20/09/2025: We spontaneously stayed here overnight on our trip and were absolutely thrilled. It's beautifully situated, surrounded by fields of apple trees, and we had a lovely view of the mountains. The room and bathroom were quite large and very nice. We were greeted with fresh apple juice, which was very good. In the evening, we enjoyed a fantastic four-course meal for just €35 per person, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was freshly prepared and reflected the regional cuisine. It was truly a treat. Breakfast was also excellent, with regional dishes and a very plentiful selection. They also offered the wonderful apple juice again. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, they only spoke Italian and French, but they tried very hard. They still managed a few words of English and German, and we were able to communicate well. We would come back anytime and stay a few days longer.

05/09/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel nestled in the apple orchards on the mountain. The building is a lovingly restored farmhouse that has retained its original character while still feeling very cozy. Our holiday apartment was spacious, with separate bedrooms and a living and dining area – perfect for a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, which immediately made us feel welcome. The culinary highlight was the dinner, prepared personally by the chef. For just €35 per person, we received a delicious four-course meal: For starters, a generous ham, salami, and cheese platter with fresh bread and salad, followed by homemade spinach gnocchi. The main course was a succulent stuffed roast pork with carrots and potatoes, and finished with delicious ice cream. A particularly positive aspect: There was no charge for water, and the bottle of excellent wine was only €15. So, truly unbeatable value! Breakfast the next morning was also a delight. Everything was served fresh at the table, from savory to sweet dishes – and as a special highlight, there was freshly pressed apple juice made from the farm's own apples. One minor drawback was the language barrier, as neither German nor English was spoken, only Italian and French. However, with a little gesture and good humor, we were still able to communicate without any problems. All in all, it was a fantastic stay: homely, warm, authentic, and excellent value for money. We would come back anytime!

28/08/2025: Having discovered Hotel La Fontanella by chance while passing through, it has become a point of reference for my beloved getaway in the Dolomites. Courtesy, professionalism, discretion, and efficiency are the ingredients for a perfect stay in the breathtaking setting of the Brenta Dolomites. 26/11/2025: A small but charming café at the fruit market. The service is friendly, and the café clearly thrives on its regular customers. The selection of sweets isn't huge, but it's sufficient and excellent; unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing savory. Therefore, it's only really suitable for a classic coffee break. But if you can get a seat, it's definitely worth a visit.

14/11/2025: A lovely café right in the center of Bolzano, on the fruit market square. I always enjoy going there. Friendly service, a good selection of pastries, and by far the best chestnut hearts in Bolzano. And, for those who don't like cream, like me, you can order them without cream with minimal waiting time and without any loss of size or taste. Thank you for that, it's fantastic!

23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.

14/12/2025: Fantastic restaurant, especially for the atmosphere created by the waiters. Natale was certainly the person who made the service truly pleasant. The food was also flawless, with interesting dishes that reflect the typical local cuisine. The prices are affordable (mostly for a table of 14 people, managed by the book, we all had appetizers and main courses, dessert, and coffee, with beer and wine). We spent about €30 each. Even if I had to look for them, I couldn't find any flaws in our experience at this restaurant. If we have the chance, we'll be back!

16/10/2025: A quaint restaurant with a very friendly waitress and owner. You can enjoy expertly prepared traditional local dishes. If you're in the area, don't miss it. The rooms are quaint and spread across multiple floors. Kudos to you for the attention to detail. Keep up the good work.

06/09/2025: We were very impressed by our dinner here. The location is very cosy and nice and ensures good privacy while keeping noise levels down. Service was straight from the heart, and the food was local but really well done. The spinach Spätzle were so fresh and fluffy and had so much spinach in them, with a most generous helping of walnuts. The dumplings likewise were really rich in veggies, and the Kaiserschmarrn was a great dessert - we liked how it was caramelised and moist.

19/07/2025: In un luogo panoramico e spettacolare puoi gustare il meglio della cucina locale anche grazie alle mezze porzioni abbondantissime. Canederli, pizzoccheri, polenta, gnocchi e tanto altro (dolci compresi) tutto cucinato al meglio, servito al self service con cordialità in una location spettacolare ad un costo contenuto.

28/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per una buona birra e stuzzicare qualcosa ma poi la scelta è stata differente! La birra consigliata dalla ragazza (ambrata non filtrata) top!!! E poi passiamo alla cucina! Abbiamo assaggiato tutto!!! Ottimo, la carne tenerissima, i sapori perfetti! Il ragazzo gentilissimo e bravissimo nel suo ruolo, due ragazzi davvero di cuore! Complimenti per tutto! Anche per i consigli sul dolce tipico!! Buoooooniiiiissiiiiimoooo con la salsa al mirtilli . La vista poi molto bella dalla loro terrazza. Posto molto pulito. Complimenti!

05/11/2025: Terrible. After receiving an initial offer to book an apartment (which wasn't even the cheapest one, by the way), the woman consistently refused, not responding to emails, and telling her to call back as soon as she had time, both on WhatsApp and by phone, but in fact never called back. After pursuing her for 10 days to no avail, we decided to change properties.

28/10/2025: The lasagna was cold, and so was the plate. We sent the food back. It came back slightly warm. The wait was too long, and the restaurant was practically empty. We were almost the only customers.

18/11/2025: Beautiful and welcoming location. The dishes are very good, and the pizza that evening was worth it. I recommend the desserts. I would gladly return.

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, the restaurant has recently become self-service only, and many dishes are no longer available. However, in addition to fresh bread, cakes, sandwiches, and toast are still available.

05/10/2025: Disappointing. Until now, I've always been served by very friendly, local staff on Sunday mornings before the store opens. Today, however, two ladies were there who rudely reminded me of the opening hours. It's clear that good, competent staff are being replaced by the opposite. It's a shame. I won't be going to Mein Beck anymore.

04/12/2025: TJ's isn't what it used to be, judging by the staff, drinks, and food. The staff, despite being paid, treats customers condescendingly, as if they're doing them a favor by serving "alcoholic" cocktails that are also watered down. I found more alcohol in their sandwiches than in their drinks. Bottom line: This place is recommended for teetotallers and those who like to be treated poorly.

18/10/2025: Excellent place Super-rich aperitifs. I read the latest review where it said "watered-down aperitifs." I'd suggest checking out some of the places in Trento that really do colored-water aperitifs. 😆 We had a great time.
