07/02/2026: Back after two years for a carnivorous evening. Always a success. Standing ovation for the tartare, porchetta, and cabbage. But everything is absolutely worth trying. Well done guys 🔝🔝🔝

06/02/2026: Great guys, professional, kind, and competent. And brave: Sant'Elpidio a Mare, in the historic center, is a little gem of a town (it will be even more so once the renovations to many historic buildings are completed), but it's sparsely populated and not far from the coast, which offers more options (but also a lot of chaos).

05/02/2026: There were 4 of us and we had a really good time. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable.

20/09/2025: A lovely place to spend an afternoon surrounded by greenery, eating crescia filled with a wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and vegetables, served by smiling, kind ladies. It's also close to a beautiful abbey.

30/12/2025: We were in SBT for sightseeing, freezing cold, and looking for a place to warm up for an aperitivo, and we were incredibly lucky. They recommended a good glass of local wine, and we tried some excellent Ascoli olives. My partner, who loves meat even now after we've left, keeps mentioning them, saying they were spectacular (and we've tried several at other places too). The staff was also kind enough to not make a fuss about the bulky stroller (which isn't a given, considering I've been terrified of going out since we had a baby because I don't know if they make us feel uncomfortable). If we ever visit again, we'll definitely be back to try other things.

18/10/2025: A welcoming place in the pedestrianized historic center of SBT. Ideal for tasting excellent wines from their well-stocked cellar, they also offer quality food! The owners are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Highly recommended! Poldo

23/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague, Chalet Galileo lived up to its promise. Large windows overlook the beach, the winter sea. Refined seafood cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Small snacks offered before and after meals demonstrate the customary Marche hospitality and customer service.

30/11/2025: The restaurant is located right on the promenade and beach. It offers good, refined cuisine, but the dishes seemed lacking in my opinion. It lacked something to enhance the flavor and make the menu items memorable. The dishes are designed especially for those who enjoy healthy eating, free from excessive spices and sauces. They are very simple, yet tasty. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I found them a bit bland and lacking much creativity. It must be admitted, however, that the presentation of the dishes was good. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning the extensive wine list, elegant table setting, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I might return next year, although it won't be my first choice for restaurants in Civitanova Marche. In any case, the quality of the products speaks for a return visit.

01/03/2026: The price was very high for what we paid, and we left still hungry. The place is beyond reproach. For dessert, I wouldn't recommend it.

02/09/2025: I was craving a bombolone and decided to try this pastry shop. Although the exterior initially left me a bit perplexed because it looked drier, I was soon convinced. They were delicious with both cream and Nutella. I can say the same about the whole wheat brioche filled with berry jam. The filling system is clever, with the product cut lengthwise and filled by hand, resulting in a more uniform distribution of the filling compared to the traditional use of a piping bag.

14/02/2026: We arrived with a table of 15, and they served us after 1:45 hours, and everything was overpriced for frozen products. I'll never set foot in there again.
