08/08/2025: With few customers, very long waiting times, high prices and little courtesy

14/07/2025: We arrived at the pub searching for "local craft beer," but the taps were only stocked with commercial beers. So, we waited a bit, and sat down, since a concert had just finished. For a full 40 minutes, despite trying to get the staff's attention, no one came to take our order. They told us that "that was a job reserved for the lady at the register." But the lady was there, serving, clearing the table, and continued to ignore us. Finally, she approached us without a smile or apology, but... she left cursing for no apparent reason, or at least for no reason beyond our control. Shocked, we continued to attract attention, and after 15 minutes, a girl arrived, "intrigued" by the opportunity to take our order. Given her inexperience, she lost the order, which was remade after about 10 minutes. We finally managed to eat some average-to-low quality food, and immediately asked to pay separately. The aforementioned cashier, with a grumpy, bordering on rude, attitude, swipes the receipt and refuses to charge separately, despite our having previously informed her of our intentions. To our complaints, she replies, "One pays for everyone and then you sort it out among yourselves," without a hint of an apology, a smile, or even a "sorry." I pay for everyone and we run away from this place. End of experience. I forgive everything, but not the rudeness. The rating isn't zero because the kindness (and embarrassment) of the two girls in the dining room is averaged, as they understood the situation and tried their best despite the hostile environment. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

23/08/2025: A good restaurant 🍽 that allows you to enjoy the flavors of Eritrean cuisine 🇪🇷, located just outside the city center. The restaurant is located on Via Sorio and has virtually no parking 🅿️, which could make it a bit inconvenient for those who have to go there by car 🚘. The staff is extremely courteous (even over the phone 📞 when booking), with the owner 🧓🏾 proving very helpful in patiently explaining the characteristics of the dishes. We opted for the friendship plate 🤝, which seems to be the highlight of the menu 📋; it is a single dish composed of different types of stew (from buffalo to ostrich to antelope, to name a few), accompanied by a legume puree and typical Eritrean bread 🍞 🇪🇷. As for this bread, characterized by a certain sponginess (no offense to Eritrean cuisine enthusiasts), I must say it's certainly an unusual and very distinctive product, although I didn't particularly enjoy it, primarily because of its texture. In fact, once it soaks up the stew sauce (it's served as a base for the meat itself), the bread tends to fall apart excessively, becoming impractical to eat. Perhaps it would have been better served separately, so as to keep it drier and more whole (but I also realize that doing so would probably have lost one of the dish's distinctive features). The meat was very good 😋, well-cooked and spiced. Prices were perhaps slightly above average, but justified by the exclusivity of the dishes. Overall, the rating is certainly positive 👍. Reservations are highly recommended 📞. A different kind of culinary experience, one I highly recommend. 09/07/2025: It was our first time at an Eritrean restaurant and we chose this little place, which truly enchanted us. We were pleasantly surprised by the style of the place, which was consistent with the culture and tradition, and by the delicious dishes that, though limited, respected customs. So much so, that no desserts were served, as they are non-existent in Eritrean culture due to extreme poverty. The owner is a kind, generous, and calm person who amazes you with his warm welcome and never makes you feel uncomfortable; in fact, he even explains how to eat with your hands! We will be back and recommend it to everyone! P.S. The complimentary final tea was delicious and helped us digest. A memorable evening.

22/07/2025: Amazing! Such a beautiful area, surrounded by a garden, and a view of the lake. Excellent service and really fast delivery of the food! The pizzas were beautiful... even better then the restuarants in pescheira del garda! And the price is very good. Would visit again.

30/07/2025: We stood as a business group at Alla Corte for 2 nights. I felt very good overall in the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, nice design and the bathroom was top, with all functioning perfectly. Breakfast was on a scale from 0 to 10, at 7. Delicious and fresh, but the lack of a simple omlette was strange. Maybe the variety could have been also better. A special appreciation for the very nice waitress that was so quick and nice to refill the empty plates on the buffet. The hotel is located around 2km away from city center, but directly on the road to some extraordinary roadbike routes in the mountains (if you are in for bike rides). And they also have bike rentals and bike hotel right there. 👍 So all in all, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely spend few days again there with my family.

15/07/2025: The rooms are spacious but poorly soundproofed. Very friendly staff. The location isn't very close to the city center, but there's convenient parking.

22/08/2025: A quick lunch spot, offering original and delicious dishes. Pictured is panzanella with crispy curry bread cubes and vegetables, mozzarella, and pesto; a successful and delicious dish.

18/08/2025: We've been there several times, always for a quick lunch. They have a nice variety of original and well-prepared dishes, and the menu changes regularly, even seasonally. I've always found quality, fair prices, and great service. It's a popular lunch spot for those who work in the area.

03/08/2025: We felt at home! All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional! A special thanks to Alice, who was invaluable from the moment we booked! The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. It's hard to find a flaw. Breakfast was also excellent, with homemade cakes! This will become a regular destination for us.
