18/02/2024: Excellent choice of bottled beers, extremely varied, will certainly satisfy your thirst. It is probably the only real pub in the center of Gallarate, with a unique pirate ship atmosphere.
The piadinas and chicken wings are also good.
If you want to appear like a real local, order a priapism cocktail at Maurino aka the boss

27/03/2024: Today I wanted to use the shower to wash myself from the street, in the evening they told me to come from 6 in the morning, and in the morning it doesn't work, but the Italian in charge was given the keys to the shower and foreigners are refused. The parking lot is not big, but the bathroom is quiet, clean, big, the coffee is very good, so be careful, those who want to wash from the street may be refused

24/03/2024: TO NEVER AGAIN!!! I pass by there often and the other day I stopped to have a good coffee.... clean place and unfriendly staff as usual. I go to the cashier and say "a coffee" I pay and then I go to the counter, the girl says "tell me" and I reply "a latte thanks" she looks at the receipt and says "you told me at the cashier that you want it latte" and I reply "no, why did I have to say that?" and she said "yes, we need to specify because adding milk costs 10 cents more is the new rule". I'm shocked, I drink the coffee and go out without saying goodbye. ARE WE JOKING!!!
12/03/2024: Definitely a unique place of its kind, which is why I expected a sunny and familiar welcome and instead the lady didn't even smile at us, in fact she seemed annoyed by our requests. I am increasingly disconcerted when I see this attitude from those who work in contact with the public.
Too bad, I would have liked to try a few more products!

12/03/2024: I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Carillon. I had a problem with my car on a Sunday evening on my way through Italy to Germany, and not only was I able to get a room, with my dog, at a reasonable price at short notice, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, and one staff member M went so far above and beyond and helped me get to my car in another village. Had she not, I would have been stuck another night.
The rooms are basic but serviceable. But the food! OH MY GOD! Heads above anything else I had my entire week in Germany. Breakfaat was SUPERB, with homemade bread and the best croissants I've ever had. The view from the hotel restaurant is SPECTACULAR. My time here turned a bad situation into a lovely 2 day vacation. I will be coming back here when the weather is warmer!
07/03/2024: Classic 80s restaurant. There is practically nothing fresh or seasonal on the menu (each ingredient is marked with an asterisk). Everything would need to be reviewed a bit, from the service to the cuisine. Unfortunately, the atmosphere also appears old and dated. It's already not pleasant to eat while looking at the state road, but even if the place isn't well looked after, in short, the imagination really fades away!

Prezzi fuori di testa cena a 30.90 + 2 coperto, mancano i 10 centesimi per la sedia, la bevanda ovviamente non è inclusa.
Il servizio scarso e triste, mi hanno appoggiato il piatto sul tavolo versando mezza porzione sul tavolo, secondo voi si è messo a pulire??
No, ho dovuto dirle: Ciccio puoi pulire il tavolo?
28/12/2023: 11/10 recomendation for this place. Lovely and fast service, specially from younger gentleman with great English. All you can eat - selection really wide from all kind of sushis to warm dishes. We paid 17 euros / person, which could be only apetizers price somewhere else. Will be back soon🇮🇹♥️

Al bar si va per una coccola, se poi il bar è anche pasticceria, la coccola è tra le aspettative della maggior parte dei clienti, se poi la pasticceria si chiama Buosi le aspettative sono alte e tipiche degli intenditori che non possono essere traditi. Da Buosi pasticceria eccellente sempre! Ottimi prodotti realizzati con ottimi ingradienti e tantissima esperienza professionale. Chi lavora in un luogo che porta il nome Buosi dovrebbe essere orgoglioso e dovrebbe capire che l'abilità dei pasticceri non può essere messa in gioco da un atteggiamento poco elegante di chi serve al bancone e dai servizi igienici sporchi. Poi è vero che purtroppo ci sono dei clienti maleducati , arroganti e poco attenti agli altri, è vero che soprattutto in Italia, restando in Europa, chi va ai servizi igienici si sente autirizzato a essere un maiale, è vero che in alcuni casi chi serve al bancone spesso non ha tempo per controllare lo stato dei servizi igienici se non una volta al giorno, ma è altrettanto vero che un nome di prestigio come Buosi, con i prezzi coerenti all'alta qualità dei prodotti, snon può non prestare attenzione a particolari importanti come il sorriso gentile di chi serve e la pulizia dei servizi igienici. Metto 4 stelle per premiare i pasticceri e il signor Buosi e le cameriere donne che sono sempre gentilissime, fosse stata una pasticceria/bar solo meno eccelsa , a causa di quanto descritto, avrei messo una stella.

03/02/2024: Ogni tanto ci torniamo, il ristorante affaccia proprio sul lago, circondato da verde e dalla fattoria.
Tutto ottimo, servizio veloce, personale cordiale e presente.
prodotti genuini e di qualità.
Prezzi non proprio economici ma ogni tanto si può fare.
Dopo pranzo, si possono fare due passi all'interno delle fattoria per vedere gli animali oppure passeggiare sulla ciclo-pedonale fino al lago.
Consigliato.
01/02/2024: Ci siamo andati per puro caso, essendo a camminare in zona. Bella vista sul lago e soddisfatti dal cibo. Forse il sabato a pranzo però è più indicato per famiglie.
