23/06/2026: Very good food and well-prepared dishes, nothing to complain about the quality. Unfortunately, however, I was very disappointed with the bill: charging €22 for a dish that normally costs €17, adding a €5 surcharge just because it was requested gluten-free, seems truly excessive and unfair.
I'm celiac, and it's not a choice or dietary preference, but a necessity. I find it unfair in 2026 that we have to pay such a high price to be able to eat safely. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but this kind of policy definitely leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

We're very sorry to have to give a negative review, but the dinner wasn't great. The food was decidedly awful: pasta was way overcooked, pizza was frozen, and a fish dish tasted like nothing.
12/07/2026: We ordered pizzas to take away to our hotel room next door. The pizzas were delicious and the view was amazing 😍🍕 The staff was very friendly as well! Strongly recommend.

06/07/2026: I chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday and was very pleased. Even though it's in my hometown, I'd never been there before, but I'd heard great things about it. From the first moment I contacted him, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending a perfect menu based on my tastes and those of my guests. We ate deliciously, and the small but cozy atmosphere made our lunch pleasant and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

29/06/2026: Should have heeded the reviews left by others... Nothing is particularly wrong or bad with this establishment but they charged us 8 Euro extra for food we didn't order and then made excuses for why they wouldn't credit us back.
Be warned, they charge a hefty price just to sit down. If you go, check your bill very carefully!

08/06/2026: We tried 3 gelato(gusto pistacchio, fragola, melone, dubai chocolate and dubai caramel), because none of the better places were open on Monday, after a beach morning: all tasted industrial, don’t go if searching for good Italian ice cream as a tourist.
Canolo ice cream not available anymore, so they told us.

01/07/2026: A disgrace to Italian cuisine. The risotto was overcooked, with rice swimming in old oil. The white wine was poor quality and barely chilled. Cars drove through the narrow alley, almost passing right through the plate. A typical tourist trap.

01/08/2026: Gluten free pizzas and pasta available - to start I had a gluten free focaccia loaded with fresh tomatoes; for main I had a gluten free spaghetti carbonara - the food was delicious! 4 stars given as we had to wait a little while for a table and when we did get one it was very cramped - in fairness we were a group of 6 and we didn’t pre book so in future we would book ahead. Lots of veggie options too and everyone in our group really enjoyed the food. I recommend the Etna Rosso red wine - very smooth and drinkable! We had complementary prosecco on arrival and I was given a separately packaged GF roll whilst the remainder of my group had fresh bread. Service was great and we would definitely recommend this place for coeliacs and those who are also dairy free and veggie / vegan!
