23/12/2025: We ordered the menu of the day. The main course wasn't bad, but the first courses were poor. Ham and mushroom ravioli: instead of ravioli, they were small, poor-quality tortellini, and the ham, instead of the classic seared and fried ham squares, was pieces of ham slices. The first course absolutely didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation. The desserts were good.

06/10/2025: I've been going to Barley for a while now, and I admit I went there for the variety of beer they offer... I later discovered it's a really interesting place. The guys are always very friendly and help you choose drinks to suit your tastes perfectly. The food isn't bad either, a place to spend a pleasant evening, alone or with friends!!! 🔝
22/09/2025: Excellent selection of craft beers, there's something for everyone! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed the pulled pork croquettes, a real treat! I'd love to come back to try the burgers.

01/11/2025: A place from my adolescence, I still go there every now and then when I can, the beers and food are DIVINE, for me one of the best pubs in Lombardy, I recommend it
23/10/2025: Quaint place. Very nice. Excellent beer. Too bad the sandwich is one of the worst I've ever had. It tasted like old bread reheated in the microwave...even the prosciutto was cooked inside. Minimal filling. Too bad.

05/01/2026: I was there on December 22nd, terrible place, small, unventilated room, the windows were sealed, there was no air, we were one above the other..... price 50 euros for a simple lunch, nothing special..... truly squalid place to avoid.

03/01/2026: The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The service is fast and professional, but the best part is the food: traditional recipes, everything handmade, even the pasta. Delicious food, the restaurant's highlight. I recommend the risotto with osso buco, exceptional.

18/12/2025: A huge selection of brioches, some truly unique. Lots of interesting vegan options! We tried the two vegan ones: nettle-juniper-blueberry and the other black cherry-chocolate, both excellent.
11/12/2025: Excellent pastry shop in the heart of Busto Arsizio, right near the Basilica of Santa Maria. Attentive service and exquisite products.

09/01/2026: Terrible experience, the place was cold, freezing! Drinking a beer and eating a sandwich in the cold is an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The owners justified themselves by saying that the air conditioning couldn't heat up given the cold outside. I think it's unthinkable to enjoy time with friends in the cold, in fact the place was empty. I definitely won't be back, I don't recommend it to anyone!
18/08/2025: A lovely place in the center of Gallarate, in the pedestrian area, where you can enjoy excellent beer and appetizers. A bit small, but in the summer they also have outdoor seating.
The chalkboard menu features excellent burgers, but I was there for an aperitivo.

20/01/2026: Italian espresso is very small, when ordering check if they have the option of a double… otherwise, as a Brazilian, you'll suffer lol I got this dessert and thought it was awful.
