29/10/2025: We've been returning to this hotel for a few years to celebrate our anniversary, and even though we've already visited all the nearby places, we always return for the hospitality, the excellent cuisine, and the truly excellent table service. I highly recommend it, also for the spa, which is fantastic.

03/10/2025: This was our first time staying at a hotel with half board. We will definitely be back. We even extended our stay spontaneously. The welcome upon arrival was truly warm, and the entire stay felt very familiar. The service at breakfast and dinner (5 courses as standard) was unbeatable. Always very warm, friendly, and extremely attentive. The quality of the food was exceptionally high, always using local products. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 3 stars, but in my opinion, it deserves a fourth. The wellness area and the entire spa offering, including massages for every treatment, are also incredibly positive. Simply a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. And I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the decor throughout the hotel, with so many loving details. I would also like to extend a huge compliment to the entire staff. Stay the way you are.

26/02/2026: A visit is a must. Excellent wines, superb snacks, and a great atmosphere. Right in the heart of Bolzano.

19/02/2026: The service was simply fantastic. They asked about your wine preferences and then offered about three different wines to taste for free, allowing you to choose. The lady was so lovely and had so much information to support her recommendations. If you like, you can also get delicious snacks without any unpleasant price surprises! The price/performance ratio is absolutely fair (how anyone could mistake this for a tourist trap is beyond me). Thank you so much for this wonderful wine bar! ❤️

12/12/2025: Unlike some frustrated customers who probably take their disappointments out of the reviews, we had a wonderful time. The place is located right on the road to the Aurina Valley. Very fast and friendly service, two beautiful girls who SPEAK ITALIAN. The buckwheat cake was delicious, as was the strudel. I highly recommend it for anyone passing through.

24/02/2026: Excellent location near the ski slopes and close to the center of Madonna di Campiglio! The common areas are nice. Housekeeping is generally good! Towels changed every day. I can't say the same about the sheet, which wasn't changed for four days! AND UNFORTUNATELY, REGARDING MY ROOM'S SIZE AND HEIGHT, I WOULD GIVE IT TWO AND A HALF STARS. Despite having a double bed, I was told that all hotel beds are single beds; at most, they can be pushed together, which is a real inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful staff! 🤗 Excellent breakfasts 👍🏻👍🏻

23/02/2026: We spent a wonderful week in February 2026 at the Cristiania Hotel. The hotel is located close to the Pradalago cable car and the city center. The starting position is therefore absolutely perfect. We stayed in a family apartment at the hotel, without accompanying services. However, we could use the wellness for a fee. The apartment was fully equipped, clean. I must especially highlight the services of the staff, who were very helpful when my daughter got lost on the ski slope.

27/02/2026: This stay was amazing and an experience that I will never forget. All the staff is excellent and especially Antonio in the bar and Luca in the restaurant.

17/02/2026: Hotel stay of our dreams! Haven’t seen such a special hotel: To begin with, it was just a home away from home, everything felt cozy and as your welcomed to a big family. The food was delicious- breakfast and dinner, our gluten free issue was solved easily and each dish our daughter wanted was customized gluten free. The waiter Luca was really adorable with the kids (all waiters were super professional). Mrs.Rina the hotel owner chatted with guests at breakfast and dinner and made sure everything was okay. Truly haven’t seen this in any other hotel in the world. The shuttle service was 100/100 with the amazing driver who helped with the ski equipment all along. The spa was such a delight, 3 saunas, an indoor pool and jacuzzi- everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy, a lot of storage room. Really exquisite hotel!

13/03/2026: A cool local atmosphere and friendly service. Plus, it's located on the Sella Ronda orange route – perfect for a break. I had the opportunity to sample some sweets – delicious tiramisu and a tasty chocolate fondant. The coffee was also decent.

12/03/2026: They pour less than the ordered amount of wine, and if you say something about it, you get even less; it's a rip-off.

17/09/2025: The ambience would be nice, but unfortunately the audience is sometimes a bit emotionally arguing due to the excessive wine consumption.

30/10/2025: A nice little wine bar, primarily for outdoor seating. Self-service. A good selection of wines, but also beer. Friendly staff.

23/12/2025: Delicious baked goods and great coffee. We pre-ordered two chocolate panettone by phone from Germany and then picked them up directly at the branch. The process was seamless, everything was ready. The team was consistently friendly and helpful. The chocolate panettone was outstanding – moist, chocolatey, and made with love. Thank you!

06/12/2025: A beautiful and quiet place, with a view, fresh and delicious food.

06/03/2026: The food was okay. We had two appetizers and salad from the buffet. However, we were charged for three times because we used three plates. Each of us had a salad plate, and we shared a small portion of the appetizer on one of the smaller plates. Nowhere did it say that we would be charged per plate. When we pointed this out at the checkout, the manager became very unfriendly and completely uncooperative, so we decided to pay the extra €10. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

02/03/2026: Poor: Average food, not bad, but nothing tasty or truly authentic. Very noisy place. So-so service: by Wednesday night, they had already sold out of several dishes and/or ingredients. I wouldn't go back.

08/01/2026: We've been to this bar/gelateria a couple of times over the Christmas holidays. I have to say, the products are very good. Quality gelato. The hot chocolate is nice and thick and tasty, without too much sugar. The only downside is the staff: as other reviews have stated, they're not friendly! It wouldn't take much to raise the review score: a hello, a smile, and a little courtesy!
