01/05/2025: A wonderful find: the food is so fresh and delicious! We had beautifully prepared steak, lamb and bruschetta, as well as the secret recipe dessert - wow! The owner and family are so welcoming and hospitable. The cocktails and homemade limoncello are the best we have had.

29/04/2025: Unreserved recommendation: We were on holiday in Maiori at the beginning of April and really wanted to go to this restaurant. A program with Tim Mälzer piqued our curiosity because he was completely enthusiastic. The food was really exceptionally good, the service was excellent and we even got to try the homemade concerto, which is the "secret" to the magic of the dessert Melanzana alla Nonna / Melanzana alla cioccolata. We really enjoyed being there; no star restaurant can compete with that. Authentic cuisine from the region. Thank you!

23/05/2025: This place was right next to Herculaneum. It is really touristy area and many of the places charge a lot but this place was really inexpensive, the food was good, and the staff was friendly.

02/04/2025: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Loop Officina della Birra in Naples and the experience was exceptional. The place offers a wide selection of craft beers, both on tap and in bottles, satisfying even the most demanding palates. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff stands out for their courtesy and professionalism, always ready to recommend the beer best suited to the tastes of the customers.  In addition, the place organizes themed evenings, such as karaoke on Thursdays, which make the atmosphere even more lively and fun. I highly recommend Loop Officina della Birra to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening with excellent beer and good company.

23/04/2025: This is our favorite lunch place in Ischia. We go there every day we're in Ischia and this is going on 20 years now. The family who runs it is nice as they come. Everything on the menu is terrific but my favorites are the bruschetta and pesto pasta but you can't go wrong with anything here. Be sure to get the wine with peaches.

Excellent food (you can immediately perceive the quality) and an international menu that is at times very particular, revisited with discretion and grace. Furthermore, it's an informal and nice place, and the owner is a smart, friendly young entrepreneur who knows how to make a living. Top.

02/03/2025: We ate pasta and potatoes with provola cheese for two, had a glass of red wine and a bottle of still water. The pasta is good, the wine is so-so... in any case they won't see me again because for two first courses and half a glass of red wine (so-so) you can't make me pay €35...

We ordered two classic Midduccini and a delicious Kinder Cereali pancake: everything was really delicious! 😋 The order is made in an innovative way via QR code, a smart and fast solution. ⏱️ The waiting times were very short and the staff were kind, helpful and very welcoming. A pleasant experience in every aspect, definitely to be repeated and recommended! 🔝

26/05/2025: so I've been coming to mid for a long time, and I've always had a good time, but in this period the prices have skyrocketed. If we have to pay for the cover charge, I prefer to go back to the waiters who take the orders and take THE TRAY (bulky). The pancakes are not always as fresh as they used to be, and considering the increase in price it is assumed that they are better. However, the renovated environment is nice and welcoming, and the waiters are kind.

03/05/2025: The paradise of connoisseurs with predatory instincts. Their meat is meat in its rawest and wildest sense, seasoned to tantalize the palate but without covering its natural flavour. If "the anticipation of pleasure is itself pleasure", then their cheeseburger is exactly what you need to make even the heaviest weeks of work bearable. The place is small but charming, to the point that you don't want to leave good reviews for fear of not finding a seat the next time (but they deserve it, I would feel a bit infamous for not leaving anything). The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, made pleasant above all thanks to the excellent musical tastes of the owners, the last positive note: the volume of the music, present but adjusted so as not to cover even the faintest voices. A more than positive experience, I hope I haven't been too good a food critic because this place will be our usual refreshment point after a day of trekking.

25/02/2025: Good food is a certainty in Grottaminarda's restaurants. Varied and rich menu, full of US specialties wisely prepared by the hands of Antonio the owner, who has never forgotten his past in the States, but rather enhances its qualities. The very characteristic venue is backed by a carefully managed sound. All very good. Recommended for anyone in the area!

23/05/2025: What a place to eat! Compared to some of the neighbouring places i think it works out to be only a little bit cheaper then the UK but the quality is absolutely worth it, the waitress was great and friendly, the food was fantastic, I had the double stack burger with an egg in it and it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend stopping here for a proper meal, lovely atmosphere and the design is really cool, you can see a lot of effort has been put in

03/05/2025: I think I have never eaten a better sandwich, all the ingredients were top quality, every bite was a poem. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, only the space left something to be desired, with a small and narrow space for my tastes. The quality of the product and the competence of those who manage it must be rewarded by an environment worthy of them.

01/05/2025: Characteristic home cooking where you can find what unfortunately is not often found in our kitchens. Tortano-based appetizers, very varied fries from ciurilli to fried pizzas, macaroni frittatas and other varieties. The king of the appetizers they serve are the (huge) meatballs cooked in ragù which are a real delicacy. For the first courses among the many dishes I recommend the mezzani alla Genovese which are practically a first and a second course because under the pasta and sauce there are nice pieces of meat. For the second courses there are all types of meat to be grilled, if you choose the grilled mix (2 or more people) they will bring the soapstone tray to the table with the meat still sizzling. Desserts, for me the babà with cassata cream is excellent. The cost respects the quality of the food. The staff is very friendly and professionally tries to accommodate any special needs. I would also add the Easter 2025 lunch experience which was perfect. This is not an exaggeration because the quality and quantity of the many dishes offered are always combined with the efficiency, friendliness and friendliness of all the staff who always make you feel like you are at a family lunch, trying to satisfy all your requests.

03/05/2025: Never going again, food is okay its the service that's the issue. Waiters have an attitude and despite advertising that it's a USA sports bar alot of the staff speak good English however they will purposely speak in Italian for a while knowing you don't understand Italian then later on will speak English.... It's like they want to purposely go out of their way to make it a bad service. If you are from the NATO base thinking of going here then don't, there are plenty of other restaurants to pick from.
