Politeness is fundamental to me, so I can't say anything; maybe I'm dealing with very frustrated people. But when the right employees are around, I feel great, and they're always kind! 12/10/2025: We first caught the attention of Michelin Guides about this restaurant. Located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Magnificent views. Excellent tasting menu. Excellent value for money.

27/09/2025: We came to the restaurant for its gourmet evening menu and its reputation, but we were disappointed. The setting was splendid, with the meal on the panoramic terrace and a decent meal with very professional waiters. The biggest problem was the sommelier: a cold welcome, a haughty attitude. When I asked for a sweet white wine as an aperitif, which was on the menu, he told me there wasn't one. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, he replied that it wasn't up to date (!) and that "as an aperitif, we have bubbles" (!). He went back, and I heard him making unflattering remarks about the French and laughing with his colleagues. When we asked for a wine pairing, he told us there wasn't one and that we should only have one glass of white and one of red because the tasting menu included fish and then meat. We had two meat dishes, and the wine pairing and his knowledge of the menu were superb!! We've never received such service from a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant 👎 Poor

03/01/2026: The staff wasn't up to par with the quality of the coffee and croissants...what a shame...They ruined my breakfast which, by the way, seemed very expensive to me...NEVER AGAIN....

02/01/2026: We waited outside in the cold for twenty minutes, repeatedly asking to be served, only to be told they'd be there. Never happened.

25/10/2025: The guys are super friendly, the place is brand new, clean, and the staff is excellent. It's my favorite place to grab a coffee or an aperitif, relax for a while, or chat with friends.

22/08/2025: The appetizers were good, as were the snacks, but...we ordered a third appetizer at 2 PM. The waitress didn't inform us that the kitchen was closed so we could choose whether to eat or leave (this is my opinion, but the service was poor). They brought out two bowls of popcorn for six appetizers...but I strongly advise against it.

16/12/2025: The pastry shop is open only in the morning. The pastries and coffee are delicious.

10/03/2026: It's a great place for a drink and a bite to eat with friends. It's even better in the summer because you can sit outside and enjoy a delicious aperitivo just steps from the city center.

06/03/2026: A small place, but with plenty of tables outside, with the characteristic atmosphere of a Bavarian gasthaus, but with an Italian twist. The dishes are inviting: truly delicious. The sandwiches and piadinas are beautifully made: no shortage of choice! Besides Italian craft beers (which aren't to my taste), they also have excellent German beers, including a rare gem: Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier (smoked beer). Definitely worth a try. Soooo special. Friendly staff. Considering the type of place and its central location (in the middle of the pedestrian zone), the prices aren't at all expensive. On the contrary.
