19/08/2025: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurant-pubs in the area. Delicious pizza, fantastic sandwiches, excellent value, well-maintained interior and exterior, and a great location. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: Two Cappuccino 8€. Invoice did not contain any items. Tourist trap. And the cappuccino tasted pretty bad.

20/07/2025: Located in a historic square with swings and tables. In summer, it's cool in the evenings. Affordable bar for that area with fast and friendly waiters.

15/12/2025: I have to say that the food was good and the waiters were all very kind, but there was karaoke in the dining room, and perhaps it would have been better to have some background music instead of having so many people singing in tune. I'd go back for the food, but certainly not for the atmosphere.

11/12/2025: Very high prices, not justified by the quality. When my order arrived, the cup was dirty; I asked for a change and was given an even dirtier one. As if that weren't enough, the waiter used a rag to wipe his shoes, which he then happily used to wipe the tables. Absolutely not recommended.

30/11/2025: This cappuccino doesn't cost three euros. I'm ready to pay that amount for perfectly frothed milk, not this ****.

27/11/2025: Terrible experience. I'd never been treated like this in a bar. I'd asked for three coffees at the counter and two to go in a small glass bottle, which was intended for the hospital nearby. The owner replied that it wasn't possible to "waste" the bottle (which was empty, too, from a fruit juice) on just two coffees, adding that those were reserved for bricklayers who take at least four or five. I explained that we'd pay five anyway, and even offered to pay for the bottle, but he continued to refuse. At that point, my boyfriend said he didn't want any more coffee, and the owner (faking politeness and, honestly, unsuitable for the role of salesman) continued to argue, almost insinuating that we were the ones who were rude. Despite everything, my father and I had coffee anyway. Moral of the story: a little further on, we found another café, where they kindly prepared two coffees for us in small bottles, and where my boyfriend enjoyed his coffee without any problems. We also noticed that all the construction workers were at that second café, while the "Caffetteria Ruggiero" was completely empty. Who knows why.

17/07/2025: Good morning, we don't usually leave negative reviews. We were mistreated and kicked out for paying €2.70 for a coffee and a (industrial) croissant, and a €0.50 tip for the lack of service. Not knowing the basics of coffee is unacceptable. NAPLES is the most beautiful city in the world because it is represented by Napoletani Adhoc. This is the only negative experience to date. We are a company with experience in 5-star catering in Italy and abroad for over 50 years. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

24/10/2025: Lovely cafe, friendly staff, great snacks and drinks. We went here a few times as we were staying close by. Coffee and cakes are very good and the cocktails. I'd recommend the violet spritz. Staff were always fast and friendly even when busy. Totally recommend.

07/12/2025: For my girlfriend and I, it's become a must-try. The best value for money of any restaurant in Manfredonia. The staff is always friendly, and the pizza is fabulous. Highly recommended (10/10).

04/12/2025: I've been a customer of this pastry shop on numerous occasions, and yet I can't help but give it a low rating. The staff is often untrained and disinclined to be courteous—with rare exceptions—the prices are decidedly exorbitant for the location and quality offered, and the ambiance is unique and well-designed, granted, but the glass-fronted counter is enormous and decidedly disproportionate to the offerings on display, giving a sad sense of emptiness. The climax came this morning, when the cashier refused to accept copper coins for 10 cents. I asked why, and was told, "They don't accept them anymore, you have to go to the bank to change them..." To which I pointed out that they should go to the bank anyway—I hope—and that they are still accepted in all establishments because they are legally valid. I didn't want to blame the poor young and probably innocent cashier, but I informed management that Article 693 of the Italian Criminal Code imposes a penalty for refusing to accept small cents. For future reference.

23/11/2025: The place, staff, and pastry shop are remarkable. Prices are moderately high. The owner's wife is incredibly arrogant and condescending. Since my 13-month-old son knocked the sugar packets off the table onto the floor, she not only didn't ask me what I had consumed (as if I wasn't there to enrich her own pocket), but also charged me for 52 packets that aren't listed. Terrible. It's a shame because, being the owner, she ruins everything else, and I think it's very serious that she doesn't realize the damage she's doing herself.

28/08/2025: A wide selection of delicious pizzas. The atmosphere is very clean, and the staff is helpful and attentive.

05/11/2025: Two friends who live in Naples recommended we try the coffee here because they use local coffee, and I have to say, it's truly excellent! Friendly staff and clean place!

11/08/2025: Great ice cream, excellent even. Lots of unique flavors you won't easily find elsewhere. Mandarin and fig were delicious. The staff was also friendly. But the cones are made of edible cardboard. That's not what a good ice cream parlor should be.

17/08/2025: Frankly, as a Neapolitan, I'm ashamed of these tourist traps. I scan the menu, choose a beer for €4.50, and it's calculated at €6.00, justifying the fact that they served me a beer that's not on the menu. It's clever, artificial, and beer is served poorly. Anyway, €29 for nothing. Naples is a thousand and one frustrations. When the zizzinella leaves...

11/08/2025: Not the original place, seems the sell that place and everything is changed. Not worth of visiting

05/10/2025: We called today at 1:00 PM to watch the 6:00 PM game and booked dinner for five people. Upon arrival, they told us it was early. After calling the owner, they told us it wasn't possible to watch the game. We obviously changed our destination and canceled the dinner. I recommend better coordination with the information; it makes a terrible impression. We obviously won't be returning.

07/09/2025: Very nice with songs and karaoke. Very pleasant atmosphere.

24/11/2025: 2 "Peroni" beers for 10 euros. The "beer" tastes like water.

20/10/2025: I was in Naples for a vacation this summer, the workers were excellent, great service, great food, the view outside was AMAZING.
