18/12/2024: Lunch break. Quality of the dishes very poor. Rigatoni alla "carbonara" with a sort of cream condiment... (the remaining ingredients not received), not edible. So the gnocchi with gorgonzola (where there wasn't even any gorgonzola the shadow). Tripe.. basically a vegetable minestrone with three pieces of tripe. Slow service. I'm sorry to note that the quality of this restaurant is very expired compared to 5-6 years ago. I would recommend raising the fixed menu by €2 but serving customers with higher quality dishes. I certainly won't go back.

15/02/2025: Gestione personale non adeguata al caos clienti, per avere delle paste bisogna fare una coda interminabile, solo una persona ( non ne ha colpa) a servire una fila di dieci persone , confeziona e in più fa cassa !!!!!

20/12/2024: It is my favorite place, I have known the family who runs the place for years. The best cappuccino in Brescia and then Illy coffee prepared with obsessive care, excellent pastries and cakes and an assortment of fresh bread.

19/02/2025: A place located at a lakeside point, very, very panoramic and welcoming....it is also located at the beginning of the suggestive Vello cycle/pedestrian path on Lake Iseo which leads to Psogne, so the place is generally popular...a bit of "do it yourself" is needed for the service, and it is understandable, given the constant turnout/presence that there is throughout the entire external area, facing the lake with the bathing beach, and in the smaller internal one, limited to service of customers who alternate in passing.... the place is among the most beautiful with a lake view, and the panoramic cone from the terrace can range up to the mountains towards the Camonica valley.... I would say a nice stop, even a short one but in harmony with the entire panoramic setting...

12/01/2025: La pasticceria é situata in una zona residenziale fuori dal centro di Brescia. L'ambiente é piacevole,ordinato pulito e moderno. Il locale non é grande,ma ci sono parecchi tavoli molto vicini tra loro. Un buon cappuccino,buone brioches e frolle. Buone anche le pizzette. Personale attento e gentile.

24/08/2024: Bosco Corsica è una pasticceria di qualità: le brioches sono ottime e riccamente assortite, buona la piccola pasticceria, lo staff è gentilissimo. Personalmente la mia colazione preferita a Brescia.

Vini e cibo di ottima qualità , consiglio il tagliere misto ( anche per celiaci) . Prezzi alti ma la qualità si paga ! Vini anche da asporto ( prezzi onesti) Da ritornarci

11/03/2025: It is the first (or last) restaurant on the lakeside of Salò, depending on where you enter. This restaurant offers its best in summer where you can sit outdoors in front of a beautiful view. Personally, I have always enjoyed it, the dishes are well prepared and tasty and the prices are affordable.
