The quality of the products is very high, and the staff is helpful, except for the owner at the cash register. The problem is that if you sit down, you have to order from the only girl who takes orders, serves tables, and cleans them. So I wait in line to see the pastries, order at the counter, where the owner tells me that if I'm sitting at a table, I have to order from the girl. I go back to my seat, wait patiently for the girl, and we order. After the excellent breakfast, there's a 15-minute line to pay (when I could have already done so). So, you have the girl pay directly, right?
Anyway, I saw several people who, satisfied with the excellent breakfast, didn't want to endure yet another line just to pay, and so they just walked away. Service management needs to be reassessed.

19/07/2025: Perhaps the best oriental takeout in Ferrara. The grilled ravioli are delicious, and the atmosphere is stylish! The service is excellent, fast, and friendly. Unbeatable prices.

22/07/2025: Non posso che complimentarmi con la cordialità e la professionalità di tutto lo staff, per non parlare dell'ottimo cibo senza glutine e varietà di esso. Complimenti davvero, da un ragazzo che ha sempre difficoltà a trovare del cibo glutine free 👍

03/06/2025: Locale centralissimo, che dispone di una gradevole area giardino. Cappellacci di zucca squisiti e hamburger prelibato! Servizio puntuale e preciso, arricchito dalla cordialità della ragazza di sala! Consigliatissimo!
17/05/2025: We stopped at this bar after nine 🕘 in the evening ✨ on our way back from Bologna. We sat outside at one of the many outdoor tables, taking a look 👁 at the menu 📋; we then ordered two aperitifs 🍸 in addition to a toast 🥪 and a potato cake 🥔 with spinach and parmesan fondue (really good 😋). Prices were all in all average, as was the service. I suggest trying the cake because I really liked it 👍.

20/08/2025: Usually this chain makes very good piadinas and this time too the dough and ham were very good but the mozzarella was not melted and cold because it was added too late or heated too quickly given the many customers.
20/08/2025: Good piadina, but now very commercial. During busy periods/hours, I think the quality is lacking. Perhaps a little care should be taken with the piada filling, and it's not very hot.

19/04/2025: Give this place a medal. Since I ate here for the first time I have had this pizza as a comparison for all the others. Very good.
PRECISE. normal pizzas are not "small" they are the same amount of rolled dough less. If you want it to cover the entire pizza box, ask for it stretched.

04/07/2025: The place is clean, well organized and very well stocked. The baked goods and pizza are really to be appreciated, with an attention to the Ferrarese tradition that is increasingly rare nowadays. The only shame is the prices, a little above average.
As for the coffee shop, there is room for improvement: the coffee is not convincing and the pastries are not particularly good.
The staff, perhaps also due to their age, sometimes appears tired and not very inclined to dialogue with the customer, arriving in certain situations to be not very friendly.
Despite this, it is a place to recommend. In fact, it remains one of the few places in Ferrara that consistently carries on the tradition of local bread making.
14/06/2025: One of the best bakeries in Ferrara. Wide variety of bread, various types of coppia ferrarese, Grissini pizzas, pizzette, pinzoni. Worth the stop

27/07/2025: The place was also nice, but the service was truly awful and rude! We had endless waits for dinner. One of the waiters never came to take our order, always trying to stall. They even forgot about some pizzas. They brought the wrong ingredients and often replied, "Yes, yes, I'm coming."
It's a shame, because the waiters' inexperience, combined with their lack of enthusiasm, really shows. I hope to return and change my mind, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for now.

Prenotato per pranzo ore 12 primo turno pensando fosse pieno ,invece vuoto ..
Attesa per ordini e acqua
Vino servirto senza cestello e attesa lunga
Tra primi e antipasti assieme serviti non assieme e qualità 3 senza contare spaghetti alle vongole che in realtà servivano lupini ..
Passando al secondo da denuncia grigliata di pesce avariata e chiesto chi cambiarla e mai riportata ..
Fritto misto decente ma fritto in olio vecchio..
Visto i tempi lunghi 12/15 rinunciato al dolce e caffè amaro
Parte forte il conto con sconto 20 euro totali per la proprietaria per il pesce avariato da chiamare la USL e NAS .
Alla fine c’è la siamo cavata con 45 euro a testa senza molte scuse

02/05/2025: Really unpleasant experience. I entered this bar in Ferrara and, not being a local (I come from Milan), I asked for clarification on what they meant by "pastries". One employee — a curly woman with a ponytail — thought it best to laugh at me and embarrass me in front of the other customers, as if my question were ridiculous.
I expected availability and kindness, certainly not to be laughed at just because I didn't know a regional term. Respect for customers should come first, regardless of where they come from.
It's not normal and it's not acceptable.

11/05/2025: Excellent ice cream but for a 4 euro cone definitely very poor! Right in the attitude of putting the flavors on the cone there was stinginess. If there was too much ice cream on the scoop it was narrowed several times... not to mention the cups were scientifically left with the bottom empty.
But I admit that the ice cream was excellent....
11/05/2025: We stopped for a bowl of ice cream which was left empty at the bottom. Basically 4 measly teaspoons of ice cream. The trick of leaving a void underneath is really stingy. It's a shame given the good quality of the product.
