03/02/2026: A restaurant near the Bard Fort, small but quaint, with very friendly and helpful staff. The menu features typical Aosta Valley dishes, generous portions, quality food, and fair prices. We ate very well. A great find, definitely worth a try if you're in the area. Everything was truly perfect!

01/02/2026: We went to this restaurant on a day trip to Bard, a small town in the Aosta Valley. The dishes, for a restaurant, are plentiful, and the cooking is authentic, like grandma's. There are only a few tables and a limited selection of dishes, but that's what I appreciate about the menu; it's better to have a few well-cooked items than a lot of random ones. The service was friendly; I highly recommend this place.

21/12/2025: Very comfortable atmosphere, which is largely due to the hosts themselves, who also serve. Very helpful, attentive and accommodating. You have to understand that this is not a 5-star hotel where you get 50 different dishes for breakfast, but that's what makes it cozy and nice. You come as if you are visiting relatives :)

02/09/2025: Excellent stay. The heating was much appreciated given the cold weather, even though it was late August. The only flaw was that the herbal tea cups were dirty.

02/02/2026: As always on trips with Dalit, the restaurants are excellent, here too the service to the group of 20 female and male travelers was without delay, without pressure, time was given for both eating and drinking, only potatoes here in Aosta I can't get used to, not baked, not boiled. No matter what form, not the kind I'm used to in Israel, maybe lacking a certain spice or flavor, but considering everything else, it really doesn't matter.

17/01/2026: Enchanting place, lunch on the heated outdoor veranda, very charming, with an intimate and private atmosphere. Friendly staff, good food, generous portions, and fair prices. A true gem! Very satisfied.

10/01/2026: A very negative experience at the Gekoo pub in Aosta. Last day of vacation with my family. We had ordered four identical burgers, but inexplicably only one arrived after a few minutes, while the other three didn't arrive. As soon as we inspected the first burger, the meat was pale and grayish, far from the appearance of the Piedmontese Fassona beef listed on the menu. We pointed this out, and the chef came out of the kitchen with an arrogant and rude attitude, responding insultingly instead of clarifying. At that point, we decided to leave. The drinks had just arrived, and we had only had a sip, yet the staff still demanded payment. Poor professionalism and a complete lack of respect for the customer. Absolutely not recommended.

06/01/2026: It's truly hard to imagine a worse experience. We ordered a Fassona burger. After a few minutes, a very dry, pale, and cold burger arrived, which absolutely didn't look or taste like a Fassona. We asked the waiter for an explanation, and shortly after, the chef came out, saying it was an Angus burger. We pointed out that the menu listed Fassona burgers, and that, in any case, the one served didn't even look like Angus. At that point, the chef admitted that they were frozen burgers, information never mentioned on the menu and completely different from what we ordered. To our legitimate comment, the chef reacted rudely and aggressively, even telling us, "Now I'll take the label so you don't mess with the..." At that point, we decided to get up and leave immediately. As we were leaving the restaurant, we were insulted and asked to pay for the drinks, which remained untouched on the table. Disgraceful behavior from every perspective: lack of transparency regarding the food served, and unacceptable rudeness toward customers. This experience should absolutely be avoided.

22/08/2025: The service is interesting as sandwiches and focaccias are served at any time. Excellent beer and cocktails. Abundant and delicious food. The young, smiling, polite and fast staff are great! We will definitely come back with friends!
