27/08/2025: They have a POS that they take out of a drawer as a family ritual only on special occasions. It takes 2-3 minutes to turn on, and then, punctually, "Hey, it's not working today." The day certain people realize that by not accepting electronic payments they lose 36% of their revenue (and are suspected of tax evasion), it will be too late.

16/10/2025: Very well-maintained restaurant, fast service, affordable (tip: there's a 20% discount on whole chickens on Tuesdays), and generous portions. I highly recommend both the chicken and especially the legendary, delicious potatoes. I'll definitely be back.

25/09/2025: Good evening, today, September 24, 2025, at 7:35 PM, I went to this store because I needed some fried food. I waited my turn (I should point out that in the display there were 2 rolls, 4 sausages, 3 arancini with Gorgonzola, 2 with ham, and 2 of another type). My turn came, and I asked the clerk, among other things without parnazza, if she could make me three arancini with ragù, three with ham, 4 panzerotti, 2 and 2. The girl told me that I had to wait because she had to close if she could make them. The manager was busy with other customers trying to solve a problem. In the end, I left empty-handed. I usually go to the Rivoli rotisserie, which is usually served by a short, slightly stocky, red-haired, always smiling lady, who, by the way, hasn't seen her in a while.

12/09/2025: A beautiful place to relax with a view worthy of the mountains. Bardonecchia is a spectacular place for me, a ski enthusiast. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing, what more could you ask for? Oh, and there are loungers for sunbathing whenever you want. Well deserved 5 stars, well done!

10/07/2025: Good morning, First of all, this review is written because you didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our complaint email. Therefore, we would like to express our disappointment with your service on June 22nd. We celebrated our son's First Communion at your restaurant with a reservation made on March 5th, so with plenty of advance notice. We already celebrated our daughter's First Communion there two years ago, and since we had a great time, we decided to return without looking elsewhere. Upon our arrival, we were offered a grilled sausage, which was clearly leftover from Saturday's party. We then asked for beer (given the heat, not everyone enjoyed drinking wine) but were told it had run out (there was only one!!!) due to the party the day before. Wine was also unavailable, even though we had already ordered Arneis and Dolcetto. The Arneis had run out the night before, so with no other options, we had to order Chardonnay. In my opinion, it's unacceptable for a place to be without beer and wine. The appetizers were truly poor quality; the vitello tonnato had a sauce that wasn't fresh, two pieces of very thin pastry with leeks, cheap raw meat, and four tiny pieces of cheese. The tajarin arrived cold, and a portion was barely a spoonful without even sauce. The strawberry rice was stringy and tasteless... inedible. The hazelnut roast was truly awful; fatty meat boiled in hazelnut broth... The tart I ordered (which, of course, is also useful for taking photos at parties) arrived on a small plate that obviously couldn't be photographed, and the rest of the portions were already prepared on plates!! Furthermore, it wasn't a tart at all, but a blue pastry with a cream that was already half-melted from the heat because it definitely hadn't been refrigerated (hopefully it won't harm anyone). Let's add that the special menu for people with intolerances was truly awful. Unfortunately, we invited friends and family and made a terrible impression, and we were truly disappointed. However, since other customers were also there, we didn't want to say anything today out of respect for your business. However, we honestly paid hundreds of euros, and we honestly don't think it's fair because it's way too much for the food we were served. The girl who served us was very kind and helpful, especially since she was the only one serving and didn't stop for a second. You definitely lost our children's confirmations and all 20 customers with us that day...

03/11/2025: It was a cold day and we decided to go there for an aperitivo. We sat down and only after half an hour realized we needed a receipt first, so whatever. We went to the counter and asked for seven aperitivos with a platter, but only six arrived with a meager basket of chips... we asked why and they said we hadn't asked for a platter!!! I ordered another aperitivo with a platter, and the cashier, really pissed off with all the customers passing by, threw my change at me!!!!! I wanted to leave it all there, but I had already paid. Terrible, incompetent, and rude...

14/10/2025: I used to come here often with my boyfriend before it changed management. We've always had a good experience—both in terms of service and food quality—but since the change in management, something has changed. We ordered two coffees and were told that "table service is no longer available starting today" (which seems unusual, but we ignore it and get the two coffees back). That was fine until we saw two girls serving our table a little further ahead, who, incidentally, had also ordered two coffees. Whether they were fooled or not, I think it was unprofessional... I hope this can be an area to work on and improve. Have a good day.

11/10/2025: Until 11 in the morning there's nothing savory... not even a sandwich... not even a piece of focaccia... NOTHING at all. The American coffee isn't American coffee... in fact, the waiter confessed to us that it's not his job!!! Plus, they come and ask you for money as if we wanted to run away and not pay!!! Like beggars, with all due respect for beggars! Is it possible that in Piazza Castello in Turin there are such restaurant establishments??? Shame on you!

07/10/2025: ⚠️ I lost €4,000 because of this place. I ordered a new laptop from the official Dell website (worth €4,000). According to the proof of delivery, the BRT courier delivered the package to this bar: the family's son signed for it, but never delivered it to me. I showed all the evidence to the courier and my lawyer, but so far I have received no help or a refund. A very serious and disappointing experience. If your package is important, don't have it delivered here—always verify the delivery, because you might not receive it.

14/09/2025: Terrible service, plus they charge €2 for parcel collection which should be free for us since they receive money from the contract they have with local couriers to act as a stop point.
