07/05/2025: I consider it one of the oldest Bars in Saronno, perhaps more than 50 years of uninterrupted activity: from an entire family with parents and sons and daughters, currently the dynastic continuity still continues with them. The managers of this Bar are kind and professional, the Bar is located under the ancient Saronno arcades with display of many tables and facing as many tables equipped with umbrellas in Corso Italia. It is located in an enviable position suitable for watching the Movida Saronnese.

24/04/2025: I give two stars only because the girls are nice. The piadinas are good, but for the price they are often poorly filled, the waiting lines at the checkout are always very long and this happens even during the week when there are few people around. You are probably understaffed and I hope it is a temporary problem but we certainly need to improve on timing and quantities.
19/04/2025: We really like eating in Piadineria, unlike other places, the food is healthier, the place is clean and the staff is very welcoming.

The wrong Negroni was... very right, as was the free tasting at the counter with delicious appetizers. Price more than honest. All that remains is to return

22/02/2025: Quando c’è un po’ di gente i piatti non vengano serviti, si dimenticano quando gli dici dicano scusa arriva aspetti altri 30 minuti non arriva poi alle fine non arriva uno gli passa la voglia di mangiare non tornaro mai più capitato più due tre volte portano anche i piatti sbagliati

04/05/2025: The food was great, my mother's croissant was somewhat dry though and it didn't have a lot of filling. The staff was just awful with an attitude, my dad asked what was the filling of a pastry and the lady just grabbed it and put it on a plate. Then she proceeds to get an attitude when my dad asks two more times what was in it. She also was really moody with just ordering the other pastries, it was just not it. The view onto the lake was quite pretty, but the staff just made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I had hot milk, and when I finished it I also noticed black bits in the bottom. It was most likely leftover coffee bits, but it just was a bit disgusting in my eyes.
In short: the food is amazing, the staff is just not it.

Staff eccezionale e unico
Nonostante la qualità elevata, i prezzi sono competitivi, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Colombo 1933 è il luogo ideale per una colazione ricca e gustosa, una pausa caffè o un pranzo veloce ma soddisfacente. 
In sintesi, Colombo 1933 è più di un semplice panificio: è un luogo dove tradizione e innovazione si incontrano, dove ogni prodotto racconta una storia di passione e dedizione. Un’esperienza che vale la pena vivere e rivivere.

18/01/2025: La mia visita in questa caffetteria è stata davvero deludente. Il comportamento del personale, in particolare della signora alla cassa, è stato assolutamente inaccettabile. Al momento del pagamento, mi sono trovato di fronte a una scena davvero raccapricciante: la signora si è lamentata ad alta voce per il fatto che avessi pagato con la carta, come se fosse una sorta di "punizione" per lei. Non solo non mi ha dato nemmeno il macchinario del POS, ma ho dovuto sporgermi oltre la cassa per effettuare il pagamento, come se fosse un'inconveniente da sopportare dovuto alla mia scelta. Questo atteggiamento è stato davvero irritante e irrispettoso nei miei confronti.
In aggiunta, la signora ha continuato a lamentarsi con un collega, dimostrando un totale disinteresse per il cliente e un comportamento scortese che ha reso l’intera esperienza ancora più sgradevole. È inaccettabile che un locale possa permettersi un simile atteggiamento nei confronti della clientela.
Un altro grave problema che ho notato è che al cliente che mi precedeva e succedeva non è stato emesso lo scontrino fiscale. Questo solleva seri dubbi sulla correttezza fiscale del locale che probabilmente è solito evadere le tasse tramite la mancata stampa dello scontrino fiscale (comportamento che al giorno d’oggi non dovrebbe essere tollerato).
Purtroppo, nonostante il caffè fosse nella media, l'esperienza complessiva è stata talmente negativa che non tornerò di certo. Il servizio è stato scortese e l'ambiente non ha contribuito a rendere l’esperienza più piacevole.
Il locale, purtroppo, non è in grado di sfruttare il suo potenziale: è vecchio e trascurato. Nonostante la posizione vantaggiosa, l'impressione è quella di un luogo che non ha investito nella sua manutenzione o nel miglioramento dell'atmosfera

10/02/2025: Dirty, messy and some unpleasant and rude staff. Sandwiches without full description of ingredients. It is not worthy of the name it bears. A huge disappointment.
