Ambiente curato, personale gentile e qualificato, ampia scelta di cibo, tutto di ottimo livello, ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta è Pavel, bartender di altissimo profilo, una vera mosca bianca per le nostre zone. Grazie alla sua abilità e passione per la Mixology, potrete viaggiare dai grandi classici, verso antiche ricette quasi perdute, passando per i cocktail moderni, fino ad arrivare alle sue nuove e continue invenzioni. Pavel crea regolarmente nuovi infusi e sperimenta ingredienti inusuali, permettendo ai clienti più curiosi di attingere alla "sua lista" o di creare a piacimento il proprio drink. Una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale. Imperdibile per gli appassionati. Complimenti!

But one of the main reasons to come is him: Pavel, a professional bartender and his cocktails, ranging from the great classics to a selection of refined recipes that are uncommon to find. And then there are the "custom made only for you": if the customer wants he can "build" a cocktail with Pavel and he will save it in his legendary diary: what can I say, a unique experience for those who love this world! Locale molto carino al centro di Fano. La ragazza è stata molto gentile a illustrarci tutti i dolci disponibili che però, non erano nulla di eccezionale (più belli che buoni). Buona la caffetteria.

Excellent place, from breakfast to aperitif. I also recommend it for lunch breaks, given the culinary skills of the chef and for private events (they have a very well furnished and welcoming room available on the first floor)
