26/06/2026: This place is fantastic - the best spot I found while spending the week in Bolzano. I’m not sure what another reviewer was talking about, the service was so lovely and very friendly. The owner was about to close for the day due to the heat, but she let me stay for as long as I wanted, had me try several wines without me even asking, and served a delicious plate of mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and basil (seriously recommend this on a hot day). She also gave me a little tour of her wares that she uses to prepare the small plates she serves. Just the best little spot, I only wish I had visited earlier during my stay in Bolzano and not on my last night! If I’m ever visiting Bolzano again, I will be back.

22/12/2025: Quiet and panoramic location, friendly staff, overall a welcoming place 🥰The food is delicious and the wellness center inside the hotel is much appreciated 🧖♀️🤩 Ideal for those who want to get away from it all but also for those who want to go on excursions and trips from here. Also great for families with children 🙂

11/07/2026: We arrived at 8:25 pm on Saturday evening and, despite our tables being fully set, were seated at an unsealed table in the "Off" area.
After 10 minutes, the waitress arrived with the menu and cutlery.
Then... waiting.
Other guests were seated at two of the several set tables and had already received their drinks and appetizers.
At 8:57 pm, we left without anyone coming back to our table. Very disappointing.
But well, dinner at a competitor's restaurant was quick and absolutely fantastic!

04/07/2026: They have Hawaiian pizza. Half the pizza I ate was nonexistent, and I waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. The place is full of dusty decorations, especially the plastic grapes stuck to the ceiling.

20/07/2026: Beautiful view and lovely square with loungers. Also accessible by car, with parking for €10, which you can deduct from your bill at the bar, restaurant, or adventure park near Lake Montagnoli. The platter was very good, and the Sacher Torte was excellent. Prices are typical of the area.
17/07/2026: The quality/price ratio is decidedly poor. The half-trout fillet was old and dry. The water, 0.75 for €4, probably came from Lourdes. The 12:30 service wasn't very crowded, and for the 2:30 service I didn't see any lines or waiting. Perhaps a bell should ring to warn someone; I heard it clearly. Be careful.

The Italian/German service was excellent, with great recommendations.

08/07/2026: Very friendly service, excellent value for money, and a pleasant place to sit. The "Kastelruther Spatzen" playing on the terrace are a bit cheeky, though 😉.
08/07/2026: A café in the heart of Kastelruth, right behind the church square, frequented by both tourists and locals. It offers good service and, not to forget, fantastic mountain views from the sun terrace.
Many different flavors of ice cream are available.

20/04/2026: A huge thank you to Valir, he's a true all-rounder. You can immediately tell he pitches in wherever needed and always keeps track of everything, even when things get busy. He works very professionally, yet remains relaxed and friendly.
What I particularly noticed is his ability to entertain guests. His funny and engaging personality creates a fantastic atmosphere, and you immediately feel welcome. Our group had a lot of laughs!
It's exactly these kinds of employees who make all the difference. Thank you for your outstanding work and excellent service!
