19/01/2026: Nice restaurant but limited seating, we waited a bit for the first course but it was worth the wait, the salmon risotto was delicious, the couscous a little less so, which looked very good but lacked taste for me as I am used to a spicier couscous.

08/01/2026: My wife and I went for dinner on January 6th. We were greeted warmly and felt right at home. We ordered a crudité appetizer, a grilled octopus main course, and a mixed grill of fish with baked potatoes. We also had a bottle of wine and homemade almond parfait. Everything was fresh, tasty, and of the highest quality. Highly recommended!

30/01/2026: The salmon arancini were also excellent, we ate 2 of them.

23/10/2025: The restaurant is found upon entering through Porta Trapani. At the door, a kind gentleman provides information on the complicated parking procedures (only one parking spot works with cards and debit cards). Gratefully, we decide to go in. Friendly staff, delicious arancini al burro, and a delicious Genovese for dessert. Fair prices.

02/01/2026: Terrible experience for Christmas lunch. Rude welcome with inappropriate comments about diet—if we were on a diet, we certainly wouldn't have eaten at a restaurant. At this point, I think even he knew the portions were ridiculous, even for a diet. They served us a medium-sized risotto dish and another with 16 paccheri for five people (only three raw paccheri per person, and not enough risotto for five). Breaded swordfish was the main course, but the breading wasn't the best, and that's the excuse for the broken cash machine. Highly not recommended.

20/03/2026: It's conveniently prepared; you choose your order at the counter. It's delicious, especially the lasagna.

The prices are comparable to German restaurants, although the great location certainly plays a role. We were very satisfied and would gladly return!

15/01/2026: Very good pasta and Aperol. The service was friendly and cheerful. The busuaste pasta with red shrimp was delicious. The fried small calamari was delicious. We got a table despite not having a reservation. Highly recommended.

30/10/2025: Excellent experience. I came about a week ago, a real discovery! The fish was incredibly fresh and tasty, every dish, from the appetizer to the grilled meat, was delicious. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, except that it felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Excellent value and a place we'll definitely return to.

28/10/2025: The food wasn't bad, but it also wasn't anything especially impressive, for the price of 48€ for the main dish for two people. I've given the waiter 50€ and never got my change back - it wasn't meant to be a tip since it's already factored in the price. The person serving us understood our native language but pretended otherwise, communication was pretty difficult overall. There are no printed menus, just a QR code on the tables. The view from the restaurant is pretty, but the surroundings are trash-filled streets that do not look good at all. In summary, a decent meal that was quite overpriced. We only decided to eat there as this place was opened during siesta, we were the only customers there.

Claudio has that rare talent of making you feel immediately at ease, with warm and natural hospitality, without unnecessary formality, like when you enter the home of someone who truly loves you. Everything flows effortlessly, but nothing is left to chance. The kitchen produces dishes that speak of passion and sensitivity. Rosi doesn't cook: he creates. Each course is a small story of balance, respect for the raw materials, and evident love for what he does. The fish is pure poetry, the meat—when it appears—is treated with the same grace. These are dishes that don't need to impress, because they convince from the first bite. I go there with my girlfriend when I'm in town, to share something special, but also alone, when I want to treat myself to a moment of pure indulgence. And perhaps this is the most beautiful sign: feeling perfectly at home in every situation. The wine is always a discovery, because I trust the staff's recommendations without hesitation, which fully reflects the spirit of the place: knowledgeable, discreet, never over the top. Genuine, professional people, with that rare combination of humility and a big heart that can't be taught. It's not just a restaurant. It's a happy habit, a certainty, a place that pampers you without being noticed. And when you leave, you always do so with the same feeling: that of having experienced something authentic. 24/10/2025: La Prima Dea in Erice was such a lovely surprise. The food was beautiful, full of genuine Sicilian flavour, and made with top-quality local ingredients. The olive oil was honestly the best I’ve ever tasted — I could have happily eaten it on its own! What really stood out was the hospitality. The waiters weren’t pushy or trying to grab tourists’ attention like you often see elsewhere; they were genuinely proud of the amazing food they serve. Service was super quick too, which made it perfect for a relaxed but efficient lunch. We tried the arancini, pane cunzato and panino — all absolutely delicious. And the friendly chap outside, calling people in with his charming Italian accent, really made my day. La Prima Dea is one of those places that reminds you what good food and genuine warmth are all about. Highly recommended!
