19/12/2025: I was alone for dinner and they were so welcoming. I had a delicious meal and the staff were exceptional. I really enjoyed the place and will go back.
14/12/2025: We have the best time coming here. Everyone is so inviting and the food is amazing. We always get the artichoke salad and the artichoke soufflé and then mix up the entrees. The atmosphere is very inviting and when we are in Florence it is all we want to eat! We go night after night after night! Can’t wait to come back next trip and the trip after that. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

22/12/2025: We stopped by this restaurant, which specializes in T-bone steaks, during a group tour.
The server couldn't even speak basic English and was extremely rude.
They couldn't understand draft beer, so they brought me a regular bottle. I asked for Dijon mustard to go with my steak, but they didn't understand and simply said they didn't have any.
A Michelin-starred steakhouse didn't have mustard... I just laughed.
The steak was medium, but it was tough and had a gamey smell.
I wonder... how much difference would the food make if I went in person? In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it!

09/11/2025: I had the opportunity to celebrate my daughter's birthday at this restaurant, where we were welcomed and looked after with courtesy and expertise, from the moment we made our reservation to today's coffee. I sincerely thank Mrs. Ludmilla, who helped me choose the menu, and all the staff who looked after us during lunch today, which received compliments from all my guests. Thank you so much. And let's not forget the view from this terrace, which is simply stunning.
09/11/2025: No reservations or waiting required. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great views from the rooftop. Delicious food and fast service. Very satisfied!!♡

23/11/2025: The place is small, dark, poorly lit, and poorly heated (I'm referring to winter), so much so that you have to use your phone's flashlight to read the menu.
The service is extremely slow because there's only one chef and the kitchen is very small.
The menu is interesting and original, and the dishes are good, and you can choose the level of spiciness.
The prices are too high.
Too bad.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and I have to say, everything was perfect!
The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a breathtaking panorama!
Refined, top-quality cuisine.
Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff.
At the end of the dinner, they brought us pastries with "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated!
It's not an "everyday" restaurant, but it's definitely one of those places I recommend trying at least once in your life!

22/10/2025: My dinner at Bella Vita was excellent, but what truly made it special was Ginevra. From the first moment, she welcomed us with a sincere smile and rare kindness. Her service was impeccable: attentive, competent, always present but never intrusive.
She was passionate about advising us, carefully handling every request, even the most unusual ones. Her way of communicating is natural and engaging, creating a warm and family atmosphere. Ginevra is more than just a waitress: she's a professional who transforms a dinner into an experience. We'll definitely be back... even just to see her again!

13/12/2025: A fairly large venue (disco-style) that lends itself to various types of events with hundreds or thousands of people. The quality of the food also depends on your budget.
A nice venue that was primarily a nightclub.
13/12/2025: This place has completely changed since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Years ago, it was worth going, but not anymore, both for the type of music and the age group. But then over the phone, they can't give you any explanation, and more importantly, they tell you the exact opposite.

14/12/2025: The bar hides an elegant, bright restaurant with frescoed walls and ceilings. From the outside, you'd be hard pressed to tell! I'm leaving this review for the restaurant itself.
The dishes are generous and truly excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection (the beef was perfect, the stew was creamy). The side dishes, besides being beautifully presented, were also plentiful and flavorful. We had the spinach, sautéed beautifully in butter, and the grilled vegetables.
The prices were fair.
Overall, a pleasant surprise. I didn't know these rooms behind the bar existed!!!
Oh, I almost forgot, the staff were very kind and the service impeccable. Thank you!!!
