03/04/2026: It was a pleasant discovery: a refined, well-organized, and elegant setting, yet with a casual atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. We chose the lakeside tasting menu: very good, well-balanced dishes, and generous portions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also paid great attention to food intolerances.

19/04/2026: I went with my family on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM. I must say the place was packed, and there were people waiting outside, but within 5-10 minutes they had us seated at a table. The girls are very quick, courteous, and friendly. The menu is well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable. The sandwiches are their strong point, excellent products and plentiful. In the heart of Franciacorta, a few kilometers from the lake. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

17/04/2026: A welcoming restaurant, with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Impeccable food! EXCELLENT! A rustic location with attention to detail that makes you feel right at home. As a complimentary dish, we had bruschetta with mixed cooked vegetables. For our first course, we chose an excellent asparagus risotto and homemade pappardelle with a delicate yet flavorful ragù! For our second course, we had pork morsels rolled in lard and served on a delicious cream cheese sauce with baked potatoes. Excellent. A MUST TRY!

30/03/2026: Even though the entrance is unassuming and the prices aren't for the budget-conscious, our expectations for lunch were more than met. The Osteria's website gives a good indication of what to expect. Even as a (bicycle) tourist, you're greeted warmly upon arrival and shown to your table. In addition to the clear yet varied menu, available in three languages, there are also unobtrusive recommendations from the kitchen. Each of the delicious and beautifully presented dishes is explained in detail as it's served. The wait between courses is reasonable, given the fresh preparation. If you don't want to eat quickly in the tourist bustle on the lakefront, but rather enjoy a leisurely and delicious meal, you'll be exceptionally well served at Osteria Di Mezzo. We'll gladly return when we're in the area again.

29/12/2025: An absolutely fantastic restaurant in the heart of Sirmione's old town. You sit on the terrace in a sophisticated atmosphere overlooking the pedestrian zone. The service is very friendly and they speak a little German as well as good English. The Bardolino was served at the perfect drinking temperature and was excellent, as was the Prosecco beforehand. The 'Contemporary Pizza No. 3' (with truffle, bresola, nuts, and burrata) was absolutely superb and one of the best creative pizzas I've ever eaten! The antipasti platter is also impressive. The prices are typical for the area.

09/11/2025: Food was delicious! Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere with all of the wines. I ordered pizza and my husband ordered Spaghettoni with Scampi, King Prawns, Lobster and Tomatoes. For dessert we ordered the chocolate in three different ways and it did not disappoint!

28/03/2026: We've been frequenting this pastry shop for years. It's excellent, and besides pampering ourselves, every time we have guests, we pamper them too. We often go for breakfast and other times we take it home or to visit relatives and friends. They're very hospitable and always make you feel welcome. The products, besides being delicious, have a wide variety and there's always something new. We highly recommend it. Well done Angelo, Veronica, and all the staff.

06/04/2026: We were returning from the Dolomites and stopped in Salò for lunch. We wanted to get away from the more touristy spots along the lakefront. It was a beautiful day, and we had a wonderful time on the terrace. We had the seafood pasta and the risotto, and everything was delicious. The service was spectacular, and the terrace was lovely. I would recommend it 100%.
