I think the rise in tourist customers due to its location takes the charm off it - that said it’s a top choice for good food that won’t let you down. Give it a try for sure.

26/07/2025: Very disappointing! I ordered this cake for my birthday because I wanted something special. Given that it wasn't aesthetically pleasing, I found the workmanship to be very sloppy. I also asked for a dark chocolate filling so it wouldn't be too sweet, but it was cloying. I was truly disappointed and not at all satisfied.

07/08/2025: An experience to forget!! It's nothing short of a three-star hotel! I truly can't understand how the Hotel Giorgetti can be classified as a three-star hotel. Hygiene is appalling, to say the least: the bathroom was in appalling condition, with the toilet covered in feces, including the brush, and a completely rusty shower. It's unacceptable that in Italy, in a three-star hotel, there's not even a bidet. The sheets were stained and visibly dirty, the bedside tables and lamps covered in dust, and the electrical outlets were uncovered, creating a situation that was not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous. The "sea-side terrace" is a trap: it directly overlooks the building next door, from which a nauseating food smell wafts from early in the morning, making it impossible to keep the windows open. And without the air conditioning—also rusty and, what's more, you have to pay for it—staying in the room was unbearable. On the balcony, there was a small table and two rusty chairs, positioned on a slope, so much so that I fell while sitting on them, with the real risk of hurting myself. As if that weren't enough, parking and air conditioning are extra charges: in the height of summer, having to pay extra for air conditioning is simply shameful, as is charging for parking that should be included in the stay. It was without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever set foot in. The price is completely disproportionate to the quality offered. It's all about appearances: the exterior seems well-kept and attractive, but the rooms are a nightmare. It's not a three-star hotel, and maybe not even a one-star. Highly not recommended.

06/08/2025: Terrible! If you want to ruin your vacation, come here. The only thing that's three-star-level is the prices. They cut corners on everything, ruthlessly, without the slightest qualm! You'll have to fight and get angry to get what you thought was normally included in a three-star hotel. Starting with the air conditioning (for a fee if you want it), followed by toilet paper and towels: the maids often "forget" them, and you'll have to ask for them! The electrical and plumbing systems are old and dilapidated: bathrooms are like a train station. Hot water comes on and off, depending on luck. In short, a disaster! The only positive note goes to some of the staff, especially the chef and his assistants, who do their utmost, but obviously they can't work miracles to save a compromised situation because wild groups of 60-70 people arrive unexpectedly, unloaded from "low-cost" buses, and to have breakfast or lunch/dinner you have to elbow and beg. The icing on the cake: they demand payment for the entire stay at once, right off the bat. They're obviously afraid that people will run away as soon as they realize their mistake! IMPORTANT: The positive reviews are driven by the staff and the owners! And despite all this, they have a score of 3.8, which is VERY BAD. Without this low-quality gimmick (which, however, gives you an idea of the level of the place), they would probably be around 2.5-2.8: practically a horror movie! 😱

04/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining with friends at the Statale 78 restaurant in Urbisaglia, located above the Il Mastio brewery. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. The menu, although not featuring traditional first courses, offers a selection of typical pub fare, including delicious gourmet burgers, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The cuisine is simple but excellent, ideal for those who want to enjoy authentic and flavorful dishes. I particularly appreciated the restaurant's selection of beers, especially the Il Mastio craft beers. The one I chose was pleasant and low-carbonated, perfect for pairing with the hearty dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant evening with friends, enjoying good food in a relaxed atmosphere and savoring excellent craft beers.

27/07/2025: Two other friends and I stopped by and ordered some Ice Caffès. They were practically watered down. The waitress came to clear the table and asked if everything was okay. My friend then pointed out that the Ice Caffès were very watered down. She apologized, and that seemed to be the end of the matter. After about ten minutes, a woman came by, visibly annoyed, and asked who had complained about the Ice Caffès. My friend explained that they tasted like water. She arrogantly replied that Ice Caffès are made with Americano coffee. My friend reiterated that it was really watered down anyway. She insisted, still in the same tone, that they make a lot of them every day and no one had ever complained. Then she walked away muttering something about my friend, but we didn't understand what. So, if you stop there, I strongly advise against the Ice Caffè: it tastes like dirty water!

24/07/2025: We went there before closed and took just few dishes with vegetables and fruits,and was pretty good! Fresh salad and juicy grilled vegetables ! And for fans of draft beer,there amazing German lager Engel!

19/07/2025: On a warm and pleasant July evening, we dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Otello, ideally located just steps from Assisi's town square. The atmosphere was simply enchanting: we ate outdoors, immersed in the beauty of the historic center, with the sweet, captivating sound of a street concert coming from the nearby square adding a magical touch to the entire experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start, welcoming us with a smile and guiding us through the menu. We opted for pizza—fragrant, well-seasoned, with fresh, quality ingredients—but the traditional Umbrian dishes served at nearby tables also looked very inviting. The relaxed and authentic atmosphere, combined with the delicious food and live music in the background, made our evening special. 15/04/2025: I don't understand how it can have positive reviews, it was enough for me to go in twice and never again (I always give it another chance), even though there were few people, if you stand there in front of the corner of the Campa Cavallo café someone will give you a look, the croissants are often finished. Same thing for the aperitif, I don't understand these photos of huge cutting boards as after 3 hours sitting outside they brought us two spritzes and that's it 😅 Either you only sell bread and focaccia or you can't just have one girl at the coffee corner to do everything, including clearing the table outside.
