05/01/2025: Pub in the center of Arnad, small and clean, with a modern and fresh style. There are many good and varied dishes on the menu, but given the area, a little more attention to local and artisanal products wouldn't be bad. The bruschetta I got was made with industrial bread, which was a shame. The Aosta Valley variety, however, is very good. The gnocchi with blue d'Aosta are good. Good choice of beers. The staff is kind and welcoming. Prices are average. Recommended for a quick lunch or to have a beer with friends

03/02/2025: Strepitoso cibo (tipico da baita di montagna) e servizio impeccabile. Caldo, accogliente, rapido, organizzati per i bambini, ci hanno dato bicchieri e coperto in plastica, seggiolone e perfino tovaglietta e pastelli per colorare, bravi!! Prezzi in linea, peccato che alle 13:30 c’era altra prenotazione e non abbiamo goduto appieno

Our last visit was in March 2024 This visit - in January 2025 - We were greeted by Katya who remembered us from last season A lovely touch and made us feel so welcome But then she also remembered our love of Primitivo wine from previous visits Outstanding service, attention to detail and of course great food and atmosphere Book early - not surprisingly - they’re always busy Grazie Katya e la squadra Yeti

31/10/2024: The best pistachio ice cream in Italy! And every other type of ice cream melts aromatically in your mouth. The ice cream sundaes were prepared exactly as requested and were really cheap. We had a very young saleswoman who took pity on us and spoke English to us because all the other employees only spoke Italian. You should also definitely try the pastries. We have put together several bags with a selection of many pastries as gifts for friends.

07/09/2024: Devo dire che non ho molto da dire su questa pasticceria visto che ci abbiano solo presi il caffè e dei pasticcini alle 18 del 27 aprile, na volevo dare testimonianza dell'ottimo caffè e dell'ottima pasticceria da loro prodotta. Complimenti

16/03/2025: We went to this wine bar based on the reviews and because we wanted to try Aosta valley wine. Despite having numerous wines we were told they only had one red and one white local wine available even after we asked again due to being surprised at there being so little local choice. We opted for red with each glass having perhaps 150ml. While the wine was good it was not outstanding but our real surprise came at the bill. The four glasses we had cost a total of 54 euros leaving us feeling that we had been cheated. We find it difficult to understand why there is so little choice of local wine and the wine we were poured was not on their price list so we also feel we should have been told the price. It is never good to leave anywhere feeling cheated!

13/03/2025: I was quite disappointed to discover that this bakery isn't worth what it says it is. I was served a pastry that caught air on a dirty plate and when greeting me the staff was very rude, but I think rudeness is typical of Aosta since it happened in several shops.

13/03/2025: Ricordo quando hanno aperto era un fiore all occhiello ora menefreghismo,carissimi ,pessimo servizio le cioccolate me le sono servite al tavolo di fronte al bar da sola al conto pure una mazzata 😑

05/02/2025: The restaurant is run by a lady with a genuine passion for vegan cuisine. She is a kind lady and the dishes are very tasty. The restaurant is located in a small square in the historic center and is certainly worth going there. We have been in Aosta for a few days and we come from Florence where there is no shortage of restaurants and therefore we have enough comparisons to say that Cibo is a place that deserves it.

18/01/2025: A hidden gem along the street of the historic center of Aosta. Informal, quiet and welcoming environment. The food was exquisite! A highly recommended restaurant!

20/08/2024: We returned from a tour of a refuge, and stopped for a snack. Very nice environment, mountain view around. Almost empty place, we waited and a young and friendly waiter arrived, we ordered 2 slices of cake and two cans of Sprite. 22 euros..... The cake was good 🤤 maybe a little expensive.... Considering that the refuge is not lost in the middle of the mountains but reached by public transport or if you prefer on foot. Owner, perhaps tired, a little sulky.

20/08/2024: Excellent base for those who go to Val Veny and especially for those who go to see the Miage with its beautiful lakes for those who love the mountains. The menu is good with Aosta Valley food and sandwiches. Nice view. Recommended for those arriving and/or leaving between lunch and intending to refresh themselves/eat. Check and book upon arrival. The prices are not exaggerated, they are acceptable given the place. Happy mountain.

01/02/2025: Posto accogliente e familiare. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e attento, pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. In particolare il cameriere Francesco è stato gentilissimo, simpatico e molto paziente nonostante i nostri continui cambi di idee. Cibo ottimo e prezzi ragionevoli, menù molto vario. Posto molto pulito. Se vi trovare da queste parti, vi consigliamo di andarci a mangiare. (Non ho fatto in tempo a fare le foto a tutti i piatti) Torneremo sicuramente!!

27/01/2025: Ristorante senza grandi pretese ma con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Piatti tipici valdostani ad un prezzo accessibile. Abbiamo preso delle tagliatelle al ragù di cervo, delle crespelle alla valdostana, una polenta concia con uova e funghi porcini, una bottiglia di vino e due caffè. Costo complessivo 64 euro e due grappini in omaggio.

18/01/2025: As other reviewers have said, prices not displayed anywhere, probably out of shame. 5eur for a small hot chocolate. Half souvenir shop, half bar/cafe…in hindsight, our mistake in not spotting it.
