20/03/2026: Fabulous experience!! I had dinner on two evenings with excellent and abundant meat main courses. On Saturday I attended a concert I'd been wanting to see for two years, a concert by my favorite artist, Carlo Poddighe. I thank the owner, Max, for giving me this wonderful opportunity. He and all the staff were truly kind and professional. The concert was amazing, incredible, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

10/04/2026: Very very good food. Across three courses there was consistently excellent quality; baccala, polipo, coniglio, maialino, tiramisu. I would dine there again without a second's reservation. My only small disappointment is €23 for a cheese plate is an exaggeration; the 5 cheeses were OK but none were exceptional (not Bagoss or even parmigiano vacche rosse)

05/04/2026: First time in Sirmione, expectations low due to the tourism, but instead we found this restaurant at 10:30 PM. The place is elegant yet simple, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, above all! The dishes are refined in both their ingredients and flavors. We finished with a reinterpretation of pastiera and a dessert called umami... sensational. The price was in line with the quality, without hesitation.

07/10/2025: A small kiosk or bar right on Lake Garda – the location is really beautiful, but unfortunately, that's about it. The aperitif is quite expensive by Italian standards, and they don't serve any snacks with it—not even chips or olives—which are usually standard in Italy! The drink itself was okay, but a bit thin. The tables were sticky and apparently hadn't been wiped down properly. And honestly, there are plenty of bars around Lake Garda with lake views, olive trees, and a cozy atmosphere—often cheaper, with snacks, and better service.

I want to applaud the black-haired, bespectacled waitress who took orders on Saturday, October 4, 2025. She was truly professional and kind. It's hard to find people so good at their jobs these days. 11/04/2026: The location on the lake is truly beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was completely ruined by the service and the final bill. As soon as we were seated, we had to ask for menus ourselves, as well as water and even bread. After ordering, the wine was opened for us at the table... but without bringing us glasses, which was quite surreal. The staff seemed inattentive and poorly organized throughout the entire meal. The most disappointing thing is that, despite all these obvious shortcomings, there was no attempt to make amends: not an apology, not a complimentary liqueur, not even a discount (considering the very high bill). The only redeeming feature were the appetizers.
