25/07/2024: Air-conditioned room. Normally the food maybe too many flies. But the ones from Trieste are nice.

11/07/2024: Efficient staff. I popped in for a quick coffee, I had a few minutes before my train left. Long queue at the checkout, but the lady behind the counter made it easier for people with her contribution. Clean place, with plenty of seating, choice of croissants and various appetizers. Comfortable environment even for those who have to stay longer Promoted 🙂

28/06/2024: Vorrei dire che sono stato appagato....però...Le materie prime sono sicuramente freschissime, i piatti ben cucinati e ben presentati, la cantina raccoglie etichette di pregio, il servizio è gentile ma per 110 euro a coperto per 2 portate + dolce ed una bottiglia di fascia media ci dovrebbe essere a mio avviso "qualcosa" in più. Cerco di spiegarmi : Il servizio è gentile ma acerbo e non esente da piccoli sbagli, le porzioni dei crudi di antipasto veramente lillipuziane, il tovagliato assolutamente anonimo, il tavolo ballerino e le sedie veramente scomodissime. Pertanto la sensazione di essere in un locale " spennaturisti " si fa strada spiacevolmente con il trascorrere della serata. Anche la presentazione del pre-conto non fiscale ( a cui ha fatto seguito regolare scontrino ) e la richiesta se si paga in contanti o con carta incoraggia pensieri maliziosi. Tutto questo naturalmente è la mia impressione personale. Si mangia bene a caro prezzo ma il tornarci...Sempre con il massimo rispetto per il lavoro dello Staff.

12/06/2024: Leider viel zu überbewertet. Als alleinreisende Frau wird man da nicht wirklich ernst genommen und bekommt das Gefühl von Abfertigung. Die Crudi teilweise zu wenig aufgetaut und eiskalt. Beim Hauptgang Gemüse ( eine lächerliche Auswahl für ein Restaurant in diesem preissegment) und Fisch ohne Ambitionen aus dem Dampfgarer gezogen. Dazu ein Riesen Klecks Mayo. Leider war der Fisch auch zu lange gegart. Kritik wird nicht angenommen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Coperto kann von mir aus 6 Euro sein, aber dann erwarte ich auch mehr, als trockenes Weissbrot. Olivenöl etc wurde auf den Tisch gestellt, aber keine Möglichkeit ( kleiner Teller oder so) um dies mit dem Brot und Salz zu essen. Die Preise anheben, ohne mit der Leistung und Qualität mitzugehen, geht gar nicht. Ich kann das Restaurant leider gar nicht empfehlen.

11/07/2024: The location has enormous potential, but for the umpteenth time and with the umpteenth management, a few steps forward were made at the beginning, but reverse gear was again introduced in the summer period! Disorganization, non-existent service, non-existent customer care, good food, but devastating waits and uncommentable service certainly make my choices fall on other places! Too bad, it wouldn't take much to keep the GOOD and CLOSE customers close!

18/07/2024: Air conditioning which is a panacea in the summer, I tried to order 2 coffees directly at the counter but they were too busy talking to each other about the things they do in their private lives... I had a banana milkshake that tasted like melted ice cream, a coffee with poor gelatine in the barrel since they give you a piece of favor (ice cream)

17/08/2024: Let me start by saying that if you just consider the food it is really excellent. In a place like this, however, it's really not enough to just have good food, you need to have service that's up to par. Unfortunately during our dinner some really gross mistakes were made, to say the least. Not even in a restaurant do you wait half an hour without anyone bringing the menu, which I had to request in the end despite the staff going around the tables and seeing the mix-up. This is just one of the many errors that should not exist in a restaurant of this level. There is evidently a leadership problem among those who manage the staff and this is truly serious.

12/07/2024: Io: Buonasera, avreste un tavolo per due? Cameriera: avete prenotato? Io: no Cameriera: eh allora no, tutto pieno. Poi gira i tacchi e se ne va senza salutare. Comunque sembra che qui si mangi bene, peccato non aver avuto il piacere.

28/07/2024: We went to this place around midnight, after finishing our work shift as they are open until late in the evening (on Google it says open until 3) so we could spend an hour in company eating and drinking. We decide to sit inside, the waiter asks if we wanted to eat, we answer yes, convinced given the late opening hours that we can nibble on something like a sandwich. He tells us that the kitchen is closed and that they only have schnitzel sandwiches, toast, various fried foods and Lubianska available. We look at each other a little uncertain but okay we're satisfied. The waiter takes our order without bringing us a menu which we logically ask for to have a look at the fried foods to choose from. We took French fries which were boiled and practically raw, undercooked and two Lubianska which were not very good, but very stringy with very little cheese, almost non-existent. Not a very positive experience. At the time of payment, not even separate accounts because on the cash desk it says no separate accounts are made on weekends, by law you are obliged to give me a separate account, it's my right. But we didn't argue, we paid and we left very disappointed with this place. What bothered us the most was that we were hoping to be able to have dinner given that a time was indicated, but at midnight in a pub the kitchen is already closed.

08/08/2024: Extremely pleasant staff, smiling and welcoming. On the other hand, big disappointment!!!!! The room that we paid 148€ per night which I find to be extremely expensive, was in pitiful condition, cleaning leaves something to be desired (hairs in the shower, as well as in the rest of the bathroom, traces of toothpaste, canvas spider). In addition, the room remains in its original state, cracks in the walls have been masked by graffiti, the curtains and shutters are very old and noisy, poor soundproofing, a good refresh would be necessary! That's not all, we were charged a supplement for the dog which so far is normal, hold on, the supplement for 1 night cost us the modest sum of €30!!!! I find this scandalous, unfortunately given the problems encountered I can only advise against this extremely expensive hotel for mediocre services. Too bad because the team is raising the level well.

27/07/2024: Serenity. The La Caminatha hotel is a place where you perceive and reacquire serenity thanks to the attentive welcome of an entire family of hoteliers, the uncontaminated beauty of the landscape between Pelmo, Civetta and San Sebastiano, the inherent silence of the site, to the accurate, generous, varied, at times surprising cuisine of the passionate Mrs. Rosy. The rooms, although a little old, are always perfectly clean. From the hotel you can take beautiful nature walks and reach other famous Dolomite locations in a short time by car. Excellent quality-price.

09/06/2024: Got 4 coffees to go. cost 1.50, absurd, to have three drops of coffee counted. For next time, put the coffees in a single glass or bottle, so as to facilitate takeaway, it is impossible for a single person to carry 4 glasses of coffee. Pragmatic!

05/06/2024: In my opinion, this place, based on how I was received, deserves a good 5 stars, for the quality and availability of the staff. The cake was delicious, everyone loved it!
