04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

31/03/2025: A place that was probably once classy, ​​now I would say that it is elegant but could do with a refresh. The food is quite good, the service in short.. it would have been much better if the waiter had avoided starting with "and what are you, young man, having?" I'm 50 years old... maybe I could have been her father... but I'm not 80 years old and you're making a funny joke... My partner is a teetotaler... and he said, "Doesn't the lady drink wine? Is she pregnant?"... I thought I was joking aside... I don't know... I gave up because ruining the evening for a waiter wasn't the case... All in all the price of the dishes served seemed correct... ok even for the 4.00 euro cover charge per person... but honestly 2.50 for an espresso coffee and 7.00 euros for a glass of Teroldego from the house... or not.

06/05/2025: Unforgettable pizza but not in a positive sense for us. Obviously it's a matter of taste, but if the pizza is Neapolitan and we like Neapolitan this is not pizza and doesn't even look like it. Let's call it something else

11/05/2025: A meeting with friends from all over Austria brought me to Bolzano last weekend. We were allowed to go to the chic EXIL for breakfast with cappuccino and Sauvignon Blanc: cool vibe, great view of the forecourt, good quality of the products and very, very attentive and entertaining service. Gladly again!

29/03/2025: Un pranzo veloce ma davvero meritevole. La vista da ogni tavolo che si gode sulle Dolomiti di Brenta e le piste di Campiglio, vale la sosta. Nel caos di non aver prenotato, ottima attenzione e ed accoglienza. Buona carta, anche del buon bere . Prodotto di territorio, cucina sapiente. Ottimi impiattamenti. Personale gentile ed attento. Prezzo adeguato. Raggiungibile anche per chi non scia con comoda telecabina. La voglia di riprendere a sciare ci ha limitato, ma più che soddisfatti. Consigliato. Meglio prenotare.

19/03/2025: Very friendly staff, great service and very good wood-fired pizza at fair prices compared to other restaurants in the village. We'll definitely be back. We really liked the authentic ambience combined with the good pizzas.

18/05/2025: Special dinner in December because the restaurant was only reachable by snowcat, departing from Campo Carlo Magno. It was nice to spend the night between the slopes and the woods. The place is nice, typical of the mountains. The staff was friendly and quick in their service. Everything was good except the dessert that did not satisfy me. Good price, also considering the transport.

20/11/2024: Posto turistico che mantiene comunque la qualità. Birra eccezionale, per me la più buona birra analcolica esistente. Vado da quando sono piccola, quasi 40 anni, è cambiato, si è evoluto, ma mantiene il suo fascino. bello per i bimbi che hanno un parco per giocare mentre i genitori mangiano tranquillamente, bravi!!! Le frittelle di mele valgono il viaggio!!!!

28/10/2024: Schöner Buschenschank mitten in Lana. Grosszügiger Garten. Eigene Brauerei mit feinen Bieren. Wir haben hier dreimal gut gegessen. zB Burger, Käsepressknödel, Blutwurst mit Sauerkraut. Alles immer sehr gut. Jedesmal sehr zuvorkommender Service.

Ottima selezione di birre artigianali e cocktail, accompagnati da piatti gustosi e ben presentati. L’atmosfera è perfetta sia per un aperitivo con amici che per una serata più tranquilla. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!
