06/04/2025: The first compliment goes to the girls who have been working here for years, professional and attentive to all their customers' needs. They always have a smile for everyone. I often go for their fantastic business lunch. They always have different seafood and meat options, consisting of a first course, second course, and side dish at very reasonable prices. But beyond the reasonable prices, the spectacular thing is that everything is cooked and prepared in-house with genuine, fresh products. The portions are generous, among other things.

01/08/2025: Ogni tanto mi capita di venire in questo bar. Il locale è molto bello e accogliente, ma il vero punto di forza è la qualità del servizio offerto. Qui infatti si possono notare standard qualitativi sopra la media già bevendo un caffè, uno dei migliori che si possono trovare. Lo stesso vale anche per tutti gli altri prodotti offerti(pasticciotti, cornetti ecc...). Ottimo anche il personale, simpatico e professionale allo stesso tempo. Consiglio assolutamente.

31/10/2025: A traditional, family-run restaurant located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the castle. Excellent food, friendly, efficient service. Perhaps a little pricey, but definitely worth trying at least once.

22/09/2025: Biblical and unjustified waits We arrived at 9:00 PM and immediately ordered two appetizers and two main courses. A seafood salad and fried calamari, and for the main course, two sole meunières. After an hour, the salad arrived (calmari and a single shrimp), and we were told the fried food would take a while longer. After 15 minutes, a greasy, semi-cold, and not very crispy fried dish arrived. Another delay of an hour or more and the two courses of sole meunières arrived. Meanwhile, it was 11:40 PM. Decent food, lacking in flavor. Water and a glass of white wine. Price 110 total. Never again will sin.

24/08/2025: One star, not for the pastry, but because they don't wash the coffee machine between each coffee; in 2025, it should be given a negative rating. It costs little and makes a lot of money on the taste of the coffee.

27/08/2025: Cafè Le Trou is a café located in the heart of Benevento, on the main street. Their specialty is hazelnut coffee, made with their own artisanal hazelnut cream. I recommend trying this "sweet coffee," available both hot and cold (for the first time, I recommend the hot version).
