28/12/2023: The Edelweißhütte is not open in the winter months. It is located at the highest point of the Jaufenpass. The view from here is always breathtaking.

30/03/2024: I'll start in a different way. Service fantastic! I think I've never before seen it so efficient, and that when the place is packed! Well done. We had pizzas - the base was amazing, the rest was ok. I suppose it's what you choose, would still recommend. One thing that was not at all exciting is the atmosphere - there basically isn't one... You're in a dinning room, plenty of tables, kids running around and playing on the floor - not great if you want a quiet evening after a day on the slopes.

25/03/2024: The wine shop is really well looked after, both from the point of view of location and choice, furthermore the staff is very kind and prepared, without ever becoming annoying or insistent. Upon entering you breathe in an air that transmits passion for wine. The choice is truly wide and the bottles are displayed with excellent criteria linked to the types of wines. The only note I feel like making concerns the champagne, the choice of which is not very wide compared to what one would expect, but still quite varied and valid.

22/04/2024: Nothing to say about the quality of the dishes and the quality/price ratio. The only flaw is the lack of notification by the manager in reference to the withdrawal of €100 on the credit card valid as a pre-authorization for the table reservation. The return of this amount would take place after 13 days. All this was reported to me by the manager after my call to request feedback on the credit to the current account. In my opinion incorrect. Who knows if I will get the accreditation. I really don't think I'll go back, too bad.

24/02/2024: Alessandro, chef del ristorante, ha costruito un menu straordinario, dove i sapori ed i prodotti della montagna grazie ad una tecnica incredibile regalano un’esperienza unica. Il carciofo, lo zafferano, le farfalle con la farina di castagne, le animelle, le lumache, il gelato al lievito madre, grazie alla sua visione diventano compagni di un percorso da non perdere. Altamente raccomandato.

01/04/2024: Super delicious apple strudel, cheesecake and pear and chocolate tart!! The coffee is also impressive and the service was always friendly 🤗 that's why it's always full and the interior is relatively "restless". We were still there three times 😉

04/05/2024: Two very nice young ladies served me. There was a delicious sandwich and an apple juice spritzer. Both were very good and are recommended. Otherwise a great stop that you have to take with you. The bike in the tree is legendary. You must have seen that.

08/02/2024: right on the bike path, and always worth a stop. We have been guests 4 times in total. Great ambience with natural shade and great drinks, always fresh juices, ice cream and cakes. We are and have always been satisfied

25/04/2024: ...Incredible. In 2024 there are still places where entry to our canine friends is prohibited!!! The cost of a cappuccino (2.70 euros) seems a little excessive to me... but the ban on dogs is completely unacceptable!

03/03/2024: We were there for breakfast. The small cafe is comfortably furnished, it could be a little warmer. The service is friendly and helpful. We had a pumpkin affogato (almost a dessert and super tasty) and a latte macchiato. To eat we had a cheese hummus vegetable platter, as well as pancakes with pistachio cream and apple strudel. Both highly recommended! The cheese plate came with 2 rolls and is very large. We'd love to come back to try more!
