06/02/2025: Unfortunately negative experience. The staff is rude, unhelpful and seems annoyed by the presence of customers. They also don't accept dogs and don't seem to like children either. Such an unwelcoming attitude certainly doesn't make you want to return, which is a shame because the place has potential.

22/01/2025: Bel locale nella centrale Gallarate, peccato l'assenza di cortesia da parte del personale che,al nostro arrivo, non ha neppure salutato, non è previsto il servizio al tavolo e vieni letteralmente abbandonato a te stesso. Una ulteriore pecca la sporcizia rinvenuta sotto ai piedi del nostro tavolino e nel retro bottega come da foto. Mentre tenti di degustare con tranquillità la tua colazione, vieni continuamente disturbato da una responsabile che letteralmente fa i mestieri di casa vicino al tuo tavolo, non curante della polvere prodotta dal suo andi e rivieni con scopa e paletta. Un peccato veramente. Probabilmente, non ritengono opportuno una migliore attenzione verso il cliente. Voto:3 - -

29/03/2025: A place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere on Corso di Tradate. The 2 girls who take care of the counter and service are courteous and attentive. The wrong Negroni was... very right, as was the free tasting at the counter with delicious appetizers. Price more than honest. All that remains is to return

17/02/2025: The place is located on the main street of the town, very old Milan style to drink but if you want to have an aperitif worthy of the name the place is recommended.

16/11/2024: Avoid! We stopped with the family to drink an aperitif and after the order we received two miserable bowls containing chips and peanuts (while at the other tables some people also had a cutting board). When asked why the aperitif was served so poorly, the answer was that they were busy in the kitchen. I went to pay personally at the cash register to see that the staff was calm and relaxed and so was the kitchen. I pointed this out to the owner and he simply pretended to apologize (pretend because the waiter said he asked and they replied that the kitchen didn't have time). What I was able to do is tell them that if they don't have time to serve everyone a platter they must have the honesty to tell the customers before taking the order, otherwise it's called a complete rip-off... never again!!! 16/11/2024: Da evitare! Ci siamo fermati in famiglia per bere un’aperitivo e dopo l’ordine ci arrivano due misere ciotoline contenenti patatine e arachidi (mentre negli altri tavoli alcune persone avevano anche un tagliere). Alla domanda del perché l’aperitivo è stato servito così miseramente la risposta è stata che in cucina erano impegnati. Sono andato a pagare personalmente in cassa per appurare che il personale era tranquillo e rilassato e anche la cucina. Ho fatto notare al proprietario la cosa e lui semplicemente ha fatto finta di scusarsi (finta perché il cameriere a detto che gli ha chiesto e gli hanno risposto che la cucina non aveva tempo). Quello che ho potuto fare è dirgli che se non hanno il tempo di servire a tutti un tagliere devono avere l’onestà di dirlo ai clienti prima di prendere l’ordinazione, altrimenti si chiama fregatura bella e buona…a mai più!!!

02/02/2025: Pay attention to receipts I initially paid 13 euros for 2 teas and 2 pastries but the total should have been 10. I pointed this out when I returned to the restaurant and was told: in what sense?? 🤔 I think everyone in the place should know, as written on the menu, that 2 teas cost 7 euros and not 10. To make the mistake understood, I, as a customer, must not impose myself and I must not explain anything. Luckily I ALWAYS check the receipts. Ps I would have expected a few more excuses.

18/01/2025: Disappointing experience My visit to this coffee shop was really disappointing. The behavior of the staff, especially the lady at the checkout, was absolutely unacceptable. When paying, I was faced with a truly horrifying scene: the lady complained loudly that I had paid by card, as if it were some sort of "punishment" for her. Not only did he not even give me the POS machine, but I had to lean over the cash register to make the payment, as if it were an inconvenience to bear due to my choice. This attitude was really annoying and disrespectful towards me. In addition, the lady continued to complain to a colleague, demonstrating a total disinterest in the customer and rude behavior which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. It is unacceptable that a place can afford such an attitude towards customers. Another serious problem that I noticed is that the customer who preceded me and succeeded me was not issued a receipt. This raises serious doubts about the fiscal correctness of the place which probably is used to evading taxes by not printing the receipt (behavior which should not be tolerated nowadays). Unfortunately, although the coffee was average, the overall experience was so bad that I certainly won't be returning. The service was rude and the environment did not contribute to making the experience more pleasant. The venue, unfortunately, is not able to exploit its potential: it is old and neglected. Despite the advantageous location, the impression is that of a place that has not invested in its maintenance or in improving the atmosphere
