05/03/2025: I believe that the owners, if they don't want to deal with people, should close their business. Rudeness and rudeness reign in this place. In my case, the Lady didn't want to tell me what brioche she had, but other customers had it worse! To one person they said "and speak louder!", to others they rushed the orders exclaiming "otherwise we'll be there until tomorrow!"...not to mention that poor French tourist, who was treated very badly only because, not speaking Italian perfectly, she didn't understand one thing. Personally, I don't recommend it at all!

27/11/2024: Completely absent staff. I enter GREETING, no response, the bartender (owner perhaps) too busy scrolling through the home page of some social network, after a while he notices my presence and in a very pissed off mood asks me for the order (a hot litter) time to finish the order I say to sit down and I'm told "we close at 5pm" so 40 minutes after my arrival... I reply by saying that it wouldn't take me long and the bartender replies by saying "I'm telling you because I don't want any problems" BUT EXACTLY WHAT PROBLEMS? The only existing problem is that people leave at 5pm but with pleasure and never come back. Obviously Ciobar hot chocolate so nothing sensational.. Scandalous!!

14/03/2025: Fiorio is a historic place, which is worth trying for breakfast... To taste more typical things, I take a hot chocolate with gianduia, good, a single-portion cake with gianduia, good and particular, 1 gianduiotto, good, 1 Marron glacé, good, and then a mix of dry biscuits, which included baci di dama, ugly but good, cat's tongues and meliga pastries, and I must say that the ugly but good ones were the best, really delicious, the rest good anyway. Very nice place with central location

19/02/2025: Best service, Best food. It was a very good experience. The taste, the vibes , the wine, oh my god!!! It is a must when you come to this region. This year is the second time when we were here and is the best. Good prices, best service. Definitely we will come another time.

20/01/2025: Locale grazioso con arredamento tipico da osteria di montagna. In sala il sug.Renzo molto cordiale, di una certa età un po' confusionario. Cibo buono anche se non eccellente, sinceramente avevo aspettative più alte. Porzioni sicuramente non da osteria ma da ristorante come anche i prezzi che tra l altro non si sanno fino al momento di pagare il conto in quanto non c'è un menù, le pietanze vengono elencate velocemente dal cameriere ...cosa a dir poco antipatica e non corretta. Vale una cena se si alloggia a Pragelato solo perché forse in zona non c'è di meglio ...non tornerei certo volutamente .

24/01/2025: I booked a Sacher in this pastry shop which really disappointed me. Poorly packaged. Dry cake, excessively sweet, tasteless apricot jam. Price of 48 euros per kilo. I won't go back.

11/01/2025: Posto poco pulito e molta scortesia in cassa protagonista ,non ci tornerò mai più assolutamente sconsigliato!!! In crocetta ci sono altri posti molto più belli .

16/02/2025: Nice little cafe place with decent prices. Beside hot drinks you can have different pastries. The staff speaks English, smile and have good service. The atmosphere is nice and is clean. One suggestion is to make the coffee and the capuccino more warm. Around the coffee place you will find ski rental shops, ski schools. Car parking available and the complex or at less then 5 minutes walk away. Bus stops 2-3 minutes walk.

22/01/2025: La location è molto bella ma il brunch è da dimenticare. Il tavolo con l'allestimento del dolce è davvero sguarnito e deludente, neanche in un hotel a due stelle il buffe della colazione è così "povero". Il baghel era talmente duro che non si riusciva a mordere, tantomeno tagliare con il coltello. Sembrava pane riscaldato al microonde indurito. La cipolla caramellata che doveva accompagnare il piatto inesistente. Le uova e il bacon mediocri, con i medaglioni di patate duri e secchi all'esterno. La panna cotta alla fragola era freddissima, molto densa e senza sapore e il panettoncino servito con la crema talmente secco da risultare immangiabile. Livello molto al disotto delle aspettative, da bar mediocre che prepara piatti surgelati. Prezzi assolutamente fuori contesto per ciò che viene offerto. Il menù, inoltre, ha piatti molto semplici, basterebbe davvero la qualità delle materie prime per fare la differenza. Peccato perché pensavamo di chiedere per un servizio catering per una festa ma abbiamo rinunciato.

07/11/2024: They do not provide cutlery with dishes other than those established by them (....), even specifying that they are pregnant (for hygienic reasons I would have preferred to use them), napkins given with a dropper at the time of payment and then removed again... I don't want to continue because this is too pathetic and embarrassing to continue.

07/11/2024: Non forniscono posate con pietanze che non siano quelle da loro stabilite (....), persino precisando di essere incinta (per motivi igienici avrei preferito usarle), tovaglioli dati con il contagocce al momento del pagamento e poi nuovamente tolti di mezzo... non vorrei continuare perché tutto questo è troppo patetico e imbarazzante per proseguire oltre.

18/12/2024: Servizio pessimo (con prodotto fatto cadere in terra,raccolto con le mani e,invece,che buttato direttamente, appoggiato dul retro...),croissant gommoso,servizi (in cantina) imbarazzanti,sporchi senza tovaglioli,con cestino totalmente ricoperto dalla ruggine... Gli altri "locali storici" sono ben sltra cosa...

03/12/2024: Eccellente bar storico. Pessimo il servizio ai tavoli. Personale distratto e poco professionale. La solita scusa...c'è tanta gente...ma eravamo rimasti gli ultimi dopo ben 40 minuti di attesa per tre bicherin arrivati freddi...probabilmente dimenticati sul bancone e dopo due solleciti finalmente portati al tavolo nel dehor della piazza. 8 euro ogni bicherin freddo! Sconsigliato...non ci torno sicuramente.
