14/04/2026: Stunning location and view, with the Dolomites as a backdrop. I had an excellent breakfast. The mountain hut is next to the ski slopes... beautiful, traditional interiors.
09/04/2026: We had lunch here over Easter. It was truly the best. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a stunning view.
We liked it so much we returned on Easter Monday. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely choose this place again.

07/05/2026: We ended up here for dinner because there's a charging station right outside, so we had a fully charged car after eating.
The restaurant was very busy, but we received a very friendly welcome and were seated right away. We had a hard time choosing from the pizzas. They were all delicious.
The prices were reasonable.
If we come back to this area, it will primarily be because of the lovely restaurant. Charging the car is a nice bonus 😄.

25/07/2026: We had a good meal here. The service was friendly and attentive, the pizza was large and very tasty. The Aperol was fine, as was the house white wine. The price for a liter of house wine is a bit high, but the rest of the prices were reasonable. We had a lovely evening.

04/05/2026: This place is amazing! We visited multiple times whilst on holiday - we were always greeted by friendly staff and their beers were great. Also their selection of meats and cheeses are fantastic! Exactly what we needed alongside our drinks! We wish we could bring this place home with us
If you’re in Passo Tonale this place is a must!

14/07/2026: Beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. Truly excellent food, well-prepared dishes. Very friendly staff and fast service. After a day in the mountains, it's a pleasure to relax in this lovely refuge. I recommend it.
12/07/2026: A very nice eating experience at the top of one of the most famous peaks in the area. They had the best seasoned french fries I have tasted in ages.

23/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. An iced coffee is served in a tiny glass (about the size of a small water glass), and there's no whipped cream, waffle cone, or any other treat. A sip of coffee and half a scoop of ice cream—a rip-off!
Some of the metal chairs are broken, and there are even rivets missing from the seats. Luckily, there are much better places in Bolzano!
22/07/2026: We had coffee here in the afternoon and later an aperitif (the house Spritz is highly recommended).
The ice cream menu was definitely a plus; the children (7 & 8 years old) were very happy. It's a very comfortable place to sit. And the temperature is bearable even when it's very hot in the rest of the city.

14/07/2026: We were passing through on a Tuesday. There weren't many people, and yet we waited 40 minutes for two pizzas. That's about it. My "primavera" pizza was completely missing mozzarella, so the dough was so dry it looked like a schiacciata. I counted 6 pieces of cherry tomatoes.
The prosciutto was very good. Fair price.
