06/04/2025: We just went for pizza and have been going to the place for a long time (we've always had a great time, even with takeaway). Tonight we order two normal pizzas and one baby, our two pizzas almost looked like a baby. There will have been 2 cm of space between the pizza and the edge of the plate. I immediately pointed this out to the lady at the checkout who simply told us that this is how they make them. Obviously I told her that this isn't true both because the pizzas at the surrounding tables were larger and because we know them well. No excuses, no symbolic discount.
I'm sorry because it was my favorite pizzeria. ERA.

07/07/2024: Splendid structure managed impeccably by Roberta who proved to be professional and was able to make us "feel at home".
The farm is surrounded by apple orchards and you can really unplug and breathe in nature.
Ideal location for visiting the Val di Non and the adjacent valleys.
Impeccable cleanliness and fantastic breakfast.
Well done Roberta! Keep it up

04/11/2024: Bei angenehmen herbstlichen Temperaturen und strahlendem Sonnenschein bekamen wir einen gemütlichen Platz im Freien, der Tisch war wunderschön gedeckt und mit Liebe zum Detail mit Blumen geschmückt. Das freundliche Servicepersonal half gerne bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Wein und ging auch auf meine Extrawünsche ein. Die Gerichte waren alle fantastisch, eine wahre Gaumenfreude! Man merkte gleich die Frische und hohe Qualität der Zutaten. Auch optisch waren die Speisen ein Fest! Zum Abschluss gab es für mich noch einen hausgemachten glutenfreien Kastanienkuchen…ein wahrer Traum! Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal, Danke für dieses schöne Erlebnis!
04/11/2024: Ich war schon vor 3Jahren einmal hier und habe die herrliche, ruhige Lage inmitten von Weinreben und Blick auf die umliegenden Berge wieder sehr genossen. Hier fühlt man sich in familiärer Atmosphäre wohl und wird rundherum verwöhnt. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar frisch und das Abendessen ist hervorragend! Die Weine sind köstlich und das gesamte Personal zuvorkommend. Auf ein Wiedersehen im Stroblhof freue ich mich jetzt schon! Herzliche Grüße nach Eppan!

23/08/2024: A sweet change from the Hotel Muchele. On espresso lungo and ice cream and a Florentine. A coming and going. Very cute shop. The ice cream was excellent. The self-service coffee machine is a hit. Why can't you find something like this in Germany? Thank you!

23/03/2025: Hmm - maybe I'm a bit sensitive, but that's not what a tomato salad should look like (tomatoes just roughly halved and a few red onions on top, the tomatoes also ripen rather early and are therefore quite hard). The noodles, on the other hand, were great - very nice.
Unfortunately the service wasn't attentive, that could be better. If I derive the claim from the ambience of the restaurant, then there should be a little more.
All in all, a good rating - and we would come back (but without the tomato salad)
17/03/2025: We came back for the delicious ravioli (mezzelune) every night. I'll try to recreate it at home. The carpaccio also deserves praise. Amazing. The pizza was delicious but it was the pasta that we came back for.

21/03/2025: Service was passive, a lot of times they didnt hear us (or worse ignored), not kind and they forgot about our drinks.
I ordered chanterelle soup - creamy, hot and perfect, about 15 euro.
Great atmosphere.
15/03/2025: Food was decent. Service was weird, one man lingered around our table and constantly looked like he wanted us to go away, we put our helmets and gloves on a table we chose to sit at and went to the bar to order, when we came back our stuff was moved with no warning. Very sketchy.

22/03/2025: I've been coming here for years but the last time we were treated disgustingly.
I order 2 second courses for myself, where obviously I ask for one first and then the other. They are brought to me together and I ask for the second course to be brought to me later. They take it to the kitchen and after 2 minutes they bring it back to the table saying that there is no room in the kitchen and that they couldn't do it again or they would miss their turn.
We were at a table with strangers and I didn't even have room to put the plate, and the phenomenon dropped it in my hand!!!
my complaints were dismissed with a "I'll buy you a grappa afterwards", which is something they always do anyway.
Dude, you've made so much noise about this joke that you've lost all the customers at that table.
21/03/2025: È stata un esperienza fantastica…. Personale simpatico e preparato, variegatissimo nei generi. Il titolare,Paolino, si è dimostrato un uomo di altri tempi, ospitale ,sagace e estremamente gentile. Vera osteria trentina con gusti diretti,pieni e sinceri. Tornerò sicuramente. La montanara è sei protagonista!!!

15/02/2025: Located in a small square opening from the main square. It has patio and open sitting as well. The choice of drinks is fantastic and simple but delicious food is served. The pigeons are taking up the leftovers. The piazza is not a place for hurry, neither in service. There is no menu card you should just know what you want.

21/03/2025: My motorcycle season kicked off on February 22, 2025! And like every year, I started with a tour to the Jaufen Pass! The roads were partly dry and well-ridable. The new section, which they repaved last year, already shows some severe damage (potholes, cracks). Nevertheless, it was another beautiful tour. Arriving at the Jaufen Pass, I couldn't believe my eyes – where is the Edelweiss Hut?!?!? But see for yourself...
17/12/2024: Fantastic view that you have to see. Wonderful route with a moped, what more could you want when the weather is nice? :)

24/09/2024: Wines and snacks are great, as is the opportunity to sit outside. What deducts points is that the waitress really tries and runs. She also does this up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the boss usually doesn't manage to organize the whole thing. If guests want a toast, they also wait an extremely long time for their snack. Hence the score.
18/09/2024: The Claudia wine shop is a real insider tip for everyone who values a warm atmosphere and honest hospitality. The owner impresses with her direct nature and runs her business with a lot of passion.
Even though the snack platter took a little longer to arrive on the day we visited (which is not surprising given the high demand), it absolutely impressed us. The ham, bacon and cheese were of excellent quality and the house wine from the carafe that was served with it was a perfect match.
The ambience is unique: the many works collected over the years create a cozy atmosphere that almost transports you to another time. There are no exaggerated frills here, just pure authenticity.
Anyone who appreciates down-to-earth hospitality and regional products has come to the right place at Vinothek Claudia!
