16/06/2026: I ate the other night, ordering and reserving it the day before for 8:30, and they said yes. Around 9 (a little earlier), nothing had arrived, and the guy on the phone told me he had just left and they'd had some problems with other deliveries, and the guy had left at that moment. We called back 10 minutes later and were told the guy had just left, so it was obvious he was lying that he'd left 10 minutes earlier, but he told us the food was already ready. They were just waiting for the guy to come back, and it took 12 minutes from the second call (it takes 3 minutes with the scooter from the restaurant to the house). The order arrived a full 52 minutes later, and I can understand the chicken staying piping hot thanks to the insulated box, but the fried foods were piping hot and were kept in the cardboard box, so the food had clearly been made on the spot and not pre-prepared, so a double lie. The food is very good, but it doesn't justify the entire delay. We still left a tip for the guy despite the almost hour delay. If I had to reorder it, I'd go get it myself to see if it's ready next time. Unfortunately, having worked in this restaurant industry, I know full well that this kind of service is intolerable.

03/04/2026: I've been wanting to try this sandwich shop for months... Today I was passing through Acerra, lunchtime, I called and they were open, 20 minutes and I was seated at a table (the place is small but very cute), the staff was very kind. Let's get to the nitty-gritty: the sandwich was too tasty, the burger perfectly cooked to medium, the meat flavorful, too good, that's it... The hot sandwich barely fit the burger, provolone, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and fries... Price for the sandwich + Coke + cover charge = 10 euros. Next time I'll come with friends. Top... Highly recommended.

28/03/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I ordered two specific sandwiches, but they arrived with different potatoes than expected. When I reported the error to the staff, they trivialized the issue and refused to correct it, claiming they had run out of the correct potatoes. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant shows no willingness to correct an obvious mistake, completely ignoring customer satisfaction. Highly discouraged. "Humility comes first."

14/06/2026: Really nice resturant. It is designed around American cuisine. But they also have some Italian dishes as well. Single patty Hamburgers are Huge. I will say the burger was a little greasy but Very delicious! You can tell they made everything fresh just for us. The fried potatoes were perfect. There is street parking nothing else.

10/05/2026: Make sure you eat before you come. +10 minutes before you get the menu +10 minutes before you order +20 minutes before you get drinks +60 minutes before you get food (3 tables were occupied, so they weren't busy) Food is okay but not worth the wait. Total time wasted on breakfast 1 hour 30 minutes. Lived in Italy 7 years travelled all throughout Italy, worst service in Italy guaranteed.

03/05/2026: Fantastic experience! We celebrated our son's wedding in this intimate and welcoming location surrounded by the greenery of the Telesina Valley. We were blown away by everything. The quality of the dishes, with attention to every detail, the kind and professional staff, and the family-run management are evident in the attention to detail. There were nine of us, and right from the appetizers, we sensed something wasn't right. The real sadness is that the waiter, who had taken our order with a wink, then disappeared for the rest of the evening, offering no explanation for the service, why it was so slow, and especially why two of the nine appetizers arrived almost half an hour early. No complaints about the food, which was delicious, and the bill was reasonable. They gave us a small discount as an apology. But I wouldn't recommend them.

14/03/2026: We arrived and there was a sign at the cash register that felt like entering a cemetery, we didn't see a smile... the place and bathrooms were well sanitized, excellent cleanliness... the staff was kind, attentive and trained, with the exception of one waitress who didn't seem Italian and every time we saw her walking around she seemed tired and not very happy that there were kids there... excellent and quality food... my son was amazed by the service of a waiter who served us all the dishes at once... we will return but always with the kids...

14/06/2026: Family-run restaurant. Excellent service. In addition to the accommodation, Casa Nori, run by Filomena, is very good. Comfortable, practical, and everything is new. Filomena recommended this restaurant to us. We had a wonderful dinner by the sea. The food was excellent, from the pasta and appetizers to the pizzas. We'll definitely be back before we leave. Good value for money. Filomena was always attentive.

The setting is simple but well-maintained, and the dining room, located just meters from the boats docked at the piers, exudes an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel truly part of port life and the journey. We finally found portions worthy of the name, generous and satisfying. The menu offers seafood cuisine with typically Mediterranean flavors, with well-prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Special praise goes to the first courses, tasty and generous in portions: the seafood spaghetti certainly deserves a special mention and is a must-try. The fried shrimp, pre-peeled and cooked to perfection, were also excellent. The fish is fresh, the quality of the dishes is good, and the preparation enhances the flavors without being overbearing. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area and represent good value. We also appreciate the convenient elevator, which makes reaching the restaurant effortless. Last month, I bought San Giuseppe zeppole for €5.00 each...not very fresh...definitely from the day before...this morning, I bought them again for €4.50...the price difference makes it clear they decide on the spot how much the customer has to pay...synonymous with a lack of seriousness...
