18/08/2025: The food is good, the portions are generous and the restaurant staff is polite and courteous, on the other hand the service is slow. Twenty minutes to order and another 30 before the dishes arrived. All in all, the restaurant does well.

17/08/2025: Fried tempura with five vegetables and fresh fish. So good!

09/08/2025: Mc Donald is still good place for kids and chcicken nugets with ketchup. Also clean toilet

09/08/2025: As always...moderate and crowded. So why do we go? The kids still enjoy it.

17/07/2025: Horror movie. Alberto covered in cobwebs everywhere. Harsh music in the common areas. Dirty room and miniature shower. Go somewhere else.

10/07/2025: The staff was often rude and likely unaccustomed to dealing with groups. Some very young guests in one room were told that a toilet leak couldn't be fixed, and were simply offered towels to plug it. Dinner was decent, but the portions were limited and served a bit late. The breakfast buffet was average.

08/08/2025: I entered, drawn by the elegance of the place, with its meticulous attention to detail, and after ordering a plate of basil gnocchi, I was delighted by the high quality of the food and the kindness of the attentive and meticulous staff. I then decided to indulge in a dessert, the "three-chocolate mousse," which was truly remarkable!!! I must say, it's an experience I highly recommend!

07/08/2025: Business dinner. Wonderful place!! The food was excellent, as was the service. Even if you're from Trieste, it's worth it! I'll be back.

15/05/2025: I went on Sunday 11/05/2025 asking for two packages of pastries to take to the hospital. After waiting quite a while, I got two packages whose packaging I'll leave you to judge from the photos I'm attaching. There was no cardboard divider... the largest one opened completely before being delivered, since it didn't take a stroke of genius to put scotch tape or a ribbon on the long side. I made a bad impression, spent a lot and the quality was very, very dubious.

13/08/2025: I ask for a beer, water and coke, two chips on the side and when I ask for more chips the answer is: this one is free, the next one you pay for....what kind of answer is that.... they should learn the ABC of hospitality

07/08/2025: The toast is paltry and expensive, and a 200ml bottle of Coke costs €3.80. It's a tourist trap, don't go. It's a shabby, noisy place.

27/07/2025: Service was below par. Cleanliness was even better: zero. A young and very casual waitress served us: we ordered two coffees. When she brought them, the table was still dirty and set by previous guests. I pointed this out, and after putting the coffees away, the waitress said, "I'll take care of it now." She took away two glasses without cleaning the table, and didn't even bring sugar.

10/07/2025: Clean atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming place. It's worth it for a summer or winter aperitif. It's located under the arches, opposite the statue of Julius Caesar.

26/07/2025: I have been to Giugovaz 4 times and on the fourth occasion I found the owner drunk, she almost didn't know what was going on, the order was wrong, mandatory slow and on top of that she was drunk

28/06/2025: This morning I went to the opening and I saw them taking the bread, that is, preparing the orders with their hands without a protective glove, my order was already ready!

25/06/2025: Good morning.so... You enter, (Baiamonti) and there are THREE barmaids at the counter, and THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE (they say hello when asked) and then they talk about their own business... zero service, in fact I'll call it ARROGANCE. but who do you think you are??

16/02/2025: Excellent venue! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Chosen for a post-graduation aperitif, we found everything to be of excellent quality: from the food to the drinks, as well as the presentation at the table. Also suitable for breakfasts and aperitifs, or even for a quick snack. Really recommended!

14/07/2025: Here I was able to taste the best Coca-Cola I've ever had. Doing a more detailed analysis as a Coca-Cola sommelier—the title I call myself—I analyzed several characteristics that particularly struck me: the flavor is a unique explosion of flavor that I've never found in any Coca-Cola on the market, just the right amount of fizzy, not flat, the ice made impeccably with simple cubes, probably bottled water and not tap water, as I didn't find a bitter, chalky aftertaste, but rather sweet and pleasant. The color was the right brown/purple, and not just light brown. This means that the can was properly positioned inside quality refrigeration units both during transport and in the storeroom, without heating it and altering the flavor. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

16/07/2025: The restaurant and beer garden are unfortunately permanently closed. It used to serve delicious food, from grilled fish and meat to pizza and burgers. They even had Paulaner beer on tap. Unfortunately, it's now closed.
