05/05/2026: Nice place in the square in San Daniele del Friuli, in front of the Duomo, shame about the poor service, and the spritz that tasted of nothing.

27/05/2026: We stopped for a drink. I haven't reviewed the food because we haven't had a chance to try it yet. The atmosphere is clean, tidy, and very welcoming. The decor is beautiful. A pleasant stay.

23/02/2026: This was a unique experience and so personalized from the front desk Dominica, our maitre de Giacomo and Chef Enzo. We were offered coffee as soon as we arrived. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they even made a cake and sang Happy Birthday to her with free wine too! This is a very culturally Italian experience to book here. If you're expecting a very fancy hotel, it's not that. It is a perfect situation for a quiet wonderful experience

15/11/2025: A €5 Spritz Spritz with NOTHING to accompany it. We go to ask the lady for two chips, she waves us over, goes to the other table, and is never seen again.

11/04/2026: Beautiful apartment and would be a nice location if not for a nightclub right across the street. It's IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP on a Saturday. They are blasting music so loud you feel like you're in the middle of the club. Definitely would not recommend to someone who actually wants a peaceful weekend

18/03/2026: I'm grateful for the owner's kindness and helpfulness. He spontaneously resolved a mixup with Booking.com. Since he couldn't confirm my reservation, he found me an alternative with the same price and conditions and went out of his way to facilitate my transition.

10/07/2026: The place is at an amazing location and close to parking and the shops. Bring a bit of time with you as staff may linger before getting to you; friendly though. The owner can use a class in international manners. If he has them, he should use them more But seriously a cool place for a drink. Should easily be 5 stars

26/06/2026: Best bar in Lignano, but above all BEST BARTENDER in Lignano (MAX) immediately very kind and friendly. oh he also makes amazing cocktails.

25/08/2025: A disappointment. The scallops au gratin were three half-scallops, a bit of breadcrumbs on top, and no seasoning whatsoever. The ravioli, which were supposed to have shrimp sauce, were instead filled with cherry tomatoes and zucchini (if I order one thing, I don't see why something completely different should arrive). The desserts (obviously packaged) were dry. The service was questionable; four waitresses twiddling their thumbs, the dining room with only a few tables occupied, and they couldn't even bring the dishes more or less all at once. On top of that, you had to wait forever for everything, be it a piece of bread or a coffee. The bill... exorbitantly high. There were at least three people in the dining room, two brunettes and a pseudo-blonde, one of whom spoke rather broken Italian. If the desserts are homemade, I'm Santa Claus. Besides, those were the least of the problem, since they tasted good anyway. 🤣 Anyone who had a bad experience and had the courage to write about it was in the "wrong place." Luckily, you went bankrupt, or you would have had to find new answers for the reviews.

10/07/2025: Ordered at 9:20 PM on Deliveroo. At around 11 PM, I received a notification that the order had been cancelled. I called the restaurant to explain, but they didn't answer. Shame on me.

14/07/2026: Whilst I only popped by for a glass of wine, the friendly waiter went out of his way to get me some gluten free crisps to accompany the wine. Enjoyed the glass of whilst overlooking the piazza.

29/06/2026: Slow service, less than average food (wasabi sardines), nobody clearing dishes or looking after guests. Avoid.

07/04/2026: Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff. Terrible place, huge and with a cramped and unpleasant counter.

05/06/2026: Very good food, fresh, and friendly service – just right for a quick bite. Mostly locals were seen, who mostly ordered various dishes to take away.

27/03/2026: High prices at the stele... 48 euros, 6 meatballs, 3 mozzarella in carozza, 2 portions of baked potatoes.

15/07/2026: No waiting, we looked for a place to sit for a while but found one, there was a queue for the small toilets

14/07/2026: Fast service, but the cheddar sandwich wasn't melted and the bread was cold. The fries were dry and cold despite today's heat, as they were prepared ahead of time and left waiting for new orders. People were sprawled out on the tables sleeping. A terrible experience, and I won't be back!

27/08/2025: We ate at the restaurant today and the waiters were all very attentive and friendly! It was completely full, but everything was quick and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: Breakfast was poor. Being Italians, we prefer sweet foods, but at this hotel, breakfast was mostly savory. They had more cold cuts than sweet options. Only two types of croissants, and rarely any cakes. Service was almost nonexistent. We constantly had to alert the staff when water and cups were out.
