22/12/2024: Attirati dal profumo inebriante di pane e dolci decidiamo di fare colazione. C'era l imbarazzo della scelta , abbiamo preso dei krapfen crema e Marmellata ottimi. E la chicca che cin i caffè ti offrono un biscottino 😍A portare via abbiamo acquistato dei Panini farciti ed i brezel. Insomma tutto buonissimo ottimo forno al centro di Bolzano.

21/03/2025: My motorcycle season kicked off on February 22, 2025! And like every year, I started with a tour to the Jaufen Pass! The roads were partly dry and well-ridable. The new section, which they repaved last year, already shows some severe damage (potholes, cracks). Nevertheless, it was another beautiful tour. Arriving at the Jaufen Pass, I couldn't believe my eyes – where is the Edelweiss Hut?!?!? But see for yourself...

22/04/2025: Spitzenmäßige und hervorragende Genussmomente auf sonniger Terrasse mit Blick auf die umliegenden Weingärten. Die Speisen sind saisonal, frisch und kreativ zubereitet, mit Zutaten aus dem hauseigenen Garten verfeinert. Einfach fantastisch! Sommelier Michael hat uns bei der Auswahl der passenden Weine die richtigen Tipps gegeben. Die persönliche Atmosphäre kreiert von sehr, sehr netten, aufmerksamen und kinderfreundlichen Gastgebern macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

21/04/2025: Sehr gutes Essen, feine und beste Küche auf hohem Niveau. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service geht nicht besser. Die eigenen Weine sind sehr gut, insbesondere der Pinot Noir und der „Strahler“. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Der Sommelier Michael hat eine sehr hohe Weinkompetenz. Tolle Weinkarte!

11/04/2025: Fantastic!! What a great location, view and ambience. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it. The owner was charming and inviting. This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here. Also.. 24/09/2024: The wine was good. The service was ok, they didn’t go out of their way to help us when our glasses were empty. The cheese platter was a bit bland.

15/08/2024: Enoteca che promuove vini e prodotti della zona. Considerato che non è un ristorante, il menù è assolutamente adeguato (ho assaggiato un tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi con vino della Val Rendena…..tutto di ottima qualità). Ambiente molto piacevole e rilassato, in posizione defilata pur essendo in centro a Pinzolo, che non ha nulla a che fare con i numerosi locali della zona votati esclusivamente al business. Personale (e la titolare) molto cortese. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità proposta. Da provare!

30/03/2025: Very quiet environment: perhaps the volume of the piped music should be raised a little. In case of intolerances, the "not tolerated" dishes should be replaced with something else, not simply eliminated. Serving "partial" dishes without proposing alternatives is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level: Excellent service.

03/05/2025: The service was quite good. It took a while to place the order and get the food. However the location is quite nice and weather was pleasant so we didn't mind. The vegetarian options were a bit limited (other than Pizzas). I ordered Penne in Gorgonzola sauce and it was quite good for price and quantity was very good. The waiters spoke German, Italian and English which was very cool.

13/04/2025: Siamo capitati per caso al termine della strada del vino, ottimo cibo e servizio cordiale e preciso.Antipasto di funghi vegetariano Veramente top. Da riprovare!

23/03/2025: Siamo stati in questa trattoria a pranzo Piatti ottimi e servizio lodevole Il bello avviene al momento di pagare Avendo un buono fatto dalla trattoria di euro 120… ricevuto come regalo di compleanno. arrivato il momento di pagare il conto di euro 88 presentiamo il buono e ci viene negato perché il prezzo del pranzo è inferiore al buono…. non restituiscono con un’altra soluzione la differenza in questo caso 32 euro Sono piccolezze che possono creare qualche dubbio.
