves and study to know the value and quality of a dish considered gourmet. Furthermore, they increased the price directly in the bill without considering what was written in the price list because, according to them, this was not up to date. 16 euros for a paltry amount of rice with gorgonzola and 4 pieces of peach on top. A trattoria claiming to be a listed restaurant. So much presumption...all smoke. I suspect that the positive reviews aren't exactly true. Bad experience...paid a lot for an empty belly!!

15/08/2024: A total hole in the water. We ordered 3 first courses and a second course, the courses were not served simultaneously but the meat first and after a couple of minutes two first courses, and the third first course with even more distance. The risottos were served well behind their cooking and after pointing this out to the waiter, he did not promptly replace the dish, but asked us what we wanted to do, embarrassing us greatly. After some time the waiter served us another portion of risotto to apologize for what had happened, this time with the correct cooking, but still leaving the risotto that wasn't right at the table. The portion of the paccheri was small. The meat, highly praised by the waiter, did not meet the expectations also shown by the photos of the reviews, the taste was bland and insipid, probably among the worst meats I have eaten. The side dish, which had been taken together with the second course, arrived as a different course as it was not possible to eat it together with the meat. A "glass" of wine was also taken and I put quotation marks because the quantity was less than what is usually served. The last surprise was the bill because they made us pay for the "gourmet" risottos with an off-menu price of €16 per dish with the excuse that they had not yet updated the menu, when on the card the price of the risottos is €12

12/06/2024: I booked the venue for my birthday party by choosing the 400 euro package. I don't want to go into the details of the quantities because it was my mistake not to inquire beforehand about the mediocrity of what was offered, but the quality bordered on terrible, the pizzas were cold and very dry, the margherita sauce was very acidic and salty, plus the whole it was served on a table without a place setting, we didn't even have a placemat, glasses or water, I had to ask for them. The cake was good and I was offered (so to speak since the package was for 30 people and there were 15 of us) some cupcakes. Furthermore, the room should have been reserved, which did not happen. It's a shame because the place has never been poor, I hope it changes course because the food was not appreciated by any of the guests.

14/07/2024: Sinceramente sconvolto. Abbiamo aspettato un’ora e venti per ricevere UNA porzione di patatine e un corn dog e altri 20 minuti per un hamburger e un calzone (queste ultime due cose arrivate tempestivamente, guarda caso quando ci siamo lamentati). La risposta è stata: “ci sono altri clienti da servire e le consegne da fare”. SPOILER: eravamo praticamente gli unici (oltre due tavoli) e non sembrava ci fosse un via vai per le consegne. Palesemente presi in giro, anche perché nel tavolo accanto al nostro, i signori (arrivati per giunta dopo di noi) sono stati serviti piuttosto velocemente ricevendo birre e panini dopo neanche 10 minuti. Locale che si concede il lusso di lavorare in questa maniera penosa solo perché si trova in un paesino in cui, purtroppo per chi ci abita, non ci sono altre alternative. Se si trovasse in piena città, con questi ritmi e modi di fare, avrebbe chiuso dopo neanche una settimana. Noto con piacere che comunque non sono stato l’unico a riscontrare problemi per quando riguarda le tempistiche del servizio, perché avevo letto recensioni che lamentavano gli stessi tempi di attesa biblici. Devo dire che chi gestisce il locale fa tesoro delle critiche. A mai più, fortunatamente! Cibo voto: 6+
