01/06/2026: I agree with all the positive comments (praise to the friendly and very nice staff) and I would add that even the non-alcoholic cocktails are not banal and repetitive, they are beautiful to look at, fresh and interesting with that extra touch of class.

14/04/2026: After receiving an Easter dove cake, I find myself having to revise my review; certainly not because of the product's organoleptic quality, which is very good and made with excellent ingredients, but because of the embarrassing presence of additives that should have nothing to do with a high-quality artisanal pastry.

03/05/2026: From 2 to 5 stars. Finally renovated, with the option of outdoor dining in a dedicated area. No comparison to the Autogrill that was there before the renovations, and especially not to the horrid prefabricated building that replaced it for too long (due to Covid-19) during the renovations. Please note: the rating applies to the Autogrill and not to the Kerotis gas station, which I believe charges the highest prices in Italy.

29/04/2026: 4 stars only because I haven't had a chance to try the food (yet)... but, after the recent and much-needed renovation, the restaurant has greatly improved, both in terms of decor, restrooms, and product selection! The service is fast and appropriately professional for the location!

29/10/2025: After searching for several restaurants in the area that were still open for lunch, we found this osteria while passing through. They were very helpful and accommodated our every request. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to eat and order traditional food, especially the ravioli!

10/10/2025: Very delicious food. We had pizza, pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu. The ambiance was simple, practical, and functional. Nevertheless, it was perfectly fine and clean. We enjoyed it and would gladly come back.

24/12/2025: A centrally located and welcoming wine bar, with a warm atmosphere, excellent wines, and reasonable prices. Don Cammelo, the owner, is a true host. And Donna Luisa, his devoted companion, expertly makes delicious crostini. Highly recommended!

18/05/2026: The location is great; however, the hotel does not accurately present its room categories on online booking platforms. Several room categories shown by the booking agencies do not correspond to the categories actually offered by the hotel. In our case, we paid for a “Deluxe Double Room” — supposedly a higher category than the standard room — but according to the receptionist, it actually corresponded to their lowest category, called the “Fashion Room.” What a disappointment. We basically paid €60 extra for what was essentially a standard room. No alternatives or solutions were offered by the reception staff at the time, who simply kept looking at their screens without even proposing an upgrade for an additional price difference. The hotel should definitely review and clarify the room information it provides to online travel booking platforms. Update: Despite the incident with the room type, I must note that the waitress in the bar was extremely attentive and kind. I really enjoyed the few minutes before sunset on their terrace. Update 2: Later that evening, around 21:00, the receptionist approached me and explained that she had spoken with management and that they were willing to offer us an upgrade. We appreciated the gesture and their effort to address the situation; however, by that time we were already fully settled into the room, with our luggage unpacked, so changing rooms was no longer practical knowing it would be only one night. We still wanted to leave a factual review reflecting our overall experience, particularly regarding the misleading room category information presented during the booking process.

18/05/2026: Located in the heart of Gallipoli, this spacious room (prestige double) offers a sea view and a mezzanine, as well as a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful, with a special mention for the omelets. Finally, the staff is polite, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel; it's probably the most beautiful in Puglia ✨

09/12/2025: A small, almost tiny, and characteristic Friulian osteria in Pordenone's historic center. Only excellent Friulian wines and delicious crostini, made to order—the best in the city—are served with cured meats, Friulian cheeses, and more.
