We ordered the sandwiches online in the afternoon and picked them up on-site that evening, and I have to say the service and organization were beyond perfect, with no delays or missing items. The sandwiches, fries, and BBQ wings were all delicious, and the ingredients are truly top-quality. The portions are also generous. The value for money is nothing short of excellent! Freshest, homemade, different than other menu’s, and the service top notch and friendly. We had the fried vegetables , T-bone, and truffle ravioli. Excellent!!!

The service was courteous, and the wait times were reasonable, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Regarding the food, we had pizzas: the dough was very good, light and fluffy. However, I did notice a small flaw: my vegetarian pizza with baked potatoes was a bit too seasoned with oregano, which masked the flavors of the other ingredients. Overall, I recommend this place for a quiet and tasty evening, with a little extra attention to the amount of toppings.

07/10/2025: A place with a French name but an American feel, good draft beer, fairly fast service, and a lively atmosphere. The burger we ordered was tasty, but the amount of meat was insufficient. The fries were dry and warm, but tasted like frozen food. The sauces were typically industrial. Overall, a good experience, but with a few tweaks, it could be exceptional (homemade fries and sauces, 200g burgers)... they have the skills, but perhaps that's enough.

I have to say, you deserve 5 stars and more... for the quality of your products, your energy, and the deliciousness of your food. From fried foods to dessert, everything is cooked with love. 20/10/2025: Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.
