14/03/2026: This relatively small outlet center is located on the border between Austria and Italy. It's a welcome change of pace for browsing the brand stores if the weather isn't cooperating during your holiday. Highly recommended.

07/03/2026: We were a little reluctant because of some negative reviews. What a pleasant surprise though! Great food, amazing wine list and top service. Highly recommend! As with all the restaurants we visited in Val Gardena last week: be prepared to pay a significant price for your food.

Especially the spots under the willow trees, nice and shady in the summer, are great! We walked from Staben towards Radl Bar and it only took us a few minutes to get there. Really, really cozy! 👏👏👏

15/02/2026: My fiancé and I stayed at this fantastic hotel for Valentine's Day. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome glass of juice and given all the necessary information about the room, the spa, and late-night access: an attentive and professional welcome.
Once we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the splendid terrace, complete with two swings and a breathtaking view of the lake. A romantic detail that made our stay special. We liked the room overall, especially the bed angled toward the French window.
We also tried the spa: it's small but has everything you need to relax, with a hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, and comfortable loungers.
The breakfast buffet and excellent service were excellent.
An experience we will fondly remember and highly recommend.

23/01/2026: A year later, we returned and tried the millefeuille 😍 you're always the best!!
We tried both the sandwiches (which you can create yourself by choosing the ingredients) and the desserts, all very good! There's a changing table in the bathroom, and there's space for a stroller, perfect for a pleasant family break ☺️ Recommended!! We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: If you should eat somewhere in San Martino di Castrozza, choose this place. The best restaurant in the town. Rather make a reservation for the dinner, lunch is ok without it. The staff is extremely nice, welcoming and friendly - they are great with kids. The pizza was tasty, meat as well and the desserts were amazing.

20/03/2026: We've been here 4 years running but won't come again. The atmosphere is great and the food is OK to good. But who wants to have your main delivered inside 3 minutes, your plates cleared the moment you put the last fork to your mouth, with the desert waitress querying you seconds later. Your meal is finished well within your alloted time, which seems to be their one and only focus.
Every restaurant has to deal with 'sittings'. Thankfully most others focus on their customer experience. This place is paranoid about, and drilled to get you out the door as soon as they can.
They just need to chill a bit.
You will have a nice meal in a great place. But you will be, unnecessarily, rushed and you might feel disappointed about that.
It might sour your evening.
19/03/2026: I went there for dinner with my family, and it's a truly fantastic place. The staff pays great attention to detail, making you feel truly pampered. The food is incredibly good, with huge portions. The atmosphere is just what you'd expect: warm and familiar, but also with a friendly touch. Recommended for anyone who wants to spend an evening with friends in that old-fashioned joviality!

Good food
Really bad service, I've rarely experienced anything like it. We didn't get a menu and waited 20 minutes for the waitress. When we asked about it, we were brushed off. We ordered something anyway. The food arrived, but we weren't given any cutlery and there were no place settings at our tables. We were simply ignored.
The food was very tasty, but the prices were above average.
23/09/2025: A very beautiful and modern restaurant with wonderful views of the mountains and valley.
The staff was very friendly, even on the phone when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were able to choose a free table.
The dining room feels peaceful with soft music in the background. The service is attentive to even the smallest details. We wanted to share the appetizers – Julia remembered this and immediately brought us two sets of cutlery.
We had the beetroot carpaccio, bacon dumpling soup, fusilli, and a halibut.
—> All the dishes were excellently cooked, fresh, modern, with very good ingredients, and exceptionally well-seasoned.
—> Absolutely excellent value for money.
—> You can feel the passion of this family-run business.

15/03/2026: Dinner in a snowcat was a fantastic experience. The place was fantastic, welcoming, new, and very clean. Their grilled cheese with polenta was the bomb. Wonderful.
15/03/2026: Great place, but the organization is too robotic. If you forget the bread, you have to wait in line for 8 hours again. If you want to make a change to a dish, you can't because the menu prohibits it. Lighten up, you're not at McDonald's (and at McDonald's, you can make changes to sandwiches anyway). The pinsa was good, though. We went to get coffee somewhere else because we had to wait in line for an hour. The people at the cash register are as flexible as cable car poles... get rid of the QR codes, they're no longer in fashion.
