01/05/2025: A wonderful find: the food is so fresh and delicious! We had beautifully prepared steak, lamb and bruschetta, as well as the secret recipe dessert - wow! The owner and family are so welcoming and hospitable. The cocktails and homemade limoncello are the best we have had.

29/04/2025: Unreserved recommendation: We were on holiday in Maiori at the beginning of April and really wanted to go to this restaurant. A program with Tim Mälzer piqued our curiosity because he was completely enthusiastic. The food was really exceptionally good, the service was excellent and we even got to try the homemade concerto, which is the "secret" to the magic of the dessert Melanzana alla Nonna / Melanzana alla cioccolata. We really enjoyed being there; no star restaurant can compete with that. Authentic cuisine from the region. Thank you!

15/03/2025: The discovery of this place was a very pleasant surprise. Let's start from the assumption that the welcome from all the staff is one of a kind, always very friendly and kind as well as very well prepared even with regards to gluten-free, which among other things is absolutely not a given. The menu is very rich, starting from the starters, many and one better than the other, exceptional to say the least, with gems like the Corn Dogs that you will hardly find around. The sandwiches are fantastic, raw materials of the highest level, the fried chicken is certainly the best I've ever eaten (both sandwich and chicken wings), the desserts such as the Chocolate Brownie are also excellent. Very quiet environment, beautiful furnishings, very attentive to cleanliness. As for the price, it's something that I personally don't look at, especially if things are good, but for me, for what this place offers, the prices are low. Now a permanent appointment, my favourite. I strongly recommend to everyone

I piatti, parlando degli starter, sono particolari e sfiziosi. La carne poi è di buona qualità e accontenta tutti da chi ha gusti più classici a chi ricerca sapori diversi. 15/04/2025: Oggi 15 aprile siamo stati qui a cena. Abbiamo trovato il locale per caso. Beh che dire! Dall'antipasto Bee Maki sfiziosissimo siamo passati al Filetto ai 5 pepi e alla T-Bone...Una BOMBA!!! SE siete in cerca a di un posto dove mangiare carne ottima e spendere il giusto venite al BarBeQool non ve ne pentirete di certo! Aggiunto alla lista dei locali. P.S. Menzione speciale per le patate al forno: buone come quelle che faceva mia nonna!

18/04/2025: Ciudad de México – Florence, IT Vibras americanas con alma local Si estás paseando por Florencia y buscas un lugar para brunch que combine comida reconfortante de estilo americano con un toque de encanto italiano local, Rooster Café es una apuesta sólida, pero prepárate para esperar. Llegamos para encontrar una larga fila afuera. Avisos: no aceptan reservas, por lo que se llega por orden de llegada. Esperamos unos 50 minutos antes de sentarnos. El lugar en sí no es grande, pero tiene un ambiente acogedor, relajado y que hace la espera un poco más llevadera. El menú es impresionantemente variado, apoyándose en gran medida en los alimentos básicos de brunch americanos, sin dejar de ofrecer algunas opciones italianas aquí y allá. Pedimos un poco de todo: un café con leche, café americano, batido Detox, el desayuno inglés y el showtopper — “Stoners” (gofres, pollo, guac, tocino, huevos y queso). Todo salió bien. Los sabores eran sólidos — yo calificaría la comida con un 8 sobre 10. No importa - soplando, pero definitivamente satisfactorio y bien ejecutado. Las porciones son generosas, así que ven con hambre. El servicio fue súper rápido una vez que entramos, y nuestra camarera era increíblemente amable y atento — grito para ella por mantener las cosas fluyendo sin problemas. Los baños estaban limpios, lo que honestamente dice mucho sobre cómo dirigen el lugar, e incluso cuando nos fuimos, la fila afuera no había cejado. Esa suele ser una buena señal. En resumen: Si te parece bien esperar un poco y desear un delicioso brunch estilo americano en Florencia, Rooster Café merece la pena. We arrived to find a long line outside. Heads up: they don’t take reservations, so it’s first come, first served. We waited around 50 minutes before we were seated. The place itself isn’t big, but it has a cozy, laid-back atmosphere that makes the wait a little more bearable. The menu is impressively varied, leaning heavily into American brunch staples while still offering some Italian options here and there. We ordered a bit of everything: a Latte, American Coffee, Detox Smoothie, the English Breakfast, and the showstopper—“Stoners” (waffles, chicken, guac, bacon, eggs, and cheese). Everything hit the spot. Flavors were solid—I’d rate the food an 8 out of 10. Not mind-blowing, but definitely satisfying and well-executed. Portions are generous, so come hungry. Service was super quick once we got in, and our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive—shoutout to her for keeping things flowing smoothly. 20/03/2025: I have been to the one in via Marghera, small compared to the others but great quality sandwiches, very good, much better than others that are a little expensive but I repeat excellent quality. Try it and you will come back for sure. Fast and very kind service.

01/03/2025: The other day I stopped to get a sandwich and some chips as it was too late to cook now that I was going home by public transport. Very friendly staff and service in typical fast food times. The chips tasted very good and with just the right amount of salt, they didn't taste like the typical fast food chemical taste at all. The sandwich was super good and finally a Smash Burger that doesn't disintegrate in your hand while you eat it!! The only flaw, so to speak, is that the restaurant only has four places to sit and therefore it is better to choose another location to eat on site (in the restaurant on the screen there are photos and addresses of their other larger locations), but this was absolutely not a problem for me because I ordered takeaway.

26/04/2025: The service is excellent and the food delicious. We went as a family (5) and everyone ate very well. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the entrance to the Herculaneum Archaeological Park. We highly recommend it 🙂
