16/07/2025: Clean and welcoming place. Very friendly staff and impeccable service.
We recommend the fried calzone, among the best we've ever had.
The seafood entrees are also excellent.
Among the desserts, we tried the zuppa inglese. Hearty and not too sweet, not bad!!
Air conditioning inside and a spacious outdoor terrace. Parking wasn't hard to find. A Neapolitan-inspired restaurant worth trying.

10/06/2025: A uniquely beautiful, quiet, and spacious property. The pool and shady seating areas are surrounded by beautiful old trees. The breakfast is classic Italian, as is the dinner – and very fine. The service is very attentive and uncomplicated. The rooms are not technically state-of-the-art, but are still perfectly fine.
07/06/2025: We ate at the agriturismo restaurant, worth it on all fronts! Super friendly staff, they make you feel at home. Lots of gluten free options. Fantastic location.

The service is always very friendly, but unfortunately, the portions have been significantly reduced and the prices are inadequate.
In particular, the mixed antipasto, which used to be the flagship, has become truly less than a taste.
23/08/2025: I found this restaurant almost by chance, open at noon, and after eating, I immediately booked for dinner the next day.
The freshest fish, prepared with a touch of home-made excellence. A variety of dishes that invite you to return for a second or even a third time, to be sure you've enjoyed the entire menu. The generous portions are satisfying, as is the final bill, which is extremely fair, reflecting the quality and courtesy that Mr. Danilo shows his guests.
Congratulations to everyone.

15/05/2025: Bellissimo ristorante con pochi tavoli elegantemente apparecchiati, consiglio la prenotazione.
L’ambiente è accogliente e il titolare molto gentile e davvero competente, pietanze raffinate e ingredienti di qualità.
Abbiamo ordinato antipasto toscano con affettati/formaggi e crostini con lardo di colonnata al tartufo, tutto veramente buono.
Primi piatti con pasta fresca “pici” ottimi e i dolci ricercati. Anche il vino della casa molto buono.
Ci torneremo.

16/04/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per caso, devo dire che mi ha solo notevolmente stupito appunto me lo ricco tutto estremamente buono e peraltro anche molto economico.

Non aspettatevi lussi o cose da chef stellati….ma potrete mangiare come dei “bottini rumati”!
Piatti della tradizione maremmana…..
Personale gentile che per il prezzo modico di 25 euro non fa mancare cibo e bevande che sono comunque di qualità eccelsa! Consigliato veramente!!

17/06/2025: I've rarely eaten such bad food. I had bruschette miste, and it still made me sick the next day; it tasted like old tapenade. The tagliette cinghiale bianco was fatty and tasted of low-quality meat and no seasoning. A restaurant for one-time tourists. The place itself is lovely to sit outside, the service is very friendly, and the village is picturesque. But even in a village that relies solely on tourism, one should expect better quality.

05/07/2025: we learned that the real Florentine steak is with fillet, at the trattoria da Carla, mother of the current owner, you eat divinely ... the Florentine steak melted in your mouth, the tagliatelle made strictly by hand with wild boar ragù amazing ... the place is well-kept, the kitchen (always shown to us by the owner ... and it's not for everyone ...) very clean ... compliments to everyone we will definitely return ... obviously recommended for info: it is not open 24 hours a day as erroneously reported on the web 🤣🤣🤣

Abbiamo trovato la location calda e accogliente, personale cordiale e simpatico…nulla da reclamare.
Cibo ottimo: abbiamo ordinato un antipasto per due che offriva diverse specialità di mare e a seguire un primo di scampi veramente ottimo.
La scelta dei dolci non di nostro gradimento ma questa è solo un’opinione personale!!!!
Il prezzo abbordabile…

25/07/2025: I've been coming to Capalbio for 37 years, and Stefano's management is the best. The staff is also sensitive to the concerns of elderly people with hearing disabilities like me and other friends of mine who enjoy visiting. Everything is delicious, and the service is highly professional and kind. Congratulations!

28/08/2025: I booked through Google, requesting, if possible, an outdoor table with a sea view. I understand that, having booked the same day, it wasn't easy to accommodate this request, but upon arrival, no explanation was given: we simply found ourselves seated on the veranda.
Unfortunately, the evening wasn't the best: a very large table made the place extremely noisy, to the point of being unable to converse with the person sitting across from us.
The food wasn't stellar, perhaps also due to the pressure of the kitchen: spaghetti with clams was plentiful but overcooked and too salty; the fried fish was crispy but also excessively salty.
As for the wine, several labels on the menu weren't available, and only after several attempts were we recommended the one that was actually available.
On a positive note: at the end of the dinner, the owner at least apologized for the inconvenience caused by the noise.
Overall, the menu was simple and unpretentious. A restaurant worth trying, but don't expect too much.
25/08/2025: We initially wanted pizzas, but that wasn't an option for lunch. We settled for a seafood salad for over €20 (for about ten mussels, a langoustine, among other things, and no sauce... no cooking at all!!) and tagliatelle with clams for €20, tasteless and swimming in butter...
We also ordered two beers that we didn't receive, we wanted an iced tea for my daughters, but they didn't have any (if you're a shopkeeper, suggest something else??), and a waitress who wasn't smiling...
Finally, a cook who smoked in the kitchen... intolerable for me...
I don't understand the positive reviews... maybe we just had a bad day...
In short, to sum up, for us, it was a bad restaurant and expensive for what we ate...

06/08/2025: I'm only judging the appetizer I ordered: crostini with typical sauces. I was disappointed because they were overpriced at €10 for what was served. They consist of toasted bread with sauces served in four small bowls. The sauces aren't typical (mostly mayonnaise). I question the price for what I ate. I've had crostini with sauces at other places in Maremma for €10, but they were really well made. I recommend removing them from the menu if they're served like this.
06/08/2025: A quiet place for a family dinner.
The pizza is good and generously topped (in a good way, obviously). The crust doesn't retain its flavor for very long, but it's easy to digest.

15/08/2025: While visiting Massa Marittima, we stopped for an aperitivo. Both the Hugo and the Spritz were well-made, accompanied by chips and were reasonably priced. The place is located in the heart of the historic center. The interior is small, but there is an outdoor patio with accessible tables, including those for children. The menu ranges from aperitivo to breakfast, with a display of desserts. The staff is young and friendly. You need a key for the restroom, which is next door, but the stairs are quite steep. We found it clean, but not wheelchair accessible.
