Everything was simply perfect, from the organization to the atmosphere. The DJ was engaging and got everyone dancing, and the service was impeccable. A special thanks to Hilary, who was with me from start to finish, and Sasha, who supported us throughout the evening. With their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness, they made this day even more unforgettable and managed to resolve a problem I created that was causing my daughter anxiety. Now, however, it will be the most enjoyable memory. I recommend this venue to anyone who wants to experience a special moment without worries, feeling truly in good hands. Thank you so much ❤️. 11/04/2026: About halfway through our two-week trip to Italy, my husband said he was starting to get tired of spaghetti and pizza, but also that Korean food was too expensive. So, after our Florence city tour, our guide happened to recommend this place, so we came here. The food was great, but the female owner was just so incredibly kind. She didn't seem to speak English, but she kept explaining things to us in Italian for ages. She even called us over separately to give us some chocolate when we were leaving. I really hope this place does well. I tried the "Di Su" sauce, and it tasted exactly like the sauce used for the tteokbokki skewers near schools! It was a familiar taste, which made it even more delicious! They even gave us pickled radish as a freebie!

10/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place while traveling! Seeing two tables of Asians eating there confirmed I'd come to the right place! The owner is super nice, everything is freshly fried, so the wait is about 25 minutes. (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

15/11/2025: Cutest cafe, bakery and coffee shop in Florence. We tried the chocolate chip cookies, the babka, cinnamon bun and hash brown - highly recommend them all! Will be back tomorrow! The coffee is also the best we have had in Florence

06/12/2025: Let me start by saying that the food was very good and the atmosphere was classic roadhouse-style. So far, so good. However, what happened at the end of the evening was, in my opinion, completely intolerable. We were chatting and laughing peacefully at our table—there were only two tables left, so it wasn't even that chaotic—when one of the waiters approached the cash register and started printing out the bill (which we hadn't even asked for, by the way). As he did so, I clearly heard him say, "What the f*** are you laughing about?" It wasn't a generic comment, it wasn't a misunderstanding: there was no one near him except us, and we were indeed laughing. So yes, he was addressing us, without a doubt. Now... my friend, I understand it was late, I understand you were tired and maybe even fed up with working because it was getting late. But before you started insulting the customers, you should have simply let us know you were about to close, don't you think? Especially since we'd already finished eating and would have been happy to leave the table without any problems. I realize we may have lingered a bit and not looked at the clock, but that's precisely why a "Guys, we're closing" would have solved everything. Instead, we were met with a completely gratuitous and rude outburst that ruined the entire experience. Above all, I want to point out that it was 11:05 PM... the restaurant closes at 11 PM. And the thing that bothers me most is that all the other waiters were really kind and professional. But whatever, I guess there are assholes everywhere.

30/11/2025: I gave it a second chance, but... I'll never go back!! It certainly can't be called a restaurant!! It's fast food!! Even low-quality, especially considering the unprofessional service that borders on rudeness! Poor value for money

26/03/2026: I hadn't been here in a few months, and sadly, I discovered they no longer make picanha or the delicious curved fries. The appetizer mix has also changed for the worse. What a shame!

10/03/2026: A very nice place, a bit out of the way, hard to get to, and not convenient due to parking. The place itself is well-decorated, with plenty of seating and a very unique second floor with a balcony overlooking the ground floor. It's frequented primarily by young people, so the atmosphere is very chaotic and rowdy, with so much noise that conversation is impossible (though we did catch an Erasmus party and a birthday party). The menu isn't very varied, the fries are hard and unpleasant, with the industrial sauces you have to squeeze out after fighting with the sticky sachets. The cocktails are watered down, and the burgers are from a discount store, cooked incorrectly and with tasteless condiments. The positive review goes entirely to the service (otherwise it would be 2 stars). We were served by a very nice, approachable, and kind young man, who approaches his work and his customers with a passion that can be seen in his eyes as well as in his words. He's a person who truly deserves to be appreciated and is wasted for a place like this. It made all the difference of the evening.

24/03/2026: A wonderful evening of group gaming in a great atmosphere. Simple but good beers and top-notch sandwiches! There were so many games to choose from!

09/03/2026: Everything was delicious at Brisket in Ticinese! We were greeted with shots of Tequila Sunrise. The brisket was amazing, but the pulled pork meatballs were literally one of the best things I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: Parking is a problem, but the place is fantastic: spacious, well-decorated and tastefully decorated, with a quiet music, so you can talk. The waitresses are very friendly and willing to offer information. The food, having tried different dishes a few times, has always been delicious. I would recommend a visit to this place, and I'd put it on the tourist map.
