09/02/2025: Ordered food before departure! I waited 20 minutes and they brought me and my number wasn’t even on the list. I approached them to find out how much longer to wait, asked for money back, also to no avail, I contacted them about five times, but to no avail! In total, I spent 40 minutes and didn’t eat! Just wasted my money I don't recommend it

09/02/2025: Totems completely not working, they didn't give out receipts, I had to wait an hour for a sandwich, evidently they're playing trumps inside

22/12/2024: On December 22nd 2024 at 3.00pm/3.30pm we are inside the Gardens of the Sun and we decide to stop at the Burgherking to get the famous one piece t-shirt since my son wanted it. Before taking the order on the touch panel, my partner asks the lady behind the counter how he could get this one piece t-shirt. Let me start by saying that I was behind my partner while he was asking for information and we both heard the lady say the exact words *ON THE ORDER PANEL AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT YOU FIND THE CHUTNEY SANDWICH, JUST TAKE THE MENU AT 13.50* after three thousand thanks we go to the Touch and we book. After waiting for a while our order is ready and we realize that there is no one piece t-shirt. So we ask another lady for information, explaining what the previous lady had told us to do and she rudely replies *MY COLLEAGUES HAS TURNED OFF AND UNFORTUNATELY YOU MADE THE WRONG T-SHIRT IT WAS ONLY WITH THE 13.50 SANDWICH!*. If we do what our colleague tells us and after having done everything we still don't get the one piece t-shirt I DON'T BELIEVE I'M WRONG! I REPEAT TWO OF US HEARD THE SAME THING!! They can easily be ashamed of having taken away a simple shirt from a boy who enjoyed owning it!

22/12/2024: A really bad experience! My family and I decided to go and get a sandwich at Burger King, knowing that in this period there was the factor of being able to have a one piece t-shirt by purchasing a menu (and I underline menu then I will explain why) chutney bbq burger . Since there were three of us, we decided to take 3 orders, but not knowing how the taking of shirts factor worked, I rightly asked the cashier how it could be done. The cashier explained to me that to get the shirt I had to order the menu with this chutney sandwich. We did as we were asked, the fact is that I paid with the POS, and I bring the receipt for the orders, the cashier asked me if I managed to place the order. I show him the receipt, and he tells me that I didn't choose correctly because I had to select only the sandwich instead of the whole menu to get the shirt, and then shows me the correct step on the order panel. Yes, but explain it to me before I placed the order, right? I asked him, at this point, given that the cost is the same, what did it cost him to give me the shirt anyway? No it's not possible because you made the menu instead of simply choosing the sandwich.... Oh because to get the shirt you pay 13.50 for a sandwich without drinking and without even having the chips, leaving aside the fact of those who know how to do the mathematical calculations , the sandwiches are excluding VAT so you also pay VAT separately... Nice fucking promo, DC thieves, not to mention that after learning this my partner wanted to dispute everything with the cashier who had explained it to us , moreover bad, but strangely! at that moment he had finished his shift... Come on? Truly? But look at you, what a coincidence.. I bet that if I asked them directly for the shirt and paid the price of the sandwich they would have given it to me.. Honestly, I will never come to this place again.....

03/07/2024: Sono rimasta veramente sorpresa dalla qualità del cibo. Ho ordinato delle patatine al cheddar e bacon buonissime, anche la porzione era molto soddisfacente. Stessa cosa per i panini, non 'chimici' o di scarsa qualità. Anche il personale era molto gentile, ci torneró sicuramente.

08/04/2024: Me and my family went to "Maximo" shopping center and ate here at Johnny Rockets, the food was very cold and the cheddar fries were not that good. The cheddar sauce was frozen. Also saw the worker smoking in the kitchen. The only thing i liked was there Float drink but the rest was not good.

12/02/2025: Very bad. 20 minutes for a snack with ice cream and cappuccino. Despite repeated reminders, they didn't care. And the place was also half empty. Never again!!

11/02/2025: Good food but worse service. Empty restaurant, order at 4pm. The order arrived after half an hour. Not to mention the service at the bar where there are employees walking around without caring about the customers. Scandalous. Worse than this I don't know if there is a worse service.

28/12/2024: Cambio di location ma Babi è sempre Babi. Mi è mancata tantissimo in questi mesi di chiusura per cambio locale. Sono andata con mia figlia ed un suo amico per una cioccolata calda. Io e Luca abbiamo preso la classica mentre mua Rebecca quella bianca che da Babi è rosa: entrambe sempre buonissime. La location non è più tutta rosa come quella della vecchia ma ha mantenuto l'arredamento del locale a cui è subentrata: elegante con tavoli di legno, poltroncine e divanetti. Vendono anche abiti. Devo tornarci al più presto con mio marito che adora la cioccolata di Babi che, per noi, è la migliore in tutta Como.

27/12/2024: Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma il locale è cambiato completamente da quando si è trasferito cambiando completamente le origini. Il bar sembra un negozio, infatti si può acquistare l'arredamento, idea particolare. Peccato perché il vecchio Babi era tutto rosa, più grande e fantastico!

06/01/2025: Ambiente giovane e dinamico, ottimo cibo preparato e servito con cura. Carne freschissima e panini gourmet molto interessanti. Hamburger da 200gr preparati in casa… (non i soliti surgelati industriali) con bun artigianale e abbondanti patatine. Anche la variante vegana era ottima con la migliore maionese vegana mai assaggiata. Musica dal vivo (non cosa da poco) selezionata dal titolare. Piacevole sorpresa. Bella serata, da ripetere assolutamente

03/01/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno con il tributo a Vasco e dire emozionante è poco. Tavolata da 10 persone, abbiamo ordinato tutti cose diverse, chi la carne, chi la pizza, io un funky burger che era spaziale! Possibilità di ordinare anche gin e birre analcoliche visto il problema patenti! Che dire: da ripetere assolutamente!

10/01/2025: Cibo buono, servizio veloce e prezzi nella media. Non amo le grandi catene, ma per Old Wild West faccio sempre una eccezione. Si mangia bene e soprattutto in una bella ambientazione da vecchio West

24/11/2024: Cliente da sempre, ma oggi è stata l'ultima volta che ho messo piede in questo posto. Il volume dei panini è notevolmente diminuito, ma non il prezzo. Il mio ragazzo ha pagato 15€ per quello che è stato spacciato come un hamburger di chianina... Io, ho ordinato al costo di 12€ un pulled ... Ma sono arrivati due mini burger! 33 € per questi due mini burger e due bottiglie di acqua! In sostanza, nel prezzo c'era anche il costo del servizio... Servizio che le catene solitamente non fanno pagare! Di buono, c'è rimasto solo il personale!

06/01/2025: Two days ago I went to White Bakery for a snack with my son. Usually I'm not a fan of such "Americanized" places, but the kids like them and every now and then you have to make an exception. We had a pancake with Nutella, and my son was thrilled: the portion was generous, the pancake soft and well made, with a good dose of cream spread on top. Even though the place was full, the service was quick and the staff were friendly. Although it's not my kind of place, I find it suitable for those looking for a sweet and satisfying break, especially for younger people. It's not exactly my favorite, but I appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the food for an extraordinary snack.

01/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cenare. Dopo quasi un'ora, malgrado i nostri solleciti, avevamo sul tavolo solamente l'acqua. Ce ne siamo andati a stomaco vuoto pagando solo quella.... Quindi fate scorta di noccioline all'ingresso!
