07/08/2024: Excellent bar a stone's throw from Termini. The Circi coffee is excellent and the Chocolate Bundle is excellent. Both the owner at the cash register and the waiter at the counter were friendly. Honest prices, in total I paid 2.30 euros to consume at the counter. Clean bathroom. I highly recommend it and will be back!

La Dispensa knows how to stay in perfect balance between all the things that make me relax and feel good. The food is excellent, it is not too refined (apparently...) and gives the same pleasure as good home cooking, but prepared professionally from good quality products chosen with great care. The service is informal, but always characterized by kindness and respect. Even the background music (at a low volume, you can talk calmly with friends), the colors, even the intensity of the lighting (perfect, neither too dark nor too light) make me appreciate a lunch at the Dispensa as a pleasant experience not just for the taste but for all the senses. I'm just sorry I can't go more often.

16/08/2024: Caos calmo. Sarà che eravamo tanti. Sarà il caldo che porta via la testa, ma abbiamo faticato ad avere tutto l'ordinato in tempi ragionevoli. Qualità prezzo un po' alta. Detta anche da chi viene qui spesso e ci aveva portati. Insomma non so se tornerei. Intorno ce ne sono molti con più punti a favore.

We had to fall back on two croissants, one plain and one with cream, good but not what we wanted to eat. 14/07/2024: Worst 5 minute experience as a tourist. We went inside as a couple to get coffee and something to eat, thought the staff was not willing to help us. We got close and ordered a cappuccino and a cafe freddo. They started mocking us, throwing the glasses in a serving plate, because we wanted to sit outside, and we ended up with two espressos. The atmosphere was not good. We felt like imposters.

Today I went to pick up another birthday cake with red roses and red writing, obviously the wrong cake with chocolate writing. Terrible experience, I will never go back again! I'm sorry, but unfortunately I felt very bad.

The waiter was slow, he didn't understand anything, we asked for prosecco and it never arrived, he forgot. We ate a fillet of beef, very small, very expensive, tasteless. Lately it hasn't been the best, but I thought at least that the service and quality of the raw materials were a given for a historic place like Ercoli, given the fame and the cost not really within everyone's reach. If I decide to have lunch in a place like this, I expect the best, but unfortunately I was very disappointed.
