McDonald's In Montesilvano

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but every time we go, the food isn't excellent compared to other places we've been. The fries aren't excellent, the meat isn't cooked to perfection. And then they don't always have the Happy Meal gifts, saying they're out of them. How is this possible?? Boo. Could it be a coincidence...?! I don't know.! But we won't be going back.

Classic MC, fast, courteous, and clean. The only downside is children's birthdays, when chaos reigns.

I'm from Taranto, but every time I go to the McDonald's in Mesagne, I see a huge difference in the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness. The speed and quality are the same.

Every time we go shopping at the Mesagne shopping centre, we have to have dinner at McDonald's. We have a great time...there are lots of tables and you don't have to wait long to be served, the service is fast and they are very kind...I highly recommend it.

The service was impeccable. The food was a little different than usual, but overall, a more than good experience!

I usually go to this McDonald's on the weekends. I always find it clean, the staff efficient, and the service fast. My only regret is that the people are rude and often leave dirty, full trays on the tables, and the staff has to do double the work when a little forethought would have made the work easier for the workers. After all, we don't pay a cover charge, so at least taking our garbage away would be nice. A positive experience, a special thanks to SILVIA I., she always welcomes me with a smile and kindness, you can tell she really loves her job. Rating 10 💗
