23/06/2025: When we are on holiday in Abruzzo, returning to Umberto the owner is always a pleasure. Small environment, so book, pleasant very clean and above all quality food I tasted for the first time recommended the albacore tuna cutlets, excellent! Experience to recommend not the usual endless menus but everything is worth it, always very fresh fish!!! Thanks to Giulia who in the dining room

05/05/2025: This place was recommended to us, we trusted it, not at all crowded for an Easter Monday and without infamy or praise, there were two of us, with my partner we sat outside, slow service from the kitchen, unstable table outside in the alley, we ordered a tasting of raw meat for two (little selection) of which the sea urchins served without a teaspoon to help with the tasting and two first courses with octopus sauce and the other with stuffed cuttlefish sauce, ate it all because we are of the opinion that food should not be thrown away as long as it is edible, but really tasteless sauce, the fish only the presence but really tasteless and sauce among other things also undercooked. He gave the idea that it was a simple base of freshly made tomato sauce sautéed at the end of cooking with octopus frogs on one side and cuttlefish scraps on the other. The place is characteristic, the environment is quiet and the waitress at the tables is professional, good looking and attentive, but that's not enough, the cuisine needs to be improved a lot. Adequate price if we had eaten with taste and not out of appetite.

26/04/2025: I highly recommend not only the B&B, which is clean and welcoming, but also the restaurant where you can eat very well! For wine enthusiasts it is the ideal place to taste excellent wines paired with dishes! Trust Maurizio who will be able to advise you on everything! 21/06/2025: Wow this is a real find, tucked in the shadow of the church of San Michele in Foro. Lots of locals there I would say. Staff very helpful. Got Aperol Spritz for €5 and they brought out a plate of snacks as well. Sat in this lovely square drinking aperitifs while watching some kids playing football with a beachball, like heaven on earth.

24/06/2025: Unfortunately, the chef who cooked before the covid situation is no longer there. I'm really sorry because it was one of my favorite restaurants. Food seasoned with too many spices that don't really go together, raw baked potatoes, fillings of dubious consistency and flavor and a crumble that was something really unusual: it was like eating an old candy melted in the sun and then suddenly cooled, raw dough. Really unpleasant.

21/06/2025: Shameful, I went in because my 4 year old daughter had to go to the bathroom, then eat something, she refused me because we were not customers, in 2025 it is ridiculous to still hear something like that, I will never spend a cent.

16/07/2025: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, an authentic Sardinian trattoria atmosphere, excellent traditional dishes, and a good selection of fresh fish. The fregola with clams is highly recommended! Excellent value.

14/07/2025: A paltry plate of fregola with clams cost €15. Not even in the worst restaurants. I strongly advise against it. Not to mention the octopus salad, which begged for mercy. Stay away.

03/07/2025: Sulla strada del ritorno verso il porto di Palermo, ci siamo fermati a Cefalù e ci siamo casualmente imbattuti con questo ottimo locale. Curiosa sistemazione un pochino in pendenza, un pochino in discesa, il calice di vino poneva il dilemma "Sarè mezzo pieno" o "Sarà mezzo vuoto"? Antipasto, poltette di melanzane, Buonissime ho fatto la scrpetta con il sugo, Busiata mediterranea, molto buona e Arrosticini di totano, super buoni, diversi. Servizio veloce, attento e sopratutto simpatico e cordiale. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

09/07/2025: We had an amazing meal here—absolutely recommend trying the catch of the day. Ours was razor clams and the soft shell crab lightly fried to perfection, was a total standout. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Go Fish Seafood risotto is a must-try. Their restaurant is 1 of 3 where you can order this traditional dish. The hospitality was just as good as the food. The staff spoke great English, were warm and welcoming, and made the experience feel relaxed and family-friendly. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to—and we definitely will.

09/07/2025: We had the fish of the day, which was very fresh and delicious. They prepared it at our table. The tiramisu for dessert was good. The staff was extremely friendly and child-friendly.
