19/04/2025: SAVE YOURSELF EVERYONE We entered because there were no other free restaurants in the area. The environment is a bit of a waste of time but I can skip over that. Small place settings, napkins were missing from all but one, one was missing a fork, and two were missing knives. Tomato bruschetta served with a half-cooked spaghetti in the middle. In the pasta with clams we found a piece of metal (probably a scouring pad). The mussel soup was completely tasteless, not insipid but really tasteless, seasoned with basically water and oil... but wasn't it supposed to be a soup?! The limp fried fish. The beer, yes, the bottled beer was fine! I'm not used to writing negative reviews, on the contrary... but in this case, I couldn't help but do it for your own good!

10/04/2025: Every time I went to Naples with friends and mother, this famous and characteristic restaurant was an essential stop. Everything good, quality, courtesy and professionalism. Must try.👍

12/10/2024: It was the third time I went to eat at this place; inside it is quite well looked after, the garden however needs more care. The food is good, even if the portions are not large. Too bad about the service; there is a need for more staff! a table of 25 cannot be served by just two waiters. We eat in installments! To conclude, great potential, but still to be exploited! Ps. The place is completely isolated from the internet; in 2024 you can't not have a wifi network, but this is a purely personal opinion, of course.

29/09/2024: Non porte i menù e non si conoscono le pietanze... Il tutto si basa su una chiacchierata. Però il conto non è fatto di chiacchiere, ma di numeri che non sono né scritti né spiegati. Non si capisce se le pietanze sono calcolate sulla base delle persone (e così neanche va bene perché poi la quantità non corrisponde se non di porta a tavola il piatto per ogni singolo commensale, ma a "centrotavola") o come, bohhh...? Onestamente penso che, seppur abbiamo mangiato bene, uscire con la sensazione di essere stata presa in giro non è affatto piacevole, quindi non ci ritornerò. Per chi vuole provare, siete avvisati...

16/04/2025: The underground parking is unusable, only for a fee in the surrounding area, the bathroom has automatic ignition with sensors and if you relax in the tub with a nice bath you'll be left in the dark after a few minutes. The food at the restaurant, the location on the seafront and the proximity to the train station were excellent

10/04/2025: A very great hotel! Well, that’s at least what we imagined with this “4-star grand hotel”. A price of just under €160 a night (even with the “Special Price from the hotel”) far too expensive for this service. Pathetic! There is mold everywhere, the plaster is crumbling, the doors are swollen from the bottom with water (probably due to severe water damage problems) and there are huge cracks in the walls. Broken tiles and low water pressure, which makes washing long hair difficult. The soap dispensers are definitely worthy of a public toilet, but not for a hotel We didn't receive toiletries for this price, although they were available in the staff's care carts for distribution in the rooms. The stained bed sheet was changed within 5 minutes. The only good thing was the sea view from the breakfast room.

14/11/2024: Decent coffee, unfortunately my experience at this cafe was disappointing. I ordered a slice of cake which, upon first bite, turned out to be raw inside. A real shame, considering that the price was far from cheap. I thought I was enjoying a carefully made dessert, but the quality was decidedly poor. Not recommended place.

09/04/2025: Disarmingly rude! I called this morning to arrange a lunch for two in view of my parents' anniversary, asking for various information since it was supposed to be a gift, a surprise... the lady at the restaurant very rudely invited me to think about it and then possibly call her back to book... but I didn't need to think about it at all, I wanted to proceed with the reservation because I was well convinced, but she refused, forcing me to think about it. Without words honestly. It's a shame because it's a beautiful location but if you hire this staff I think you won't do well!

09/04/2025: If I could give zero stars I would!!! Reservation service managed by incompetent people!!!, I sent a booking email 10 days ago for a stay, I called back the next day but the reception colleague tells me to wait for the confirmation response. I wait a couple of days but nothing! Contact me again and tells me to send the email again, confirms that the stay is available and that they will reply the same day, but nothing!!! No information, this morning I called back to explain the problem but finally the girl at reception told me that there was no more room! Absurd for a hotel that prides itself on being so prestigious. Ultimately I will not recommend anyone to stay and I will not even think about staying with them in the future!!!! Terrible service, terrible attention to the customer who wants to book and collaborators not up to their job!!!

18/03/2025: The most strategic point for a stop! ..for a stop or simply for a meeting. Comfortable, spacious, equipped. the buses of major national and international lines access and depart from this Esso. Very convenient.

08/03/2025: A beautiful bar at the highway exit. Clean welcoming and great coffee

11/04/2025: Great food, got the ravioli, pasta with clams, and a marinara pizza that were all very good. Service was great and they were so friendly. Affordable as well !
