23/01/2026: The place definitely needs updating and more attention. There's no light in the bathroom. You have to ring the bell to get in. The owner welcomes you warmly and gives you a good introduction to the restaurant's cuisine. Service is quick, food is decent. I enjoyed some dishes more than others (obviously, it's a matter of taste). The tea at the end was good. Overall, it was good...but you have to adapt to the environment and not have too many expectations. Prices, in my opinion, are a bit steep considering what's actually on offer. Average spend is around 30 euros per person. As an alternative evening, it's fine...but it requires a spirit of adaptation.

19/01/2026: First and last experience at this place. Let's start with the atmosphere: the floor is dirty in some spots, and it smells almost like stale food as soon as you enter. The owner comes to explain the dishes and also advises you on how many "bowls" to order. We ordered five (there were four of us). What we received was surprising, as the bowls were truly meager and cost a whopping €14 for three pieces of meat or eggplant. The number of injera (their typical flatbread) was obviously excessive compared to the amount of food, so some of it was returned because we didn't know what to eat with it. The worst thing was the rudeness of the waitress, who came by every 10 minutes to ask if we were finished. On the fourth visit, even though I told her to give us time to finish, I handed her the plate with the food still in my mouth. Personally, a completely negative experience.

01/06/2026: A small osteria in the old Jewish quarter, with a limited but extremely well-curated menu. It may seem overpriced, but you're paying (quite willingly) for attentive and friendly service, delicious plating, and authentic ingredients. The wine selection is particularly noteworthy, and the spaghetti cacio e pepe with red shrimp tartare is highly recommended. The bathrooms are clean and tidy, despite the exterior looking a bit dated. Reservations are recommended; it's not a huge place. Highly recommended!

08/06/2026: 90s-style place, a trip down memory lane. Very good beers. The only downside is the 90s-style air conditioning with a blast of cold air that will break your bones.

28/05/2026: I recently went for the first time with a friend. Excellent club sandwiches and fried food. They were also patient when I accidentally ordered the wrong number of club sandwiches, and the replacement arrived promptly with very little wait. The themed interior is truly beautiful. You can tell when people care about a project and what they do. I'll be back soon!
