20/02/2025: I wanted to briefly illustrate my experience with this company, I placed an order a year ago with shipping to the UK, (naturally before processing everything we asked for timing and if they were in order for post-Brexit, and the answer was naturally "Yes of course") everything was needed for the surprise birthday of my owner who is a customer of the bakery, but everything was stuck in customs for a week and you understand well that the state of conservation of the cured meats was already altered by the fact that they had been stored at room temperature of 25 degrees, but the best is yet to come, the goods arrive two weeks late in disastrous conditions, I contact the company for a reimbursement of expenses and today we are still waiting for the reimbursement, they made me fill out forms, send emails, a lot of time wasted for nothing, and I can guarantee you that on a weekly basis we import products from all over Italy and if problems of this type occur, serious companies refund immediately

18/02/2025: Fabulous!!! Every time I come to Ferrara it's my favorite stop for breakfast! The variety of pastas, pastries and savory dishes can put even the most determined person in difficulty, the staff is very friendly, the cappuccino is delicious and made as it should be. After having breakfast, I move to the bread and deli counter to stock up to take home. Sure, there isn't much space and parking is limited, but it makes up for it with the service and the excellent quality of the products. 👍
