09/01/2026: A nice little café with a cozy atmosphere. I had a coffee with mini croissants—the coffee was really good, though the chocolate croissant was just average. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for grabbing a coffee and taking a short break.

10/02/2026: The prices were a bit high, the hot chocolate cost 5 euros and it arrived cold. The place had an unpleasant smell. The staff was friendly.

08/01/2026: A historic, elegant bar in the city center. The staff is friendly, but sometimes a bit distracted. The first time we had two hot chocolates, one with mint and one regular. They were good but rather lukewarm, and the service was quick. The second time, even though the bar was almost empty, the waitress sat us down and completely forgot about us. We had to call her. The hot chocolates were always good, but always lukewarm. We'll try again.

02/02/2026: Unfortunately, a big disappointment. I ordered a chocolate cake, and it arrived topped with mint - even though I'm allergic to mint. Completely irresponsible and dangerous. The panna cotta was served with peanut butter, which makes absolutely no sense and ruined the dessert. The flavor combinations are random and thoughtless. 4 such cakes and two espressos, €56

26/01/2026: Decided to drop in for a Cappuccino and a treat. The reason is this place is named after my father Harry. Anyway, service was excellent, treat delicious, Cappuccino was wonderful. But of course we can't make a habit of it as it's a bit above our price range which we expected. Great relaxing experience.

30/09/2025: During the renovation we were given rooms on the top floor without a lift and still to be renovated under the roof not exactly a nice value to see living and above all paying other people on the lower floors everything was ok maybe we were the unlucky ones and in any case we were not warned of the differences in quality of the rooms by the manager

25/01/2026: Nice place, very good pastries for me, service could use some work, lots of people who obviously don't communicate well, no one is permanently at the cash register, etc. My cappuccino was scalding hot with very little foam, but I think that was more a matter of rushing and disorganized service than anything else. I'll be back and I wish them all the best and encourage them to reorganize a bit.

02/01/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The service was very disappointing and the staff was rude, especially one blonde woman with short bob hair, who behaved unprofessionally.

30/08/2025: Nice place, terrible staff, and the girl behind the counter who minds her own business. When we asked to be served, a South American guy who was there with her started insulting us and told us to go somewhere else. My wife replied that we were free to go wherever we wanted. The guy started making serious threats, while the girl behind the counter laughed. I advise everyone not to go to this place.

I go there every morning even if I'm not on the road because, I assure you, they have the best croissants in the area, I recommend you go and try them... I also tried the large and well-stuffed toasts with sauces and a properly made Aperol spritz at lunchtime... recommended place...

20/02/2026: Terrible experience. When I asked for an invoice, the owner refused. I even offered to pay more to cover the accountant's fees, but he also refused, responding in a very rude and ignorant manner, claiming that he wasn't legally required to issue an invoice and that he didn't care. As for the place, I didn't dislike it; the waitress was very kind. The pasta I ordered was good, and the coffee was very good. But for someone like me who travels for work and needs to submit invoices, I strongly advise against this bar. Reading other reviews, you can deduce the same opinion about the owner: ignorant and overbearing behavior. (If you read this comment, I recommend you read Article 21 of Presidential Decree 633/1972; perhaps that way you'll learn something more.)

20/09/2025: I stopped by this morning, September 19th. It was around 11:30 a.m. I wanted to get a dessert. Inside, there was only one customer who was chatting amicably with the girl handing out the bread. I approached the counter and walked past him, hoping someone would notice me, but nothing... Since I was the only customer inside, I didn't get a queue ticket. Meanwhile, I realized that the guy before me was friends with the girl serving the bread, who even wanted to give him the bread in different bags depending on the type he requested. He told her he didn't need it and that they were all for him anyway. Meanwhile, given the gratuitous chatter, the place began to fill up, and the people crowding in began taking queue numbers, sending them back to the entrance. After making every possible pleasantry to her friend, the girl serving the bread asked who was next to be served (even though I had been ahead of her for quite a while). A customer (who arrived well after me and stayed well away, near the entrance) slyly shouted, "I have the next number..." Since I was glued to the dessert display case, I calmly explained to the girl that I had been there long before and, since there was no one there, I didn't get a ticket. By now the place must have had another 5 or 6 new customers. The girl told me that in this case, she would serve those with a number first and then me... At this point, I said okay and left without buying anything. And with the certainty, moreover, of never returning to that place. I don't understand how they can let certain staff work with the public... Terrible experience, as I said, I will NEVER go back there AGAIN.

04/11/2025: OVERLY expensive. It might all be good, for God's sake, but the prices aren't high... they're exorbitant. We'll never go back. There's a limit to everything.

22/10/2025: I've always had a good experience at this pastry shop. I've been there several times and have always had excellent pastries. Today, however, I tried two of their brioches. I'm not one to complain to waiters because I know it's not their fault, but the brioches were either from the day before or had some kind of problem. They tasted like chewing gum in my mouth. Today, unfortunately, was a terrible experience.
