03/10/2025: Warm and friendly service. We are very happy that we found this place. We had breakfast here several times during our stay in Rome. Here you can drink a nice Italian coffee or cappuccino. There are freshly baked croissants and pizza. We recommend it 😉

Freshest, homemade, different than other menu’s, and the service top notch and friendly. We had the fried vegetables , T-bone, and truffle ravioli. Excellent!!!

However, I did notice a small flaw: my vegetarian pizza with baked potatoes was a bit too seasoned with oregano, which masked the flavors of the other ingredients. Overall, I recommend this place for a quiet and tasty evening, with a little extra attention to the amount of toppings.

20/10/2025: Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.
