Très bon accueil,
Avant le plat nous avons eu des mises en bouche très bonnes
Le pain est maison avec plusieurs propositions
Les plats sont très bon mais ne sont pas très consistants
08/04/2024: C'est un bon restaurant semi-gastro. Nous avons bien mangé : les recettes sont travaillées et c'est bon (nous avions pris la pintade et l'orphie). Le service est agréable et plutôt rapide. Nous avons apprécié aussi le cadre intimiste du restaurant.
Pour se mettre en appétit, nous avons eu des amuses bouches, et pains faits maison, avant le plat consistant.
C'est toutefois assez cher, sans grosse quantité, mais c'est le propre de ce genre de restaurant.

31/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my review is a bit particular because I DO NOT eat fish... They shouldn't even have let me in in a restaurant like this. However, with appropriate notice, the owners worked hard to please me as well as the other five people at my table. Excellent result, in particular the gorgonzola pasta, the best I've ever eaten. Instead, I report the opinion of the other diners who eat the fish and how... Absolutely satisfied, I would say. Compliments.

22/03/2024: They deserve a 0. In Spain they make better pasta than here. We ordered spaghetti with cuttlefish and they gave us spaghetti with tomato. It is a tourist site with little gastronomic quality and on top of that it is very expensive. For a bottle of water they charge you €5. They charge you separately for the cover and the service. Appalling

Magnifique “petit restaurant gastronomique” tout près de la place San Marco. Une cuisine créative, colorée et pleine de saveurs ! Jolie carte des vins ! ET SURTOUT la gentillesse et la bienveillance de VIOLA qui donne à cette salle joliment décorée une expérience sérénissime !

19/05/2024: Sono tornato dopo qualche anno ricordandomi di essere stato molto bene. Confermo! Vino al calice molto buono, risotto eccezionale! Ottima varietà di pesce disponibile e personale e proprietario molto disponibili a dare suggerimenti o spiegazioni. Unico neo il prezzo, secondo me un pò alto confrontato ad altri ristoranti con offerta simile. Però va detto qualità ottima!

17/03/2024: We ordered 3 cocktails, got only 2. I asked for the 3rd, but never got it. When my patience ran out I asked for bill. After 10 minutes I had to go in to ask again for bill. They charged 15% for this poor service.

28/12/2023: Went for dinner. Quite busy but service was pleasant and attentive. Appetizers, food, wine all above average. A teeny bit on the expensive side, but atmosphere food and service seemed worth it.
20/12/2023: Went here for lunch and were greeted enthusiastically. The room is super traditional and old school which I really like. The service, from our server, Gino was also very professional and "old school" in a very good way. He made a wine recommendation which was excellent and the service was crisp and unintrusive. The food was very good with the pasta served tableside. Again, I like this type of experience. I would recommend this place if you also like a very traditional restaurant.

31/03/2024: Food was pricey and yet inedible. Yes, Venice, I know - high prices are to be expected. But at least I would expect escalope not dry as a rubber (literally could barely cut it with a knife) and salty (which normally indicates trying to hide bad meat) - literally returned it and preferred to go hungry. Seafood spaghetti for my son were a better option and still overcooked spaghetti in Italy makes me scratch my head... And yes, 3 euros per person extra even for my 5 year old when I didn't even order a single thing for her, cause she was not hungry...
