31/10/2025: We were charged €12 for two 0.33-liter beers. We've never experienced such outrageous prices anywhere else. This establishment should be avoided at all costs.

27/10/2025: Great food, local and fresh. Good traditional and vegetarian options and staff is happy to make edits. A modern approach to alpine snacks and healthy food. We had breakfast with great coffees, matcha and juices and really enjoyed it.

29/10/2025: We visited the restaurant 2 consecutive nights while staying at Ortisei. Ordered the Tris de bales and Maltagliati with roebuck ragout on the first night and went back to try the Spätzle, lamb chops and chestnut dessert. Foods were amazing and delicious. The restaurant setting was cozy and service was great and attentive. Thank you for the complementary hazelnut liquor too. 👍💯

07/12/2025: Although the place is marked on maps primarily as a hotel, we decided to stop here just for lunch. The experience was positive: welcoming atmosphere, well-prepared dishes, attentive and courteous staff, and reasonable prices. I can't rate the accommodation, but I recommend it for the food.

14/11/2025: The location is close to a chairlift, but it takes quite a while to get to the main area on skis. Rooms quite small, clean, friendly owner.

24/11/2025: Excellent location, with the new management offering a very diverse and varied menu, including some non-traditional options. Excellent wine cellar and a good selection for aperitifs.

13/10/2025: I had a cheese platter with seasonal fruit, jam, and honey, a medium beer, and a vegetarian crouton—all excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and dogs are welcome.

09/12/2025: Reservations are recommended to ensure availability without having to wait. At the time of reservation, we were shown to the table without delay and served very quickly, especially considering the large influx of customers. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The quality of the homemade products is very high, and the price reflects the logistics costs for the procurement of raw materials. We will definitely be back.

07/12/2025: We stopped for lunch at the restaurant during a lovely hike to Lake Nambino. We ate deliciously, and the location is magnificent.

06/11/2025: A very charming place with meticulous attention to detail! The extensive menu meets expectations... good dishes, but portions are modest. Excellent wines and fairly professional staff! The portions are a bit pricey for my taste, but overall, I recommend it. It's very romantic and comfortable. Try to get a table away from the bar, as barroom discussions can sometimes be annoying.

26/11/2025: It was lunchtime. There were plenty of free tables, but I waited 10 minutes to be shown to my table. After being seated, I waited another 20 minutes for someone to take my order, and when no one paid attention, I left.

09/11/2025: A quick aperitif with an excellent platter of local produce. The modern restaurant is warm and welcoming. Above all, it's one of the few lively venues in Val di Fassa, even out of season.

14/12/2025: For years (I've been coming to Folgaria since I was a child), I've wanted to try this restaurant, and by chance, on the evening of December 8th, I ended up there for the first time, late (8:45 PM), considering the parameters of a mountain dinner. We were told it was a bit late, but from the initial "second courses only," the choice opened up to the entire menu. Two excellent first courses: bigoli with beef and vegetable ragù and bread gnocchi (similar to the capunsei of our Mantuan tradition), which we fully appreciated. We added a beef tartare with warm courgettes, which, despite our no longer empty stomachs, was very much appreciated. The owners in the dining room were friendly and very kind. The service was quick; we were in and out in 45 minutes. The location inside was very beautiful and characteristic of a mountain restaurant, with a rustic style but elegant dining. We'll definitely return when planning our evening.

10/12/2025: A very nice and traditional restaurant, with limited seating, excellent service, and excellent food. I would have given it five stars, but the prices are quite high, and I personally think a 15% reduction would be appropriate, especially since some of the first and second courses are very small. I highly recommend the place, though.

12/09/2025: They serve typical mountain cuisine and also pizza. Both are good...the staff is very friendly. I recommend it!!

06/09/2025: We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.

25/10/2025: A cozy bistro with excellent vegetarian options. I had the hummus and baba ganush, and they were amazing!

05/10/2025: A cozy restaurant in Bolzano’s city center with warm hospitality. The waiter greeted us kindly and provided excellent service throughout. We ordered hummus, mutabbal, and tabbouleh—all flavorful and fresh. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made our visit enjoyable. It is nice for a relaxed and satisfying dining experience.

28/09/2025: The napkins aren't wrong! "High quality drink" indeed ....the Cosmo was perfect, as was the gin selection . It was a Sunday night so atmosphere not really there but that's not their fault!
