11/11/2025: Cosy place with both indoor and outdoor serving. The staff is very helpful and tried their best to serve us a hot vegetarian meal even if the kitchen was said to be closed. They also have gorgeous cakes! (But not milk free or gluten-free).

31/10/2025: My favorite bar... in a beautiful location... great patio with ample parking out front... I truly relax here, with the unparalleled coffee and the excellent, carefully prepared, and delicious pastries! The staff is attentive, professional, and truly special! When I want to pamper myself a little... this is my go-to!

11/10/2025: Absolutely positive experience! I called to order a custom cake, requesting same-day delivery: they were very kind and did everything they could to accommodate my needs.

08/10/2025: Stopped for a coffee and a tea. Lousy green tea, old and weak, although a nice Japanese pot, coffee was good. No service to speak of and were confused when we ordered tea, although it says "Maison Bon Te" on their sign. Stick with the Italian coffee and maybe the food.

05/08/2025: I went there the last few days and noticed a marked deterioration. I waited almost 20 minutes for a cappuccino. There was a tall, dark-haired girl who made me fall in love with this bar because she was meticulous, clean, professional, and fast. And her cappuccino was out of this world. Now that that girl is gone, I won't be going back...

10/11/2025: I just placed a Starbucks breakfast order half an hour ago, with a latte, juice, and two croissants, and you didn't even know how to properly close the containers containing the liquids, or even communicate this to the delivery person, so much so that everything arrived spilled. Don't do takeout if you can't work. You need to close.

06/11/2025: I was BITTERLY SCAMMED. I asked for a regular latte and found the lady at the checkout who subjected me to a real SCAM QUESTIONNAIRE. She asked me what milk I wanted: soy, cow's milk, lamb's milk. I didn't understand anything anymore. Then she asked me if I wanted aromatic milk, vanilla, apple, plum, all colors. Then she asked me if I wanted chocolate, and how did I know? I said, "Well, put it there, but sorry, I didn't know I had to pay all these extras." Sorry, but here the house isn't offering anything, I don't understand. For MARKETING TRANSPARENCY, it should be specified from the beginning that for all these ADDITIONS you have to SHARE OUT MONEY, PLEDGES, AND CASH. Then in the end, what am I supposed to say? I find the price going from €2.80 to €5.20, and what am I supposed to say, I won't buy it anymore? I'm making a fool of myself because of a scam questionnaire.

24/07/2025: My kids and I happened to stop by this bar for some ice cream. We're not from the area. The guy at the counter greeted us with an incredible smile and even said good afternoon. We felt welcomed, and you could tell he loves his job and interacting with the public. Thanks, the snack tasted better.

16/11/2025: If you're really hungry, stop by. You can eat and it's not bad either, but don't look around. The place is really dirty and poorly maintained.

09/11/2025: The place is old and shabby inside. There is no paper menu for choosing dishes, but a small anonymous poster with little written on it. The service is still friendly. The dishes are sparse and the raw materials are not of quality. The prices do not reflect the gem.

04/11/2025: A coffee shop and ice cream shop in the city center that doesn't allow its customers to use the restroom speaks for itself.

28/10/2025: Everything was very good, the ice cream was exceptional, the same goes for the biscuits, the service was excellent, very kind and helpful, it was also good because it was located in the centre but this was also a problem due to the constant noise of the buses in front.

21/06/2025: Great bakery. We lived in the same building, and the smell was fantastic every day! We tried all sorts of croissants, and they were truly delicious and highly recommended.

07/06/2025: We went for an aperitif on Saturday at 6pm. We ordered 2 proseccos, 1 iced tea and 1 iced coffee with some snacks. We brought the drinks to the outside table and we started off badly. After 5 minutes, 2 small savoury croissants cut into pieces and a bowl of crisps arrived. At 6.40pm a girl started to clear away the whole outdoor area, removing chairs, tables and closing the umbrella.... making us understand that we should have gotten up... So we did... I went in to pay... 28 EUROS FOR AN APERITIF THAT WAS WORTH HALF.... I brought everything to the table, there was nothing to eat and you gave me a prosecco for 10 euros???? NEVER AGAIN..... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

26/10/2025: The atmosphere is extremely noisy; it's difficult to talk while sitting inside. The food, beer, and service are excellent.

21/10/2025: Everything was perfect except that they make carbonara with cream and bacon!!! 😂

20/10/2025: Fast and inexpensive. For €13 we had the "tris" menu: pasta, meat, and vegetables with a small bottle of water. The plays were simple but good. A good place for a quick and affordable lunch in the center of Turin.
