29/12/2024: È come essere a casa. L’ambiente è intimo, riservato, accogliente. Ma la qualità del cibo è sopraffina, una selezione di sapori a dir poco memorabile. Ulteriore nota di merito al personale: tutti cordiali, competenti e simpaticissimi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo migliore della zona. Noi abbiamo guidato mezz’ora per arrivarci e non vediamo l’ora di farlo di nuovo!

The idea of ​​it being a kind of omakase. Specializing in raw fish. It's shrimp and carpaccio with no fishy taste at all, but they also have aged sashimi, and they keep serving it until you call for appetizer stop (of course, they charge a price for each menu, but it's usually around 4-9 euros). Dried fish alpastar really... Is this why it’s Italian food? True al dente but not hard. Homemade drinks and soup (shrimp) before the meal. Is soup really a hangover? Everything was perfect, and excluding the wine, it cost about 125 euros for two. 10% VAT included. (so no tip) Michelin 3 stars in my heart. Would love to visit this area again just to stay here
