The staff is distinguished by their courtesy and expertise, always available to provide advice and information about the products. The chocolate artworks on display and the antique machinery used for processing are also fascinating, adding a cultural touch and making the visit more engaging. Overall, a positive experience, ideal for chocolate lovers.

23/02/2026: I visited late in the evening, and the overall experience was pleasant. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with pub style, with wooden furnishings and unique details that make it quaint and relaxing, ideal for an evening with friends or a quiet beer. The atmosphere really gives off the feeling of a family-run establishment, with the attention and friendliness that make you feel at ease. There's a wide selection of beers. I had a Kwak Strong Ale, served beautifully and at the right temperature, with its characteristic, scenic presentation on a wooden stand—a detail that always makes an impact. It's beautifully bitter, full-bodied, and aromatic, truly excellent. A small bowl of popcorn is also served, which is appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick without being rushed. Prices are average for the category. The only complaint is the strudel: it's good, but for €6, we expected a slightly larger portion. Recommended if you're looking for a casual yet elegant place to enjoy a good drink and a quiet evening.

08/11/2025: A small and cozy shop in Luino, where you can choose from their wine selection or ask for advice from the owner, a charming and polite (and professional) person. You can buy wines, as well as other products they sell, such as teas, chocolates, and artisanal sweets... and for Christmas, they have some delicious treats! There's also a small outdoor terrace. A visit is a must... and a glass of wine is essential!

04/05/2026: We went there every morning. The gondoliers were already there for their coffee break. A very friendly and welcoming couple. A truly local atmosphere and fresh, high-quality products.

The sandwiches and snacks are delicious, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The service is super fast, and the waiters are really friendly, which is a huge plus in such a touristy area. Ideal for a tasty bite without any fuss before continuing your sightseeing. If you're looking for a place with good vibes and authenticity, you have to check it out!

11/05/2026: We discovered Goletta a year ago and already sensed a family atmosphere, so we decided to celebrate our son Vito's first communion there. They were super kind and helpful. We thank everyone: Mr. Bruno, Carmine, Ludovica, and all the guys. Sorry I don't remember everyone's names. If you want to feel at home, choose Goletta.

We relied on the owner's advice, and his menu, from appetizers to first and second courses, all featuring excellent seafood, plus desserts, completely satisfied us. Generous portions and good wine. We'll definitely be back for another delicious dinner.

09/05/2026: We got the tip from friends, and it was spot on! The asparagus menu is very creative and unusual, and everything tastes delicious. We come from an asparagus-growing region, but we'd never had asparagus cheesecake or asparagus risotto before. Even the tiramisu stands out from any we've had with its intense flavor! We're thrilled!

09/03/2026: Let me start by saying it's a historic bar with a 20th-century feel. The decor and ambiance remind me of the bars I frequented as a child, and fortunately, modernity hasn't completely changed the bar, which remains crystallized in its identity. This is priceless to me. I happily spend my work lunch breaks at Bar Torino. I love their sandwiches, made with fresh bread delivered every morning. The fillings are made with quality cured meats, all sorts of cheeses, freshly cut vegetables, and a wide selection of pickles and preserves in oil. The price is incredible for the quality: a sandwich will set you back 5 euros. For the same price, in the area, you'd end up with a homemade tramezzino, and what's more, half-empty, as sad as a loan shark's debt. They often serve hot first courses, homemade omelettes, and similar meals during lunch breaks. I personally prefer the sandwiches, but everything is on par. The staff is calm and kind, professional people who seem to have come from another era, reminding us how to work. Professional and always low-key, they never show signs of lapses or excesses. Always discreet. I love their way of doing things.

06/10/2025: The essence of my city's history...the owners are expert in their craft...without the affectations and theatrics of inexperienced, tattooed bartenders...Bar Torino is a dimension of simplicity...I go in because I feel like I've gone back in time to a time when the world was untouched. The owners' quiet, reserved style deserves great respect.

10/05/2026: Terrible experience, never again. I ordered a dry non-alcoholic drink, and it was very sweet. I pointed out the mistake, and the waiter, instead of apologizing, rudely responded, telling me to "look at the menu," a menu that wasn't even on the table. To resolve the issue, I had to get up and bring the drink back to the bar. They refilled it for me, so far so good. The problem: at the register, they charged me BOTH drinks. So I also paid for the wrong one, which I didn't consume. When I asked for clarification, the staff raised their voices, and the security guard was rude. Mistakes happen. Rudeness and double-charging for a drink by mistake aren't allowed. According to the Consumer Code, a non-compliant product must be replaced at no additional cost. It's a shame, because the place itself isn't bad. But with this kind of customer service, I won't be returning.

19/01/2026: A visually stunning burger. It's a shame the flavor wasn't up to par. There was a long wait, even though the place wasn't crowded. To use the bathroom, you had to ask for the key and leave the place.
